We are putting together a 1957 210 chevrolet. We need parts they're kind of getting harder to get and it seems like hecklers has the parts we need so far so good thank you for your customer service and we still need to order more parts so bye for now.
Every time I got a text or a phone call this app would kick me out and it had took me 2 hours to make this purchase. It's like time sensor or something was the bad part about this trying to get my orders done and then nobody would answer your phone on customer service line

One of the ports in distribution block was tapped crooked and brake line would not seal I know I didn't mess threads up because I threaded it down in with my fingers so it wasn't cross threaded

I received an e-mail for an order, which I did NOT place. The order was for a different name, different address, different type of car, different year, different type of credit card, none of which are associated with me. I called Eckler's to alert them and asked for the order be removed from my account, to be moved to the proper owner. Two days later the erroneous order is still showing on my account. Maybe it's no harm but still worrisome that it's showing on the wrong account. Besides that issue, I called Eckler's months ago because everytime I try to order anything, a $20 T-shirt or parts, it always shows shipping is $300! Still is not fixed months later. No way I'll be placing any orders until my account gets fixed.

I have to say this is definitely strange and not something we see every day! You have spoken to customer service, and the correct customer has also spoken to customer service and made us aware of the situation. We have submitted an IT ticket to have his recent order moved to his correct account from yours. I'm not sure how this happened, as you both have different emails and phone numbers, but your billing addresses are only different by the state and zip code. Either way, his account will be removed from yours and vice versa. If you don't see this happen in a few business days, please give us a call back.
