Faulty Fuel Pump! It was putting out too much pressure for my Edelbrock Street Performance Carburetor which requires 6 pounds maximum fuel pressure from the pump!:-(! (just a guess on the date of this experience, but it was last year!

Spoke to a rep, very helpful. Ordered power window motor. Took a closer look at my car and realized I should also get the regulator. (My fault) Called back 15 minutes later only to find out, "out of stock "and no one has a clue when or if they are coming in.

I ordered an open box item, a leather shift knob for a C4 manual transmission car. I didn't install the part right away because before it arrived the car developed a clutch issue and I was trying to resolve that. When I finally tried to install it, I discovered that the packaging said 6-speed manual, but the knob inside was for an automatic. The return window had expired. One of your supervisors approved a return for in-store credit, and I just used that to order the correct shift knob.

Warranty issues on car cover

It took a long time to get where I wanted to be at the start of all this, but it came around as I hoped it would and Nicky the supervisor made things right for me even though all the paperwork was lost from back when the company switched or changed hands. I was very happy with the outcome and will be purchasing and displaying Elckers products at car shows and events. Thanks again Nicky for making a life long customer.

Oh look here is a great deal. Hahaha yeah right. Made order. Wrong part shows up. Talked to customer service. We will ship the right part. Perfect. Lol. After you jump though are hoops. Shipped replacement part. Great shipping again. Same wrong part. Talked to customer service again. We will ship the right part. Nothing for weeks. Called back. We don't have this part. Sorry. Here's a refund. Not impressed

After entering name address shipping resetting password AI tells me to enter my name address before it can understand and help,

We reviewed the tracking number and the shipper (USPS) noted it was delivered to a parcel locker. I am unsure if you live in a development or apartment that has a locker for packages that you may want to check.

I did set up a lost package RMA on the original order and once our Lost and Damaged Team reviews your situation, we will refund you for this purchase. In the future, if you do not receive a package that you order from Ecklers, please contact us and we can initiate a lost package claim. We do not want our customers to feel like that have to take that loss and reorder the item.

Once the Lost and Damaged team completes their review, you will receive an email confirming the refund was completed.

Excellent Customer Service

I have a 1939 Ford M ordered a part through another company which turned out to be of the only part. After explaining the situation, the customer service representative was able to take the determine there were three different belts with that number each ending with either an A, B or C. They were a KE to determine the correct item for my vehicle.
