Did a order from eastbay, 4 pairs of jordan socks, 1 jordan cap, 1 jordan beanie, after waiting weeks my items arrived, the socks were what i ordered, but the jordan cap and jordan beanie were not in the order, instead they sent a purple nike cap, for a child, and a baseball cap, have been in contact with eastbay and they dont give a rats arse... will never deal with this company again...

Horrible customer service

I placed an order on 12/15/16, for 3 items totaling over $120. I received the order on 12/20/16 but was sent a different item than I ordered. I called customer service and the representative asked me to mail back the incorrect item, which I did the very next day and she also said she would mail the correct item and that I would receive it before Christmas as I stated it was a gift. Today is 12/29/16 and I still do not have the original item. Obviously no longer a Christmas gift. I contacted customer service again today and was transferred to the "claims dept" where I held for 10 mins and then was switched to a voicemail to leave a message. It has now been several hours later and I still have no returned phone call. I then had a live chat conversation with a representative and explained my situation and requested a refund. He stated I would have to return the item to get a refund, but AGAIN I still don't have the item to return. He also said when and if I even receive the item to return I would have to wait another 2-3 weeks for a refund. So as of right now, I have paid for a Christmas gift that I haven't received and I am being told I have to return the unreceived product to get a refund that will take another several weeks. This in unacceptable customer service and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I have placed orders with this company in the past and have previously had no issues but as someone who has worked in customer service for over 15 years, I am astonished at the lack of accountability and poor customer service I have received regarding this situation.

Stay away
December 28, 2016

Ordered what was listed as a woman's shoe. Turns out I received a mens shoe. Obviously did not fit and Eastbay would not offer free return shipping for an exchange. Horrible customer service. Would never buy from them again. Buyer beware. Look elsewhere.
Bottom feeders. I would have rated them in the negative numbers if I could.

I live in Aus and i scoured the internet looking for the Nike Air Max Thea in Ember Glow for weeks and this is the only place that came up with them, in my size! (One place in Aus has them but not my size)
Anyway, im glad i just went with it and purchased! They were delivered this morning and were only ordered last Thursday and shipped last Friday! They are exactly what I ordered, size and all. Shipping was incredibly fast and I was kept up to date with everything! Had I read all of these bad reviews on several websites, I probably wouldn't have used them but now that I have and I personally had no issues, I would use them again!

Easy and fast transaction

After reading all the negative reviews I almost didn't let my son order sneakers from Eastbay. He talked me into it and I'm glad he did. His sneakers were half the price at what they are sold for around us (if they have them) and arrived on the day they said they would be here. Couldn't ask for anything more. I'm sure I'm not the only buyer that has had positive results from this company. Maybe more people should write some of there positive reviews instead of just the negative feedback.

We ordered some shoes for a foster child for school. He was so excited. When we ordered, they showed up as in stock. We immediately received an email that they were on backorder, something that should have been indicated, and they should ship in 5 days. So, that was still enough time for school. Ten days later, I contacted Eastbay and was told they were going to arrive the next day. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager got on the phone and was rude. She said that it could be at least two weeks before they even ship the shoes, even though they were coming in the next day. When I asked the name of her manager, she said she didn't have one. I asked for the CEO name, and she said she was the highest person and didn't answer to anyone. We have emailed them. They are still taking orders online for these shoes, even though ours have not even shipped yet, and it has been nearly 3 weeks now since the order. We have received no communication, email, etc. explaining the further delay or responding to our requests for information. And, a foster child is without the shoes he really wanted to start school with. They are horrible. Don't use them if you want your items in a timely manner.

Lost my order
June 1, 2016

It was only when I contacted Eastbay after no receiving my order for 3 weeks that they advised the order went missing. They won't able to tell me exactly what happened, but I knew there was something fishy happening when I had 2 Order numbers.

Their customer service sucks. I waited at least 30 minutes for the times I called them. They let me pay a shipping charge even if it was their fault. They said I ordered the size that was delivered. I told them I know what size I am so it is impossible for me to order a different size.

Placed an order on 02/12/16 was told I would receive an email after my initial order confirmation email to let me know that the order shipped. UH no email received. Checked on line a few days later and it says fully shipped. BUT THEY DON'T provide actual tracking like from USPS or Fedex! What company doesn't do that? Called their customer service department. WAITED ON HOLD FROM MY CELL PHONE FOR 45 MINUTES BEFORE I HUNG UP. What a joke! Called the next day and needless to say still waiting on hold..

Poor customer service

When you are having an issue with coupons and they show as applied upon checkout to the customer, you should honor that price. Not send an email confirmation with the full price listed. This was your company's error not mine. Customer service should have honored the price that was showed when I hit order.

I placed an online order back on August 10 to take advantage of a sale on Nike Romaleo 2s. The full price of this transaction was debited from my PayPal account on August 10. I was told tonight (weeks later) when I inquired on the status of my order, that there was an internal processing error and although Eastbay had my money and would credit it back, my order was never placed. This, to me, is outrageous for a number of reasons. For one, had I not thought to check my own bank account tonight, Eastbay would've kept $130 of my money without saying a word. That to me is unacceptable and when I pointed this out I was not even met with an apology. More importantly, it has been days since this was reported and not only did Eastbay not apologize or process my order - they have not credit my funds back to my account. And considering the shoes I successfully ordered weeks ago are now over $60 more than the original purchase price... I've been forced to waste hours of my time trying to get this resolved, it's still uncertain whether my funds will get credit back to my account (as shady as Eastbay has been acting so far, I wouldn't put it past them to try and keep my money once again)... and I'm forced to pay over $60 to purchase the same shoes I tried to purchase weeks ago from Eastbay.

The price shown was not the price I paid
They ripped me off
Beware this site are there only to take your money. I asked him them to cancel my order within 2 min after the purchase as I was being charged $155 dollars for 2 windcheaters. What a rip off. They could have cancelled my order but instead they send my item the next day. The quality was cheap and faded looking. DO NOT Buy from them. They then said I have to pay for the return post. I had emailed them 10 times in 2 hours. And still bad customer service. I have purchased online many times but I will NEVER buy from
Eastbay again. Again beware buyers. This site will cheap you. Un happy Australian buyer. I'm hoping PayPal helps me. Sonia -Melbourne Australia

I've been using eastbay since 1999-2000 they send out free catalogs just about every 2 weeks it feels like. Great deals, great shipping, great customer service. I called 800 number and after only 1 button I was talking to a real human, I was stunned! Best place to order any athletic equipment. Stay out of wal-mart order from eastbay!

This company is the worst ever ordered two pairs of shoes in October to be prepared for Christmas had to return both for the correct size only one pair came back which was delivered on front porch as had all my packages for the last 13 years. Called them one second pair had to reorder again by November still haven't received them.
Eastbay states they were delivered by garage which is a lie, they owe me a refund or shoes this company says they will investigate and for us to cooperate no one even contacted us not even UPS. It was all bogus they just decide to email me with investatgation closed. With no grounds this company lies and steals from hard working customers BEWARE you will not RECEIVE shoes or refund,
They wrote the wrong size down twice needless to say had to buy new shoes 5 days before Christmas.
Please read other reviews on resellers this company is doing it to everyone

I've placed 2 orders on eastbay.com, did not have any problems.

One thing to keep in mind for International (non US) customers is you will have to pay TAX for your order which usually isn't cheap.
