I received dirty, stretched out worn shoes TWICE from these losers! Customer service is the worst. This Is NOT the Eastbay you once knew.
Don't buy anything from EASTBAY I bought Jordan 1 gatorades and they gave me Fake shoes Both logos on the inside were missing both the jumpman and Nike air DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM EASTBAY!!!!!!!!
After contacting eastbay the second day at their corporate office and someone actually listening to me that we did not wear or dirty sneakers Corporate realized that we did not dirty sneakers and they are exchanging sneakers for a different size. I will just be a little Leary on a return if ever needed again.
Bought cheer sneakers for my daughter after Achilles surgery. Well her regular size did not fit on her right foot it hurt she could not wear. She took right off put back in box and I then exchanged for bigger size. After a few weeks called to ask where the exchange was. I was informed the sneakers were filthy on the soles and full of hair. I said well those were not the sneakers I returned my daughter could not wear them one foot to painful to put on. Customer services kept replying well we sent you photos and we will not exchange worn shoes. After arguing back and forth they refused to acknowledge that something happened to them in their warehouse after my return because they were brand new sneakers never worn. I don't know what kind of scam this is but I will never ever never ever recommend buying anything from this place.
Terrible experience! Had issues on their end allowing my order to go through. Attempted to purchase again the next day and the items I wanted that were still in my cart processing from the day before were no longer on sale! I contacted live chat and also phoned in and nobody would even offer me a discount to help with the difference of cost! Terrible customer service. Will not order from Eastbay again!
Decent place to buy from. Not the cheapest place I've found but they deliver what they advertise. I bought a pair of Jordan's and I can't complain.
Feel mislead and taken advantage of. I was ordering 2 types of Baseball helmets for 2 school teams from another vendor. The other vendor was good, with honest communication and told me that they didn't have the Easton's in stock and Easton said they couldn't get shipment out to us until early March. That was longer than I wanted to wait, so we shopped around and Eastbay stated they could ship the helmets out Feb 17. I proceeded to shift my large order to Eastbay, and chose to pay the 1 day shipping so the kids could have the helmets before their first game. Feb 17th, 18th, 19th came and went, no helmets. I contacted Eastbay and they said it's been pushed back to Mar 3rd, it was out of their control Easton pushed the date back. I find it hard to believe the Easton would tell the other vendors I worked with early March, but they told Eastbay Feb 17th and then over week later changed their mind to early March? Feels like I was mislead and I took the bait, the honest vendor lost my business and now I'm waiting until early March anyways. I'm also paying overnight shipping fees for helmets that will now be over 2 weeks later than quoted, I asked if they would waive the shipping and they declined. I left a message with the sales rep's manager no response. At this point, I'm just hoping these helmets ship out 3/3. I'll provide an update when all is said and done, at this point, future team equipment purchases will NOT be done through Eastbay, I encourage you to find another vendor as well.
These $#*!S do not like to honor returns, they look for reasons not too, do not buy from these clowns! They will make $#*! up along the way just to not refund!

This company has hidden terms in their policies. Ordered a size 11 shoe. Once received the box said size 11, the packing slip size 11. I put on the shoes and walked to drop off my daughter to school and realized my toes started hurting. I couldn't turn back so dealt with it. When I got home I checked the shoe and it was a size 10.5.
I told them about the mishap and they said send it in. They mentioned when they received it that there was little dirt on them and would not return them... Even after explaining the error on their part they agreed when I asked if it was my fault for trusting the shoe was the same as all the labels and what I ordered.
The only Christmas present I got was the shoes I was able to afford for myself. Now stuck with shoes I Cant use.
I purchased recently with eastbay, I really want this t- shirt i ordered with couple other things which i couldn't get it where i live. I had use third party shipment which costed me $100. Once i received the wrong t shirt it was the wrong size. I contacted eastbay, they want me send back the shirt back to my cost even though it was their fault. It would cost me more to send the shirt back then the price of the shirt. Unfortunately eastbay customer service isn't good at rectifying mistake they made.
Made the mistake of ordering from them without researching the company first. They let me check out with things in my cart that were 'out of stock.' They then cancelled the order the same day WITH NO NOTICE TO ME. Then took payment the NEXT DAY. After I called them they kept saying I would get my money back but I kept questioning how they thought it was appropriate to cancel an order, not tell me, and STILL ACCEPT PAYMENT. Total garbage company. Do not waste your money with them, go to someone, anyone else. I also emailed them about the order before calling and when I got a response from them they stated they had cancelled the order 'per my request' nice. Try. Really having the audacity to lie to me about it, I'm done. If I don't get refunded my money before the end of the week I'm going through PayPal and they can take it up with eastbay. At least I used PayPal. That's in my favor. Please don't buy from them. Save yourself he anguish.
My son purchased a pair of shoes the 1st of August and returned the following day after receiving the shoes as they were to big and today the end of August we receive the same shoes back saying they can not return them as they have been worn and have dirty soles and said they had socks in them as if they have been worn! You can tell by the dates and the condition of the shoes that they have NOT been worn! How would he have even had time to wear them? They are looking for reasons to waste your time and to not return! So buyer beware, returns with this company is a joke! As you can also see from other customers as well! Take your hard earned money somewhere else where they will stand behind their own policies!
These shoes are fake. I had a problem with my son cleats and when I sent them to Nike. They pretty much said they fake. No manufacturer label in them like nike put in their shoes. I'm so pissed! Eastbay is not willing to help at all!
Eastbay does not give a damn about customer service. Every thing from the people, to the website, to the mobile app, shipping and returns. I am expected to wait at least 5 weeks for a return on a $150 pair of sneakers, that had been worn already and had a scuff mark and creases, because that's how long it takes for them to receive the package after I drop it off at the post office. I work at UPS. NOTHING should take 5 weeks to deliver. Avoid Eastbay. There are way too many other companies that provide the same services with no of the hassle.
I ordered a pair of shoes over two weeks ago and still have not received and no one from their "customer service" is willing to help me
Ordered basketball shoes for $90.00 and $25.00 slide were delivered. I was still charged for the 90$ shoes. I called for the correct item to be shipped but those were no longer in stock. Refund was issued, but extremely inconvenience.
Had issues with ordering a gift card for my son-in-law's birthday, both online and on the phone. Ordered gift card a week ago today, so that he would have it on time. Provided payment info. They were supposed to email the gift certificate to me. Gift certificate did not arrive by email by Wednesday, so contacted this company regarding it and was told there were issues with my PayPal payment and the order was automatically canceled. They never contacted me to advise me. I tried again when I was on phone with them on Wednesday, using my actual bank card. The email with gift certificate should have been received by yesterday (Friday). STILL not received. When I called today, they said there was an issue with their payment verification and they automatically canceled the order AGAIN. Now I feel like I have to monitor both accounts to make sure I am not being scammed. My son-in-law orders all his athletic wear from here. You can gurarantee I will tell him about this, and he will tell all his friends as well. Oh, and the customer service rep I spoke with today was EXTREMELY RUDE. Never, never again. I suggest you do not use this company!
Eastbay youre a true $#*! SHOWYour customer service department is the Worlds WORST! Not only did your untrained employees screw up my order but they also lied to me and made me wait an extra week for my Sons T-Ball cleats and made him miss his first game and his first T-Ball pictures too! How can you sell the cleats I purchased over 2 weeks ago? You did nothing to try to fix the issue, made no apologies for what you cost my son and had the audacity to tell me there will be more games for him to play? Its his first experience with organized sports and you guys screwed it up! And hear you preach compassion for athletes and advocacy for sportWHAT A JOKE! You are hypocrites! As long as I live I will never spend another $1 with any company associated with you and I will be sure to let everyone in my leagues know not to waste their money either! If I could give negative stars I would! Don't buy from them!
Horrible customer service. Needed an item in 2 business days. Payed the extra that they offered online the night before, expecting for it to arrive in 2 business days instead it arrived in 3 business days. When I called to explain and ask for them to charge me for the 3 business day shipping instead of 2 they refused. Said in their fine print you have to give them 1 business day just to ship. I explained that they need to state that while ordering online. If I had known I had to pay the outrageous charge for overnight shipping to get it in 2 business days then I could have made a more logical decision. False advertising in my opinion. Beware.
I Ordered a Pair of Jordans for work, I loved the shoes and they matched my work uniforms beautifully. Being a female standing at 5'3'' i need a shoe that would stand the test of time. I called Eastbay on Wednesday and spoke with someone about the status of my shipment. She said the package was deemed LOST! How do you lose a pair of sneakers in the mail. I asked for a refund but she said it would be subject to an investigation by the PostMaster General in order for me to get my money back. WOW what a RIPOFF! NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST again.
Answer: I don't think it is I'm No authority but other Nike apparel that I purchased from a Nike outlet store is more durable and doesn't have the flaws like the graphic completely peeling away after one wash like the Nike T-shirt I got from East Bay I believe there's a lot of imitation Nike sneakers and apparel floating around I once bought a pair of Nikes from eBay and the exact same model of Nikes through the Nike app actually arrived around the same time and I could tell the ones I got from eBay were knockoffs immediately
Answer: If u live in America it says that. I live in Australia and it says 5-10 days, it's been 11 days and I need these shoes soon
