I wanted to my laptop to ecyclebest for a quote of $350. I sent in my laptop which was evaluated to be $125, as per the business inspection! I called the customer service representative, and was put on hold 5 times, an aggregate of 2 hours of my life that I will never get back! At that point, I at last conversed with specialists, and she said my laptop did not work well. She did understand that the $125 given to me was too low and she'd like to offer me $199. In any case, my laptop was actually quite new. I simply don't see how they can just decline to mail my gadget back. I am extremely upset by how this company runs their business! Genuinely disturbed from this company. Stay away!

I had a very good experience in selling out my obsolete laptop of HP to eCycle-Best. Initially, I checked an estimation of my HP pavilion laptop through their unique service of "Get an online quote" and then I sent my laptop through their free USPS shipping service and also applied for the same day payment method through PayPal and then within 2 days, I received the exact quoted amount of money in return in my PayPal account.

I got surprised and delighted with the great customer services they are providing. I have few more items and stuff at my home that is not in my use and I am planning and excited to sell them to eCyle-Best.

www.ecyclebest.com cited me $250 for my phone. It was mint, just 3 months old, no wear and tear or scrapes by any stretch of the imagination. I know this as I took a thorough look at it before checking the quote on the web. At the point when ecyclebest got my phone, they said it was just worth $100. The business practices of ecyclebest are underhanded and their process is nothing more than a bait and switch. Don't be fooled and allured by the price they quote on their website before you send them your device. They quoted me over $250 for two HTC phones (different models) on their ecyclebest.com. After sending both of them in, and waiting for a long time for a reply, they finally sent me a quote offering $170 for one device and $150 for the other. The person I spoke to in their purchasing department was not customer friendly, argumentative and hung up on me before the call was completed.

Ecyclebest does a very bad job at everything. When I evaluated my 2 old laptops on their website, one of them was worth $80 and the other one worth $150. According to their website, even if the laptops cannot be powered on, they are still worth $48 and $90.
One of my laptops can power on and work without any problem. After they received my laptops, they only paid me $100 in total for both of them! Do not trust ecyclebest. They will not respond to your emails. They will take your device, offer you an amount well below what it is worth, and not give you a chance to have it returned. Horrible company and bad customer service!

I had a horrible experience with ecyclebest. I was quoted $570 for my Acer laptop. What did I receive in the mail? A check from www.ecyclebest.com for only $120!
I have called 7 times already! Each time I am on hold for at least 30 minutes and then, I get disconnected.
They advertise in a way that entice you to sell your used computer or cell phone in hoped of getting very generous prices. They mail you a box and persuade you through emails and phone calls to send your device out immediately.
As soon as you send it in, you receive a notification that your money is on its way. They then send you a ridiculously low check and are completely unreachable.

Three weeks before I visited this impressive site of ecycle best and I decided to sell out my compaq laptop that was worth $200 dollar as per its condition and manufacturing model and brand. I checked about approximate price on their website, what I found was $400 for my laptop. I instantly called one of my best friend and asked him about this company reputation as reviews on their own websites were all good. My friend Brian told me that I should call to their customer services to check and assess their authenticity. Promptly I called to helpline of the company and a very polite lady attended my call and said me how can I help you, I was impressed by her politeness. She explained me the whole process and infact she guided me in a right direction that you won't get $220 max for this laptop as we have some technical problem in our software of price estimation. I said okay. Let me think, then I took a chance by sending them the shipping box and called again the same helpline lady and she confirmed me. I gave her my paypal and she confirmed the transaction within a week. After 5 days, I got money in my paypal. I got happy but after reading comments and reviews here, I am feeling myself lucky as most of the people had faced really bad scenarios.

Okay! So I sent in two Lg G2 phones in very good condition. Ecyclebest gave me a quote for $203, but ended up giving me $32 dollars for each phone. Does that sound right to anyone in their right mind? $64 dollars from $203! I have no idea how to even contact them anymore! I tried calling them, but like everyone on this website said, it is almost impossible to get through the wait times! I waited for an hour on hold before I just lost patience and gave up.

Ecyclebest quoted $204 for my iPhone 5 and then upon inspection, my quote was lowered to $16. I reread the terms and conditions and they say you have 3 days to either accept or reject the new price and have your device sent back to you. I called the following day and the representative said my only options were to accept the $16 or accept her new $50 quote even though I demanded my phone back. Unfortunately, I accepted the $50 because she said I didn't have another choice since my phone was processed and my payment was already made. The representative just kept repeating that. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE!

Me and my brother had two laptops of Dell and two Samsung Smartphones. We were going for a trip and we needed some extra cash for that so, both of us decided to sell these laptops and smartphones without the permission of our parents.We looked through the web and searched for the authentic second hand buyers where we found this company ecycle best. We estimated the cost of our gadgets and it came-up pretty good amount of $800. We both were in the 10th Cloud and immediately we contacted the customer services department. A lady answered and guided us about all the details and then immediately we sent our phones and laptops to eCycle Best through free shipping box. As soon as they out items, suddenly they called back and told us that these items are in pathetic condition and you can only get $330 for all these four products.Our minds just got up-set with full of aggression. I suggested my brother we better take the amount of money as if some more mishap comes up and if they got stuck and did gives us any money as we are all minors. So mother and father will be angry upon us. Eventually, they transferred the amount to my paypal, we just rewarded with half amount of the actual price. I suggest that no one should contact this company as they reduce the estimated price to half after getting items.

We are five best friends and we together sold our laptops to this cheap company ecycle best. We did not expect that we will be suffered. Ecyle best website is very impressive but do not believe on this website and especially on the estimation prices as they reduce the prices up-to 5-10%. I think a very few staff members working for this company or may be 5-10 people. They do not reply and respond about the boxes received or not.we all friends were so worried and regretful that we have done a mistake by sending laptops to this company. At-last, fortunately on of our family relatives knew one member of their management. He directly contacted them to release the payment. After this rapid roller coaster experience with our emotions, we finally received the money in our paypal accounts. Do not contact this company ever.

I regret sending in my phones which I could have very easily just handed over to my kids for their use. I'm flaming mad! I will never, ever recommend or use ecyclebest again. I sent two Samsung Galaxy S4 to them and they've basically STOLEN them both. They quoted me 90$ for the 2 phones and they were giving me 50$ back?! They have got to be kidding me! I'll spread the word of my experience, the best I can, through as many outlets as I can. I have no more words with enough meaning to describe my utter annoyance and disappointment!

Very poor customer services and the girl Linda that attends calls has no manners how to talk with elders as my mother called to their helpline for selling her iphone and she did not get proper response from the agent Linda sitting at helpline.My mother called five times then after 20 minutes they attended the call and then gave the rough idea about the price of iphone. We got $70 in return through Paypal that is just the average price of iphone they have provided us.

Quoted me "upto" $253 for my phone, it was mint, 3mths old in case whole time, no wear or scuffs at all, I looked at it thoroughly. Then got it said only worth $35. They said fairly good condition. I called to have it returned, they said they wouldn't/couldn't. I asked for manager they refused. Rude customer service. Long hold times to even speak to someone. Said I should have read policies. I know another person that they did same exact thing to. Then posted review on their site, but it never went up. Total scam company. I've sent in phones to several other sites and they were great. They offered me more money but still less than going rate for other reputable vendors. STAY AWAY! There are plenty of negative reviews and the few positive ones are obviously written by them.
