This EconomyBookings rental company actually surprised me with its super low prices. I online booked the rental last week and guess what these guys are highly professional and very helpful

A quick and positive way to sort a hire car. Car was almost brand new and exceptionally pristine. Overall an excellent and convenient way to organise transport.

I am still waiting for a call or email from Economy Booking. My family and I arrived at Fort Lauderdale Airport from BWI on Mar 31,2021. We proceeded to the rental car pickup at the airport. When we get there we could not find the rental car company Green Motion there. Even though our itinerary says pickup location Fort Lauderdale Airport. Come to find out the rental car company was 20 minutes down the road in a taxi cab, but by the time I got there the site closed. My family and I ended up taking two Uber cars to our hotel which was about 4 miles down the road from Green Motion, so I said great I will get up in the morning and go for a run to pick up our rental car, but that's were the nightmare just continued. I get to the rental car company and let them know that I was there to pick up our rental car. I was told by Green Motion since we missed our pickup date that our rental was canceled. Here we are in Fort Lauderdale during spring break with no vehicle, we were already supposed to be in Key West by this time, but now we are stuck searching for a vehicle big enough to hold my family. Two hours later we find a vehicle of course a lot more money because it was a last-minute booking. I can't blame Green Motion for not holding our vehicle but between the two companies stating that the rental car pick up was at the airport. One of them is wrong.

There were some issues with our car on pickup, so it took a ton of time to get on the road. The owner however gave us a free day to make up for it, and was extremely kind

Prior to COVID, I was with Enterprise for 10 years. When the pandemic began, I called looking for a longer term rental. They not only gave me zero discount, but would not even honor the business rate that I had been on for the last decade. I then called Economybookings and reached a manager who said Come on in. Well take care of you. And they did.

The whole process was fast and efficient. I had booked online, received an email confirmation and a reminder the day before the scheduled pick-up date to check in online.

The car was so well cleaned and cared for. There were no hidden fees or issues with the vehicle. When I called to ask to extend my rental for another day, there was no question and no crazy extra fees. Just an overall wonderful experience and I will definitely be back the next time I rent a car.
