So i read the reviews. I had used a cash for laptops site once before and got a fair value price in recent, i just did not remember which site i used. So i went with ecyclebest. Read the reviews and said maybe ill get a fair deal even though more than half the reviews were bad. Trust me, they are not a fair company.
I asked for 2 laptop boxes to be sent to me, they sent 1.
The quote i got for the laptops was $140 and $120.it took them a month to contact me and say they are paying me $17 my vaio. No thanks. Return my laptop. Hopefully i get it back and dont have to deal with nonsense.

I was quoted $220 for each of my Verizon iPhone5S's which I listed as good/average condition to get their quote. Once they received them, I received a quote of $38 for one and $17 for the other.

After a couple of transfers, I was told the value on the phones had dropped in the interim. Yet, I mailed the phones within 24 hours of receiving their mailers.

The $17 off was because a small chip in the edge of the screen (true) which did not effect the top of the screen.

She finally agreed to pay me $125 for the one with no damage and $50 for the one with chip on the edge.

Never, ever, ever use these rip off artists. I promise you their "quote" on the website and what they actually pay you are miles apart.

"WARNING WARNING WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have used phone companies like this in the past several different times and nothing compares to how this company tries to cheat you! I was quoted $238 and got a quote back of $35. I had an iPhone 5s ATT gold 32G in PRISTINE condition! I called and they offered $160 and I went on their website and it was still quoting $213. I asked for my device back and I'm almost afraid they will break it so I can't use it now. I have always use GLYDE and they give what they say, it is not a quote... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"

I really wish that I had done my research on this company before doing business with them. I wish I could give it negative stars! I sent off my less than a year old, Excellent condition laptop on 09/25/2015 with an initial quote of $240. I am very aware of what initial quote means however when I received my offer email last night after the inspection was completed the company offered me $14 for my device! I was furious and wanted an explanation! After calling the very next morning to speak with their purchasing department I was informed that my laptop would not reboot for them... BULL$#*!! After I told her to send my device immediately back to me because I was NOT accepting their offer of $14 she then sends me an email offering me $75 for the device! That right there tells me that they rip customers off and just gives them what they want to give them and NOT your true value of your device. I declined that offer as well and will be calling and emailing the company for the next 4 days to confirm that my device is really on its way back to me. You have up to 5 days to deny their offer and they will send it back to you as stated in their terms and agreement. AGAIN, BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY‼‼ It's a complete SCAM‼‼‼‼‼‼‼

I was excited to receive such a high quote for my laptop, especially because I never used it since I got a new one. About a week after shipping I received an email stating that they would offer $8. I immediately called to voice my dissatisfaction and request my device be returned. After 30 minutes of haggling over prices (they even offered my original quote) I finally told them I was no longer interested in my original offer because I was so fed up with the entire process. Avoid them at all cost. You'd be better off selling a device yourself.

I am a businessman and my wife also supports me in my business. My wife was told by her best friend about the company eCycle Best. She told me to avail this amazing chance. We decided to sell-out our three used and old laptops. She was really excited on that day because of the good quotes of laptops on company’s official website. She insisted me to make a call and ask for the complete procedure. I called the company eCycle Best helpline. I was guided and informed about the complete procedure by the purchasing department. We instantly packed our laptops and sent them to the company. We called them again after 1 day for the confirmation of shipping-box receiving. They confirmed us that they had got the three laptops. They also gave us a time of 2 weeks to wait for the payment. After one week, we checked our PayPal, but no payment was received. I called them again, and they told me that laptops were not working properly. The purchasing department offered us only $260 for three laptops instead of quoted price $450. I told him aggressively to return my laptops. I was no more interested in such a low offered price. Immediately, he was starting to instruct me about the company policy regarding terms and conditions. He told me that we had only 5 days to re-negotiate the offered price as per company’s terms and conditions. Currently, the company could not return the device back to you as it was too late. I instantly recalled myself that we were actually on a week holiday and we did not realize about the inspection email. We were not being able to check the email about the offered price after they inspected our laptops. Eventually, they sent us the payment of inspected offered price $260. We just missed that one email related to inspection and offered price. In fact, they had already informed us about the lowered offered price through email. We had an average kind of experience with this company.

It was my worst decision to choose this company. I am writing this review to convey my message to all, about the fraudster and knave reputation of the company Ecycle-Best. The company has management of cheaters and deceivers. I was misled at every point of communication.

This company will never pay you the estimated and quoted price. They will first check and inspect the condition of your electronic items. Then, they will re-estimate the quoted-price in the form of offered-price. In most of the scenarios, they reduce the quoted price to almost half. You will have to re-negotiate intensely to increase the offered price.

What I did not like about this company were negotiations and bargaining. The company's technical inspection team pretends to be very smart. They check even the minor scratches and defects of your electronic gadgets. To communicate with this company eCycle Best, you should have a lot of patience. I was treated like an idiot and schmuck. This company's communications made me nerd and loony.

I sent my two months old iPad to Ecyclebest. They valued it at $190. After that, they sent me an email stating that I will only be getting $120 for my iPad. I wanted to reject the offer, so I decided to reject it. They replied and said that I have to process the rejection through the phone. I talked to their customer care executive in purchasing department who said that because I have applied within five days of their terms and conditions, they will process my request as requested. He even gave me a confirmation number. After some days, I got my device back. They deal fairly if we abide by their terms and conditions.

They take away the customers' electronic gadgets and then talk rubbish and illogical things that are hard to believe. I was cleverly manipulated by this company eCycle Best. I did not get my payment in time. I have seen many complaints on internet about its bad reputation. People have been suffered from low payments, bait & switch situations, and other issues of non-cooperation from customer services.

I came to know about this company and its services by my best-friend. That's why I did not do research about its authenticity. I had my black 64 GB 4S, iphone in a best condition. I was going to buy an iphone-5S. I needed an extra amount of money for new iphone. I called eCycle Best and I had to wait 40 minutes during my call-transferring to purchasing department. I told the quoted price $150 to the purchasing department.
The customer agent started to tell me about the terms and conditions of the company. I listened all the T&C of the company. It also cleared my mind about the inspection procedure of the company. I received an email after 6 days about the inspection. It clearly stated that my iphone was in average condition. The offered price was $80 mentioned in the email.

I replied with "offer-rejected" from my side. The purchasing department called me that they cannot return my mobile phone. I was shocked and I asked why? They just told me that my mobile was already sent for recycling. At that moment, I was feeling very bad as I had lost my mobile phone. I disconnected the call. I will never try them again. The company eCycle Best is just a scam.

This is a fraudulent company. It lures customers by offering false quoted price through enticement. The company really agitated me regarding delaying of my payment. I had a huge grudge as they lied to me. Everyone, please be careful and do not send anything to this company for selling out. I visited the website of company eCycle Best. I decided to sell out my Dell-laptop. My laptop was worth in good condition according to its condition, and technical specifications. I checked the quoted price through company's online estimation-system.

I found the best quoted-price $300, for my laptop. I called the helpline and my call was transferred after half an hour to the purchasing department. A lady attended my call. She explained me the whole procedure. In fact, she also told me that the website had some technical problem in the online price-estimation system.

I sent my laptop via free shipping box. I called again to confirm about my laptop receiving. The purchasing department confirmed me. The customer agent told me that the payment would be transferred within a week, but he was a big liar. I received cash in my PayPal account after 5 weeks.

After I followed ALL of their instructions to turn off "Find my iPhone" and mailed the phone to them, they never sent me a check. When I called to inquire about my promised $93.00, a very smug women told me they had emailed me 3 times to turn this feature off.

That I had not turned off this feature, so they just recycled the phone. I did not receive any emails and they were too lazy to call me on the telephone number I had put in my personal information. Then she refused to let me speak to anyone else. Is this a 2 person operation?

Therefore, this company is just a scam and cheats people out of their products. But, I guess this is the Reno Nevada area and everybody knows Nevada is known for stealing your money.

How does the BBB let them stay in business?

I thought I would try this site to recycle my Samsung Galaxy Mega, oh what a mistake that was. On the site they quoted a price of $179, so I said ok let me do this. They sent me the packaging to send it to them and I returned it. My first clue should have been the length of time it took for them to "quote" inspect it, which was over a week. Mind you now, this phone is in excellent condition, bought it brand new, had it less than a year. So after sending them multiple emails inquiring about my device, I finally got an email today, after over a week, stating that they had finished the inspection and that they would be sending me a check or depositing into my paypal account $28. You can imagine my reaction to that after getting a quote of $179. What a freaking rip off! In the email there was a number to call, so guess what? I called the number about 30 minutes ago and I am still on hold! I should have gone with USell. Com as I did before. These people are so bogus and this is a way to get your phones that are worth way more than they want to pay in order for them to profit off you and you get left with practically nothing! I say, avoid this site at all costs!

Recently, I went online and came across ecyclebest to sell my HTC. I was asked to complete a quick questionnaire before receiving a quote of up to $178. That sounded good enough, so I sent my phone to ecyclebest. It took them over a week to inspect my phone, and to send me an email saying that the evaluation has been completed. When I called to ask how much I was going to get for my phone, the lady told me that it has a bad ESN and "we can give you $95 for it. How would you like that sent?" I wasn't even asked if I was ok with the price or not. I'm not happy with the site! Don't waste your time on ecyclebest.
