Rented a car here last week for myself and my family. I want to note, the rent cost me quite inexpensive, since I took the car for the whole day. It was a real celebration for the family. We visited a lot of interesting places and were very happy.

We have a little problem and was impossible to talk with someone to explain the problem. The answer machine not always works. The possibility of having a real person should exit in my opinion.

Shuttle from O'Hare airport to new rental car facility was readily available on both ends. Customer service, online booking and vehicle will make this my "go to" rental car company. It was affordable for our family reunion to rent a 7 passenger vehicle. Thank you!

I paid 200 bucks to reserve a car and when I went to pick it up at enterprise they had no idea about this company and wanted to charge me a whole different price than what EconomyBookings offered me. I didn't end up getting the car I asked EconomyBookings for a refund and they told me no. Now I'm out of the money and had to cancel my vacation.
