Happy with my purchase. Great service... product is worth the money. Customer service is also up to expectations during communication. I am recommending this online shopping site to anyone seeking reasonably priced goods that are safely packaged. Refunds or credits are not a problem either.

I was dubious of ordering from abroad but it was a great experience. I Would definitely buy again. My friend loved her gift. Fast delivery. Overall great experience, Every dress was made of high-quality materials and tailored beautifully. It was accurate description and the delivery time was good.

There are many thing and staf very small prices and free transport and very good girls who makeng the orders. I had never ordered from them before, and new that I might be taking a risk, but there were so many GREAT reviews, I felt the risk was minimal. I have to say I and my brides maids were more than impressed. Every dress was as exquisite as the pictures, they fit very well; only minimal tailoring on two of 5 dresses, and the quality was better than expected for the price I paid.

Great communication and fast shipping on most items. Even curtains that I had made custom were shipped faster than expected. I have received very good service and even although the items are at a price most people can afford it has not been done at the expense of the quality as they look very good. The diversity and choice of items is excellent and I can pay by Paypal with also makes the transactions very easy and safe.

My order number is D************** From the day I purchased the dress and I received it in the mail was only three weeks. I did go up a size since I was right at the measurements of one size. The dress fit perfectly and was of great quality. I was completely and totally satisfied. I will recommend this site to my friends.

Warning! Don't buy from this site, total rip off! Ordered a dress, arrived within 10 days, dress wasn't UK size as mentioned, about 5 inches smaller than mentioned. Tried to return the dress but they said I would have to pay return cost and only get a 50 percent refund! This site is indicated as UK site but the site is actually in China. They took the money in pounds and also charged for the foreign exchange and to top it off I've now received a 25 pound bill from TNT for import duties! 1 dress in the charity bag and the charges keep coming! Please stay away from this company.

Hello, for me, Dylanqueen UK is the best online shop, every time we I order something from them, It's amazing. All thing are good and delivery time is too good I am very happy. I am delighted with value and quality of the items purchased. I found this site through the search engine - the items I've purchased are all excellent and I have forwarded website to family and friends.

I purchased it for my best friend's wedding, I received lots of compliments with the white chiffon satin one shoulder bridesmaid dress with beading and I loved the way it looked on me, the dress is really comfortable and very well made. Thanks a lot. More like the dress style and chic color.

I ordered a dress from DylanQueen.co.uk and when it arrived it was completely the wrong size. They do not accept returns and do not provide satisfactory responses to email queries. On top of that I then received a phone call from the courier to say that they had received a VAT bill for €45 that i needed to pay as the dress was shipped from China! When i queried this with Dylan Queen they sent me the link to the terms and conditions where it states i have to pay this VAT. I would advise anyone not to use this website or if you are ensure to read the returns policy and the very long list of terms and conditions

My chiffon Green Long Satin A-line One shoulder prom Dress arrived today. I catched them 8 days ago. The shipping is ok, Shopped here once and got rewards to get more freebies, After wearing the dress, i get a lot of compliments, Very happy with purchase.

If i could give Dylan Queen -7 stars, i would. And this isnt even based on ordering a dress, i simply asked on the online chat if i would be entitled to a full refund if i was unhappy with the dress because there was no photo of the dress from the front. I then got numerous messages from 'Nancy' where she used abbreviations and slang, and this to me, from a supposedly professional website, is appalling. Her replies to my queries were 'pls send your email address to us and we can send a picture to u' and 'give me your email address and i can send to u'. This is ridiculously rude, impolite and grammatically incorrect ant their terrible customer service made me change my mind about ordering from them, or recommending them to others.

Ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding in September. Thought it was a UK made dress as the site registered in the UK-silly me! Promised 5 £ off on registration-never had it, and no replay on my enquiry.
It was delivered in 2 weeks -promptly, but unfortunately 2 sizes too big, and also heavy with lots of padding (for Cyprus!) -looking completely different from the one on the photo.
The customer service after long email exchange declined to accept it as a return. Offered 2 new dresses for the price of one! It's hanging in the wardrobe-never worn. Had to buy another dress.
And then later-invoice for 23 pounds to customs! So I found a little print at the end of their webpage where they mentioned possibility of another charge-but not at the time of paying for the order.
I would never recommend to anyone to use this site.

DONT BUY from this company! WARNING! The dress is not at all as the one seen in the picture! This is destroying my whole wedding! The dress is far from what the pictures shows and in poor condition with terrible sewing and embroidery. Dylanqueen refuses to take the dress back and send me a new one! Terrible customer service and i will not stop making these comments to prevent others to be fooled. They have ruined my wedding and the will hear about it! Just take a look at the buttons hanging loos in the back as an example!

I had previously issues with an item but they took care of it immediately without me even having to ask... I appreciate the attentiveness. The dress looks so soft. Very pleased with what feels like a good quality men's belt and I got it for nothing, including free delivery, as I redeemed a $5 coupon I was sent! Very good experience, i will purchase if i need next time.
