They will make an offer of $250, but you will never receive the same. They will say it has a bad ESN and that, they can only offer you $100 or less for it.
You can call or email ecyclebest if you are willing to wait REAALLYY long for an answer. All they do is keep you on hold for hours and then after some time, they will refuse to pay you the quoted money and hang up on you. You will never get your phone back, nor the money that was offered to you! They will tell you they will arrange a call with the manager within 24 hours, but don't count on THAT ever Happening!

I want to tell everybody about the reality of this company ecycle best. They take the advantage of the people's emotions through their glossy website. Website looks very authentic and anyone can easily be dodged by the authentic content and the details of the website and the exact thing happened with me. I got tempted by the estimation price of my iphone and took a chance of getting good money in return of my iphone selling out. But the scenario was totally opposite, I was initially answered very politely by the customer representative in regards with every kind of information I needed at that time but as soon as I shipped my iphone, I was ignored badly and completely and I did not get any update about when I would get my money in return and also there was no tracking information provided by their customer services about my iphone they got or not? Really it was a nightmare but after 1 month I just got the check of $80 and that really got me pissed with my nerves almost destroyed with tension and depression.

Ecyclebest is a completely unreliable company. They quoted me $190 for my iPhone 4s and then, paid me only $77.00. I never received an email notifying me of the price difference. When I called their "Customer Service,” they claimed that it must have gone to my spam folder. When I argued that they had stolen my phone, the person said, "Well, if you are not going to be reasonable, I am going to hang up. Have a nice day." And with that, I was left with no option than to agree what she says. I am pretty annoyed with their Customer Service!

I personally advise- “DON’T DO IT”! I have tried real hard to give ecyclebest the benefit of the doubt, even after reading all the bad reviews about them. I even called them beforehand to make sure that they would actually give me what they had offered. I was told that if I had described the phone exactly as it is, then they would for sure give me the quoted price of $215 for the iPhone 5 32GB. A week after sending my phone in, I got an email offering me $96 for a fully functional like-new iPhone 5. I quickly called them the next morning, only to realize how ridiculously long I had to wait in order to speak with a person. I really did not want to get paid so little for my phone, so I waited patiently for about 30minutes until someone finally answered my phone call. I had called to see if my phone can be shipped back, but they kept telling me that it was already in process. Four days later, the phone hasn’t been sent back yet. I called in again (patiently sitting through an automated message telling me that they are experiencing a high volume of calls) and finally, again after about 35 minutes waiting time, got to talk to someone and asked to speak with a supervisor. Guess what? I was put on a hold only to find out later that the supervisor was not available to take my call. I am very upset and disappointed with ecyclebest.

I sold my phone to Ecycle best months ago and after receiving text alerts and emails about turning off "find my Iphone" I did, and then when I tried to contact them I would stay on hold for hours at time until I had to hang up to go to work. I never received any money, or the return of my phone, but I did however receive this email saying that they sold my phone to someone who now has all of my banking, facebook, and email. I tried to call today, and miraculously someone answered only to tell me that I am at a loss and that they cannot help me at this point. I am out a phone that was estimated at over $100 but somehow never got it. They claim to have no boss or supervisor which is probably how my information was released from this terrible, decitful, nasty company.

My father told me one day to sell out the obsolete electronic gadgets and we searched out and found this website ecycle-best. My father was impressed with the details mentioned on the site and very easy procedure to follow but we had no idea they will linger on our payments. We sold three laptops (HP, Dell & Sony) to ecycle best by sending these items in three boxes with free shipment. We told the ecycle best customer services to pay us through paypal and not by check. They waited us 4 weeks for the payments and finally after hectic procedure and many follow-ups we get our payments through paypal but this company reputation and infrastructure need to be improved a lot as in the future we are not going to sell them because of their management and follow-ups with the clients.

Recently, I sent in my Nokia device in an excellent "just out of the box" condition. All accessories were included. The eCycleBest website quoted me $303, but after they had my phone in their custody, they only provided $47. They are still quoting $303 for a trade value for this device. They didn't respond to any of my questions once I finally got hold of someone after 45 minutes waiting period. Never again will I deal with them!

Knowing the accurate particulars (5s, 16G,) of the Iphone I was attempting to offer, they issued me an online quote of $200. I sent the phone to them which was working splendidly. Given that I sent my phone in the package that they had given, I thought it was safe to accept that it will arrive there with no dents or scratches. Over a week after they got the phone, they said that I was going to get a check for $90. By one means or another, $200 was transformed into $90. When I called them to get a clarification; I was informed that I'd need to talk to someone in the claims department and afterward I was put on hold for over an hour. They simply continue to instruct me to get back to them despite the fact that I can never get the claims department on the phone. It seems like I, similar to other people who have looked into this company, have had a really dissatisfying experience with ecyclebest.com.

Few days ago, www.ecyclebest.com quoted me $199 for my 5 months old HTC phone. I investigated it completely before checking the quote on the web if they going to provide me with the same amount. Right when cash for ecyclebest.com got my phone, they said it was just worth $95. I called to have it returned, but before that I had to wait for half an hour before I actually got to speak with someone. They said they couldn't as it was already processed. I even asked to speak with a manager. I got puzzled when they said the phone was in average condition, I had hardly used it. That is a truly insignificant pay for any phone that works fine and in a fair condition. I am not at all happy!
