The wipers are nice only problem I had was in the description it listed the price as each, so I got 2 one for each side. The guy at the auto store down the road from me said he didn't have them in stock but could order them for 20 each and Eckler's has them for a little over 15 each. Well, when they came in the mail there was 2 packages of 2 pair of wiper blades.so it looks like they come in pairs. Very well packaged and fast shipping.
Driver made a mistake and realize it and corrected it. Told FedEx about the mistake but was fixed before they could research it
I placed a order for seat covers for my 1965 Falcon. The covers shipped out the next day snd I received them within the week. The covers are high quality and match my interior perfectly.

I've shopped Eckler's for resto parts for as long as I've owned my '64. They've never let me down; I've never been disappointed. Not with their service or their product. Yeah, I known there are other places one can go but Eckler's has always been my "go to".

I am writing this review in response to a horrible experience that I had trying to get parts from Eckler's. I don't want anybody to have to endure the pain and anguish I went through regarding my experience ordering parts through this company. I was looking for some bed strips for my pick up truck, they come in seven strip kits. I received only one strip on the first shipment. Had to jump through a bunch of hoops to return it. Second order, they shipped electric window operators instead of the bed strips. Had to jump through hoops to return that package. Third shipment, they sent one strip instead of seven again!. Talk to a supervisor and he assured me they had him in stock and they would ship out that day or the next day. That was 10 days ago. Call them to find out where the order was cause I did not receive an email for tracking. And was told that they're not shipping out until the 18th of the month because they were not in stock. I had two specific conversations with them saying that these were in stock which is why I ordered them. I have ordered them from somewhere else and canceled my orders with Eckler.
Very, very disappointed as this is the worst customer service I've ever received. Unfortunately, as I was doing this review, it asked me to write the review so I had to put one star in the box regarding this review, but I wish I could've done it with "zero stars."
These steps were seamless: Finding the correct item, ordering it, paying for it with PayPal, and the price was competitive. Received the item on-time, well-packaged. Quality of the item was equivalent to stock OEM. My disappointment came when I tried to order the accompanying window crank and was told it has been discontinued.
