DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I ordered an outfit for my daughters wedding - it arrived on time as I paid extra for quick service BUT the size was completely wrong (far too small) and the quality of the fabric was cheap & nasty! In addition to this I received another customers dresses which I agreed to return on the understanding I had reimbursement of my shipping fees (another hidden extra, be warned!) and a refund for my outfit. 56 emails later... surprise, surprise I'm still waiting! With no phone number & someone different dealing with my email everytime I send one this is going to run & run! PURCHASE AT YOUR PERIL!
Dress arrived on time and that is the only good thing
It was not as shown in the picture, it was poorly made with very cheap fabric, they wouldn't send me the forms to return it and eventually i had to get the cost refunded through my credit card company. Then finally i have now received a £24 tax and vat import duty bill from TNT

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter taking a lot of care to get the measurements right. When it arrived, the bodice and the waist were both about 3 inches bigger than specified. Having got a quote for £70 for all the alterations, I tried to send the dress back without success. I have now just also received a tax bill for £24 because dylanqueen didn't pay the duty in the price!

I SENT THE DRESS BACK AND I TOLD THEM THEN THEY TRIED TO ACT LIKE THEY DONT HAVE IT AND THAT I SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS WHICH IS NOT TRUE! I ASKED FOR A REFUND FOR THE FIFTH TIME AND STILL NO REPLY. HORRIBLE
I ordered a prom dress for my daughter but was shocked at the poor workmanship. There were snags in the netting, various areas where cloth had not been sewn properly so the stitches had come undone, and areas that had been badly cut. Only a few basic measurements were asked for - not enough to make a properly fitted dress, so the under-arms where too low and the neckline was too big, causing it to fall off the shoulders. When I complained to them they asked for photos, which I supplied. They then offered me 5%, which they raised to 10% (less than £10). In the end I got very fed up of constantly messaging them to sort it out. It appears to not be UK based (as suggested in the. co.uk name). I would NEVER use this company again! Appalling customer service in my opinion.

I ordered 2 prom dresses from this company - having read on the order page that they had an easy return policy. Both dresses arrived on the date but they are both very bad quality and not what I was expecting. I therefore contacted the company and the following was their reply:

Beg for your understanding
What's more, if you return it, you need to pay high freight and should wait a few days for the refund.So how about we refund you 8 GBP. If you accept, we will send money to you in 24-48 hours.

Absolutely appalling! This company is not based in the UK or USA - it is a fake website with cheap dresses being sent over from China. Wedding dress and 2 bridesmaid dresses are a complete mess. I have been offered 5% refund as they state that they will lose money otherwise! The fact that I am 10 weeks away from my wedding with no dresses and no money to buy replacements doesn't seem to bother them. Stay away from this website. Obviously some cheap sweat shop in China with blind people classed as tailors!
DISASTROUS and disappointing!. Ordered a custom made dress for my friend on here, based on all the "positive" reviews. The measurements differed greatly from those submitted, as confirmed by a local tailor, and the dress was obviously a take-off and not the same as shown in the photo. Dylanqueen didnt want to take any responsibility at all. After a LOT of emails and bartering to reach some kind of resolution they offered about £12 compensation which I declined. Please note, "dylanqueen.co.uk" are NOT a uk based company, they dont even have a rep over here. They are based in Hong Kong and a week after receiving the dress I received an import tax invoice for a further £24 and because they are in Hong Kong, consumer rights dont mean a thing. Trading Standards cant do anything as they need a UK address. Which of course doesnt exist. All in all, my friend has paid £130 for a cheap fake dress, and bad service. Personally, I have never dealt with such rude and unprofessional people. They can be found on Facebook under the name Huqui Suzhou. All I can say is... BEWARE.

Answer: Please save your money and shop elsewhere. These people are a complete rip off. My mother in law bought a dress for a wedding and the size was completely wrong ( even though she bought it based on the measurements and went up a size to be on the safe side) and they refused to return it. It was obvious that it was made poorly but they refused to return or exchange it. The dress was also very cheap looking, nothing like the website. They're a complete fraud. I reported them and my mother in law filed a complaint with her credit card company to get her money back. Definitely do yourself a favor and stay away from these people.
Answer: Whitney, please take your money and run very fast in the opposite direction. This company is not ethical. They took my money, did not provide a dress than refused to provide a refund. Here's what's really insulting, they offered a discount if I brought another dress. Really, after not refunding my money from the first order. Let all of you under the eye of this posting ask the government to investigate them and shut them down. They are stealing from the public people.

Answer: Sorry to hear you had problems like many of us who purchased items from DylanQueen. Unfortunately this company are shit and probably not repair the dress, so my advise is go to your local dry cleaners they maybe able to put a new zip in for you.
