Not the first time I order car rental through this company. I always received a positive result, everything was in line with my expectation and voucher received from the EconomyBookings. But when I cancel the reservation I had a problem! At first, they did not send a confirmation of the fact of cancellation, they did not immediately return the money! In both cases, had to call. But after the call, issues were resolved promptly.

We recently traveled to Tampa, FLA and used Economy Bookings for our car rental. I navigated many sites for 4 weeks prior to our travel. Economy was hands down the best rate I ended up getting! Our car rental ended up being with Dollar Car Rental. And they were fantastic! We did not have one glitch from the minute we arrived at the rental counter and got a brand new 2019 Jeep SUV. The one thing I would say that is tricky is to watch VERY CAREFULLY the boxes that are ALREADY CHECKED when you are filling out your rental agreement with them! The box w/added insurance is automatically checked on the form and you WILL be charged if you do not UNCHECK the box. It is a bit under the radar when you are filling out the form. It took me a few times to figure out how to navigate around the added insurance charge. It is not "called out" very clearly on the form. Easily overlooked and a way that they make some $ by customers not paying attention closely.
This company is the worst, not located in the USA, run away! Customer service is horrible, there is nothing positive that can be said at all!
