I don't think they're selling genuine merchandise I received a Nike shirt from them with a fluorescent red graphic on the back that almost completely peeled off with one wash I saw most of it in the dryer screen I don't think it's general Nike merchandise
Attempting to order two school items from Eastbay. They are available and in stock on the web site but, when ordering, I receive an error message about an invalid address - I've been living at the same address for 12+ years and Amazon, FedEx, UPS, etc have no problem with my address or validating it for proper formatting. Call Eastbay - tell them what's wrong. 45 minutes of mostly hold. They cannot help. Try Eastbay chat. Same and they direct me to an email address for help which doesn't work. So, they provide another email address that doesn't work. In short, 1+ hour of my time wasted. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them as its just a waste to deal with any CS issues (much less actually wanting to buy something from them).
Ordered $166.00 pair of nike 270 air max. Got email saying package was delivered. It wasn't. Called customer service. They have to do a 8 business day investigation/2 weeks while I wait to hear back from them. I have no product even though they have my money. This is terrible business/customer service. Do not buy from this company.
Ordered my ugg Tasman from here & upon arrival they looked like they were already worn. They were flopping off my feet when I tried them on. I am a size 5 in kids & it was my correct size. I called eastbay they sent me a return label for an exchange they just returned my shoe to me today and it's the same shoe! The letter stated the shoe was used and not restock able. Very weird they say it was used when that's the reason for my return! I explained that they looked used when I called them before sending them back and was informed I would get a new shoe but I never did! I am very upset as I spent my hard earned money on those shoes. I will never shop with this company again.
I placed an order with the company 2 days ago. I called today to have this order cancelled because Eastbay did not provide me with a tracking number. I called and they refused to cancel my order even though the item has not shipped and the refused to give me a tracking number. Not supply a basic tracking number is not acceptable.
Purchased a pair of Jordan B Loyals for Grandson. Received email that they received order then another email it was on the way. THEN NOTHING CAME! Called and a 3rd email went out its on the way with same tracking # the 2nd email had. NO DATE OF DELIVERY! Called again and was informed it was on the way. Called again because NO sneaker arrived and was informed after 1 hr and 45 minutes on the phone By Jess # 4825 it is not available. When inquired when & why I was not informed this before, she was very rude and not helpful. She hung up on me. I disputed the charges. Other item did not come also even though they say it did. My opinion is they reel you in with a low ball price and discount and decide not to sell it for that and informs customer last minute it is not available so that they end up buying something higher in price. Well not this time! Will report t the BBB for sure.
Purchased athletic shoes — and needed to do an exchange. Called to see if the shoes were available in that size for an exchange and they were. Mailed the shoes back, no email sent of receipt, no confirmation that the new ones were sent out. Literally nothing. Did a string of Email Exchanges with Customer Service, which was almost comical how unhelpful their details were. Needless to say, I called again, and the shoes aren't available any longer and they'll now issue a refund, all with basketball season starting in 3 days now. Would not recommend. Would not shop here.
I ordered from Eastbay a pair of Nike LeBron 17 lowcut for $160 on Oct 18th, 2020.
I returned the pair immediately to get my refund after trying on the right shoe with a shoehorn and decided I'm not carrying a shoehorn every place I go to play basketball. I received the pair of shoes back from Eastbay stating no refund because the shoes were used and the item is unstockable. Shocked, I called Eastbay's customer service and they said there nothing they can do.
I have never experience such a lack of personal and if you are getting foreign agents make sure they speak English well, worst customer service I have ever encounter, your company it is absolutely WORTHLESS, there is NOTHING positive about your business, I will make sure this will be broadcast through out every social media and marketing. 18 days after and I am still waiting on my package and NOONE has an answer... PATHETIC.
Ordered sneakers in Eastbay store size 10 arrived 10.5 insoles frayed laces with damages. They do not want to make a replacement. I do not recommend this store. The delivery was terribly long and they are selling goods that someone has already returned to them. Not an honest point of sale. Don't buy here.
So I received the wrong item and notified Eastbay via emailing customer service. After a few days, I tried calling but the wait time was over 20 minutes, I sent another email.
11 days later I called customer service again and waited for a long time and spoke with customer service. After getting no where with that agent for 15 minutes I asked to speak with a supervisor. The rep put me on hold, while she spoke with the supervisor, I said her resolution was not accepatable and wanted to speak with the supervisor. After several more minutes, finally spoke with someone claiming their name was, Lionel, and he was working from home. He said he saw my email from days ago and said that's another department and I could've called. That triggered me and I explained people don't have hours to spend dealing with the lack of customer service of this company and hours waiting on hold.
"Lionel" began talking over me, yelling and said that customers have to contact customer service and they immediately respond. NOTE He said he saw the email to customer service from 11 days ago and that department failed to respond... not immediately... not at all. I told him to stop lying and people don't have time to be on hold for 30 min waiting to talk to someone that an email or chat could've fixed in a way convenient to the customer not the company.
It was a terrible call, this supervisor refused to provide information helpful to the situation and I hope the call was recorded, he claimed he was calling "Corporate" but the system said he dialed to wrong number and I continued to wait on hold and he eventually hung up on me.
There's a reason I don't order as much from this company anymore, it used to be good and after Footlocker took over, it turned to garbage.
I purchased shoes, then several emails they couldn't locate item. Wasted hours on hold w customer service. Then they had me reorder with another color and it was the same thing all over again where they claimed they didn't have it. I honestly think they're selling stuff they don't even have access to.
My adidas cleats split at the tongue, Eastbay customer service was on perpetual hold. This was the 2nd pair of Adidas that I bought that split in the same spot. Their retail store admitted the products were defective but said I had to go to Eastbay for refund/credit. Hence my frustration.
Horrible customer service, never reply or answer the phone. What's worse is they blame it on covid, no other companies have a hard time. Very unhappy, still trying to get a refund for items never received. They lost a customer of ten years, beware.
Stay away. This company is also Footlocker. Terrible customer service. This will be another casualty of a poorly run business. If you want to remain on hold for over an hour. Go ahead. Prices are pretty good so they are probably liquidating product before the go out of business!
I ordered an Adidas running shirt and received a Nike basketball jersey. I was emailed a return label and sent back the jersey. They did send out the right item I ordered. I thought OK we are good. Now I keep receiving emails that they want me to send back or pay for a New Balance item or they will send this to collections.
I never ordered a New Balance item. Tried to find out what was going on via the phone with Cust Serv. But, the rep had to check with the supervisor and then hung up on me. That happened on 2 calls. I'm done with this company.
Orderd shoes on 25 July. Been sitting in same status since 28th. Supposed to be delivered on 4th of Aug. CanNOT contact customer service.on hold 45 minutes.

I ordered shoes that were supposed to be 25% off and ordered it. A week later a got a charge for the full price of the shoes. I called them and they said they never offered any recent deals and I ended up paying full price. I would've ordered somewhere else if I knew I had to pay full price.
Slow shipping and charges for returns. Prices are okay. I would recommend sticking with Amazon over Eastbay. If you do buy something and and return it... They do charge you (even though they state they don't.)
I recently placed an order with Eastbay. They were very quick about charging my card and placing my purchase on their on line tracking system. That was July 10th which my status was shipped and in transit. Today is July 26 and my order status is the same. I tried to call all you get is a recording pretending like there are customers service reps present but dont there is. My next step will be filing theft charges with my State Attorney's Office.
Answer: I don't think it is I'm No authority but other Nike apparel that I purchased from a Nike outlet store is more durable and doesn't have the flaws like the graphic completely peeling away after one wash like the Nike T-shirt I got from East Bay I believe there's a lot of imitation Nike sneakers and apparel floating around I once bought a pair of Nikes from eBay and the exact same model of Nikes through the Nike app actually arrived around the same time and I could tell the ones I got from eBay were knockoffs immediately
Answer: If u live in America it says that. I live in Australia and it says 5-10 days, it's been 11 days and I need these shoes soon
