Awesome customer service. Everyone from the counter to the person walking to your car to the person letting you out, were cheerful, communicative and making that plain ol' human connection making you feel comfortable

Where to start at the counter please, courteous, patient. They were having some computer issues but remainded professional the only thing I would like to see is the kiosk like other rental spots at midway. I will definitely rent from them again
