The parts ordered came in two deliveries. The second a few days after the first. When the second delivery arrived a portion of the product was poking out of the box. I won't know if there is an issue until my mechanic open the boxes next week. If there is an issue, I trust your return policy will make this a seamless issue.

I'm happy with my purchase of a water pump. However the front cover was slightly bent around the edges. Nothing too drastic and overall the part looks good. The product However doesn't look like the picture shown on the website.

Ecklers is a horrible company. I purchased a Power Brake Booster for $240 for the restoration of a 1975 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme only to find out later that the Brake Booster does not work. Ecklers sent me a bad Brake Booster. I called their customer service and told him my order number and he said it was not a valid order number even though I have a email receipt, and that the ownership at ecklers has changed in the last year. Obviously Ecklers is a fly by night company that sells bad products and then changes ownership to avoid returns. Daniel C. Grimes order #*******
Great! Fast Delivery! Great product. Had to modify slightly due to AC and larger radiator on my "55 Belair Hot Rod. Was an easy cut to fit and bolt in.
