My 65 Fairlane 500 is a restomod and will be my daily driver whenever I finish. Ecklers has been a huge help with the variety and unique parts that I have purchased for my ride. The website is easy to use and order parts. For the few years I have used Ecklers I don't remember ever having a problem with my orders.

The picture of the sending unit screws shows copper sealing washers. I received the screws with plain steel washers which are useless for sealing tank unit screws.
I generally find prices at Eckler's are higher than other sites. On this particular order the shipping was lower but the product price comparable.

It took a telephone call (Mike answered) for my order. I tried on-line and nothing would work. I finally called and my order was taken. Mike was very helpful on taking the order number parts. My card was approved, and now i am waiting for my order for Model A parts to arrive. Sorry Eckler's, but that's the way it was.

Product was lost before it was delivered to the post office, ordered thru Ecklers as their delivery date was advertised when I needed the product, I will now be receiving it a week late.

We do apologize that there was a delay in shipping the pump to you. We reviewed the tracking and we do see where the label was created on 3/6 and there was no movement until 3/12. Your frustration is understandable.
We do see that you reached out to our Customer Service Team, and they were able to initiate a lost package for you and had a replacement ship out.
We reviewed the tracking on the original order and the replacement order, and it looks like both of them are set to be delivered before the end of the day tomorrow 3/17.
If you receive both, you can contact our Customer Service and we can send you a return label to return one of the pumps to us.
Due to this situation and the delays you experienced, we issued a credit to your Ecklers account. This credit can be used on a future order and is valid until 6/30/2026.

I was searching the Internet for my trucks body panels and came across Ecklers. The inventory was extensive for many models and prices were more than fair. I haven't received my panel as of yet, but the online experience was very smooth. Shipping is with FedEx and that's a plus. Delivery appears to be fast as well. At this time, I can say I will use Ecklers again.

Several weeks ago, I ordered tailgate hinges for a Ford F 250 long bed. I received what appears to be hinges for a short box. I sent a note to Eichlers that they were the wrong part, but sent me two more again. Still the wrong parts

We show that these hinges are designed for 1938-197 2Ford Stepside (Style-side) beds, including the 1969 F-250. They are generally not for wide "Fleetside" (Styleside) beds, but specifically for the narrow, separate-fendered beds. Does your F-250 have the stepside beds?

Purchased 8 wheel spacers for my corvettes. Why did I not receive the attaching lug nuts. Are they sold separately? If I can't find lug nuts, I will be returning your product.

It was great not so much his fault but more of the description. Not enough description like what it's made of how it attaches. Thought I was purchasing a much better fender flare. Instead I got what every other competitor has and Eckler charges twice as much. Is there any way to get a partial refund to match other competitors price?

I ordered a clutch on February 25th said I would have it in 3 days we are now going on a week and half and they dont want to send me a new part or give me a refund cause they lost the part that was supposedly shipped out to me. Don't want to help me out in anyway just make me wait longer for them in to investigate where the part went which isn't my fault got a car apart on my lift with a pist off owner asking me when his car will be done when the it should of already been back together and on the road but ecklers dont care about customer service just wait and wait maybe ill get it before the end of the month according to their multiple sales reps, never talk to the same person always someone new contacting, after this experience I will never purchase anything from them again

The trouble was finding the crown style centers to fit. And decided to wait on break conversion, getting ready for Tulsa car show
Initially I thought everything went well. When the part came in, it does not work. I contacted the seller and they informed me I needed to replace the entire evaporator system. I could not just replace the controller. I have made numerous attempts to contact the seller to return the part I received. I have had no luck getting through. This will not go well for a good review from me. I will not use Ecklers again. I do hope someone will contact me so I can return this item. I gave all the information needed. The salesperson, Sam C. Is not accepting my calls. He should have informed me I needed to request the entire evaporator system so this controller would work on my truck. I would have purchased it. Now I will not purchase anything else from this company. This is bad business.

Ordered a catalog to see what's available for my old truck. I was billed, but never received a catalog. :(

The engine gasket kit had been out of stock for a couple months.
I was notified when it had become available at the end of February. I opened the Ecklers website, selected the kit for the engine, ordered one and completed the payment process with ease. It has always been a simple and trouble free process.
