This website is a complete FRAUD! I advice everyone not to use it! They're very misleading and make customers believe they're based in USA and UK, however they're based in HONG KONG! They provided me with an email stating my order was confirmed, but when communicated with "SANDRA" (who was utterly useless), they claimed my order was not accepted?! How could this be when they did not provide me with an email confirming this? Sandra could not communicate with me professionally or correctly, and her grammar and spelling was appalling! If she is meant to be of professional manner, than she should not be speaking to me in this way! THIS WEBSITE NEEDS TO BE TAKEN DOWN! She was communicating with me both on Dylanqueen.com and Dylanqueen.co.uk!

DON'T GET ANYTHING FROM DYLAN QUEEN! I bought a dress from the website, and I have never seen such bad quality and service EVER. In addition, they say they have a Return Policy, but don't fall into the trap, because it doesn't exist; also the Dylan Queen's customers service is the poorest service I have come across in my life. Don't get fooled by all the fake reviews, because the whole website is fake and a money-robber! AND, they say its a UK based brand, but ITS BASED IN CHINA! ALSO, alongside the huge amount of money i had to pay overall, I additionally had to pay the delivery service, which i have now paid twice. NEVER OPEN UP THE DYLAN QUEENS WEBSITE, ITS FOR THE BEST! I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Bought a CUSTOM MADE prom dress, it arrived with lots of clicks in it, way too many to put pics on of, also from the waist up it is absolutely huge, UNWEARABLE, VERY BADLY MADE.
After several e-mails and pictures they offered me 7% off, they now are not answering my e-mails. My g/daughter is devastated as we now have to find her a dress with little money.
The customer service is shocking to say the least.

My dress came to me exactly as I ordered it with the number: D**************. I gave them my messurement and it almost fit perfectly, I was worried reading all of the reviews but decided to take the risk and it was well worth it. Their customer service is also very accommodating to a stressed out girl waiting for her dress! I would buy dresses from this website again and again.

Reasonable delivery time and beautiful dress, but the packing could be better, the dress deserved more than just being shoved into a bag. Tight fit but looks fantastic on, just have to not put on any weight :)

Good site really I try many shopping site but I don't find like the services and the quality is perfect, D************** is my order number. The shipping is fast for 98 and above orders. I'm more or less always happy with the products I resive and the quality is good. The prices and service are great. The product was like the photo while ordering! My child love those dresses! As you have seen from my previous postings, DO NOT buy from DYLANQUEEN.CO.UK. The dresses are awful not like the photo's at all. My dress came with holes in it and THEY WONT REFUND MY MONEY. They may have posted an apology on this website, but this is the only communication I have had and since then nothing. This company is a disgrace. I have overcome Cancer and the tragic loss of my 17 year old Son and my dress was me renewing my wedding vows as a fresh start. I was heartbroken when my dress arrived and even more so when they wouldn't refund me my money.

My dress order number is D************** I'm So HAPPY with the look and quality! I am extremely pleased that my dress came earlier than expected. The look is exactly the same as in the picture. Everything is absolutely perfect, the dress is made so well, the lines are clean and straight, the veil is wonderful, the gloves are nice, the petticoat matches the dress excellent, the material of the dress is thick like is shown on website. The delivery was very fast and reliable. Only the wedding dress packaging could have been better.

I tried on this dress before, and I search online specifically for this dress at cheaper prices. I knew I wanted something like this. This dress is absolutely gorgeous and the material feels good, I could not be happier with my choice!

I love this dress. I purchased it not long and tried it on. I am a caramel girl and it looks good. Seems to have like a peachy tone instead of nude, but I can make it work. Either way, it is gorgeous.

Absolutely love my dress. Fit me perfect. Its so pretty and I'm so thankful for you offing such a reasonable deal. I would recommend Dylanqueen to my friends!

1. The sleeves are far too wide not to mention the crafting.
2. Even though the size was 'custom', the crafting was terrible - it is cramped, baggy and without any form.
3. The lace has nothing to do with that shown in the website picture - it is just common lace and not the fine lace with diamond shaped flowers shown on their website.
4. Multiple threads coming out of the dress.
5. To make the dress resemble that of the website picture, they cut pieces of lace from the edge of the material they used, and just patched them on the neckline, the edge of the sleeves and the bottom of the dress.
6. The train is far too long and the lace is way longer than the silk.

I contacted them and they asked me to send pictures and advised that if they see a problem, they will give me a refund.
I sent the above points together with pictures to prove my points they said that they see nothing wrong with the dress and that it looks nice on me. After multiple e-mails, they offered me a 10 euro refund when I spent 180 euro.

Everyone that saw the dress agreed that it can't even be looked at. I wish I could show you the dress. Horrible experience and even worse after-sales service.

I still can't believe my lucky every time I discover a new e-mail from dylanqueen.co.uk, and they agreed to pay half of this unexpected cost before DHL even delivered it. Good commitment to your customers! I trust the shop and have ordered many times with no problems at all on any order.

You name it they did it all in a most amazing manner. Glad to have shopped from them, The straps on the dress were a bit long but as I did the custom fit order, I must not have read the measurement instructions properly.And it was such an unbelievably low cost for such a gorgeous dress! All Brits and everyone in the world. Do not shop from this website. They are fooling you and taking your money. They claim they have a Return policy, but it does not exist. I have lost all my money £119.00. I ordered a dress for Christmas and when it arrived it was faulty. They wanted to give me 10% back. I am still trying to sort it out, but they are very obstructive. Do not be fooled by reviews. If anyone wants to check me out with this review, you can contact and talk to me. Don't buy from this site!

DO NOT USE THIS SITE - ordered two dresses, both wrong size. They are being very obstructive trying to return them. They are based in China! The voucher codes on the site do not work. Do not be fooled by fake reviews. Avoid at all costs. Have almost certainly lost £135 and have no bridesmaids dresses!

Very glad I ordered this dress, it is so worth it! The colors are as vivid as the photo but the layout on mine is different which makes my dress unique in a certain way. It fit me so perfectly and I had many oohs and aahs from my kids and my hubby. And the price is very good. Wow!
