I book a car with the total price being 359.51 euro. I pay the prepayment amount (25.05) to confirm the booking, but when i got the voucher the payable price had raised up to 348.59. I inform immediately the reservation desk but had no answer for 3 days. I resend them the issue with all the necessary screenshots and they answer me that the reservation was completed! Nothing about the hided fees they applied to the total price of the car. I continued sending emails, but no answer. After 10 days i asked them to cancel my booking and return me the prepayment amount, as i had free cancelation, but again no reply.
All was ok I recommend using this place to order to rent a car or any other thing so let go to this place
When making the booking it clearly - black over white says - the entire amount was paid in prepayment! I double checked it says 0.00 to be paid on pickup!

Locationauto not safe company they wanna try to rent old and accident car.the car has more accident but company owner said don't take photos. Because doesn't wanna show your accident car.

I rented a car true them in Varna, Bulgaria.
When when to the rental car company the person there offered me a full coverage insurance. I explained to him that I already got one from Economy booking but he said that it is not valid. Anyway I didn't got any coverage from the rental car company. After I returned the car since the office was not open I dropped of the keys and documents in a box as I was instructed. Gues what, on the next day I receved email fron the rental car company with final invoice and they charged me for scratched front bumper €234 euros and also for missing antena €78 euros. I contacted Economy Booking to be reimbursed since I paid Full Coverage. It took a month to get reimbursement but got it. My advice to them is carefully choose the rental car companies they have on their platform. This summer I rented cars true other platforms that I bought full coverage insurance and when I went to pick up the cars they already knew and said that I'm covered if anything happened.

This business offers you low prices however takes you to locations far from airport after waiting too lung for transportation, then once you are there they give you old high low value cars and force you buy their overprices insurance if you do not have one they want. They do not accept rental car coverage offered by Credit cards!
Pay a little bit more and avoid the hassle

I was directed to NU car, rental, and from the website, I purchased seven dollar day liability insurance. When I got to the desk at NU, I was charged an additional $13 a day for their mandatory insurance. Stay away from this site they trap you into additional charges. Literally highway robbery.

I booked for august and wanted to change the time of pick up, texted them via mail to amend it for me bcs I did not have that option, they did it and sent me the wrong invoice to pay extra for it, they amended the dates which I did not ask for. Of course I didn't show up for these dates, bcs it wasn't the date I wanted. I asked for the support and they said they are sorry. I am not sure what they are sorry maybe for their $#*!ed employee who should push copy paste task. I payed extra money for amend and their emplyee put it wrong. If they made mistake it us must to have an alternative!

I can recommend and will use I in the future. It is okay for me to familiar with any car as I always hire where ever I go. But you should help to new hirer. And there was a some damaged in the rear body. There is no record of the car condition. I have to take photos for my records.
I booked a car for Sicily. When I arrived at the counter, I was told that since my credit card was not an elite tier, I would not be allowed to rent one of their cars. There was zero language on the EB website about this, the site allowed my booking with my card. It's now been over four months since my ticket was filed and every six weeks or so, I get an email apologizing that because my case is so complex, there hasn't been a decision on my refund yet. I've scheduled a consult with an attorney to recoup my money in case declaring it fraud on my credit card doesn't work. This company is absolute trash and I feel betrayed by the consumer protection laws in the US.

We rented a car for our trip to Ecuador. When we arrived, no car and no contact. We texted, called, and waited for over an hour. The next day when someone finally texted us, the car we had reserved was not available at their company and neither was a comparable car. We had to pay more to rent from another company, did not get our deposit back, did not get any response from the company when we sent emails detailing our experience, and would not recommend using this service. They use subcontractors that support several difference rental companies and the communication leaves a lot to be desired.

This company is absolutely terrible and unprofessional. It is impossible to get a hold of them and when you do you have to click the booking prompt because seems like they only care about getting a booking. The rep I finally got a hold of interrupted me while I was talking and then hung up the phone on me. It was such a hassle to get a refund, it's been a month and I still haven't received anything. DO NOT book with this horrible company.

I unfortunately used this site to rent a car in Denver. I received a confirmation email with details of the type car and price. The very important information that was not provided is as follows. They did not specify that the rental wasn't to be handled by them but by another company. There was no follow up information on how to find the rental company. There was no contact information for themselves or the rental company. I tried to find the shuttle pickup and no one knew anything about the booking or the rental company. Apparently Nu is a new rental company in the US. Finally after 35 minutes I found a shuttle driver that knew who they were and I got to the correct shuttle. So, after I arrived at the rental company to pick up my vehicle, I was informed that the booking company's insurance didn't actually cover the vehicle and I needed an different insurance. Fast forward after all the additional stuff added, the vehicle was a couple hundred dollars more than expected. The girl at Nu was very nice and helpful but I will never ever use economybookings or Nu ever again. I'll go back to enterprise, never have had an issue over there.

Answer: They do not just delay. When something goes wrong, they never intend to make good ony any of their promises: they do not call or write back, they do not follow up, and sure as hell they do not pay you anything unless you force them to, and that (in my experience) can only be done via the courts. This company is rotten and everyone should stay away from them.
Answer: Economy Booking is based in Europe and is impossible to deal with. I would never use them again. I got my money back (the down payment taken off at the time of booking) by using better Business Bureau and going after the US rental company.
