Do Not Buy From This Company. Firstly, the fact they are based in Hong Kong and you will pick up customs charges is very well hidden on the website. With a co.uk domain you would think they were UK based, but don't be fooled.
When the dresses did arrive they were way too long, the wiring on the bust was all at a funny angle so they dug into the girls. The colour wasn't similar enough to the sample shot on the website. I ordered what looked to be light and floaty dresses for my bridesmaids for an outside wedding in the height of summer. The dresses were so heavy and bulky that they made the girls look far bigger than they are, and would be so hot that the girls would have really suffered. I would ebay them, as we have absolutely no intention of forcing our bridesmaid to wear such awful dresses but I would be embarrassed to pass them on to another person in the state they arrived to me in.

There were a few alterations that I had to have made like an extra button for the back side of the party dress where it is laced up and there was an applique that was sewn on the wrong way. All easy fixes, the attention to detail is amazing with this dress! Also the party dress came with optional straps that you snap into place, i love this feature so on the big day I can decide whether or not I want to go strapless or have straps. Thanks very much! If i need, i will come next time.

Hi to anyone who might be concern about buying their prom dress online. I bought my prom dress from this company and am extremely pleased with it. I was a little apprehensive at first as I really didn't know anyone who had bought their dress online, and especially for a special occasion but I can happily say my dress fitted perfectly and was an exact replica of the dress advertised. I would highly recommend people to use this service, it's cheap, quick and exactly what u order. SO HAPPY PERFECT!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased a prom dress for my daughter, she tried it on to see if it fit and everything was ok, when coming to re try the dress on a few days prior to her prom the zip got stuck and would not come down the zip had bust. I had to have the zip taken out and a new one fitted, I have wrote and told Dylan queen about this and they have been very unhelpful, all they say is it was purchased too long ago to do anything about it bearing in mind she as only tried it on twice. Absolutely disgusted what a rip off.

I got the dress today! I must say that your service is good even though the shipping takes quite a few days. You make very good dress and I'm happy with all of this. But there is only one thing that is really important in my memory. That's the size. I would have chosen the wrong size without your guiding about the measuring. And here i would like to tell everybody to be careful about the size. I would suggest you to take a measure when you choosing the size. It just take a few mins and you got a perfect dress which fit you like a glove.

I am warning many young kids who are wanting to order from here for their prom dress or anyone who is looking to order a dress from here!

I found a lovely picture of a red lace prom dress and decided to look further into it. There was only 1 picture which was of the back of the dress and shown no picture of the front. On the the description it said it was v-neck but it has also said that you could alter it. I immediately fell in love with this dress so I ordered it asking for an adjustment on the front so that it covered me up to my neck. The dress had arrived weeks later. I had opened the packaging to find that the dress was not lace like it said on the description and no adjustments had been made on the front. So I had looked on the website and it said that you could send it back if no adjustments had been made. I began to get angry with the customer service as it was appalling they understood every word I said until I asked to return the dress. Then I needed up speaking to 9 different people. As they are from china I began to panic because I thought I was about to get ripped off. I asked and asked for return slips and then they had said 'keep the dress we will give you 20% of the money back'. I immediately said that it was on there website that's this dress was fully refundable and if they do not give me the full money back I will take it further. But them being in China they knew that this was impossible. I will never ever recommend this website because I still have no money off them. I have sold the dress for not even half the price I bought it for which was £130. Now I am not attending my prom due to the horrible customer service that Dylan Queen have.
NEVER EVER BUY OFF HERE. They are unreliable and I will keep writing reviews until that company gets shut down.

I was considering ordering a dress but had never ordered from this site before and was a bit wary. I decided to order this as a trial because I thought it was something which I could at least wear more often if the quality or colour were not what I hoped for. The dress arrived within 5 weeks of ordering and it is fantastic quality, particularly for the price. The colour and size are true to the charts on the site and it fits perfectly. I am extremely happy with my purchase and would have no hesitation in ordering more from this site.

This site is a complete rip off. I ordered a dress, it came on time and is beautifully made. However it was two sizes too small. I contacted them and they told me I could order it again and only pay half or they would give me 10% refund. After about 50 emails including pictures I have given up and am going to try and sell the dress. I would not recommend these people to anyone. They are complete thieves. It clearly says they will refund if the size differs by more than an inch and my dress was 5 inches too small around the bust. If I could report them to anyone and ban them adveretising in UK I would. DO NOT CHANCE THIS!

Got my dress about a month after ordering it, which was almost exactly the amount of time they had predicted - I had mine custom made. It fit almost perfectly. It has a surprisingly excellent interior support and I didn't need to wear a bra! It was incredibly comfortable, and looked exactly the way it does in the picture. I am so happy to have this evening dress- very affordable prices for amazing and well-made products! Thank you. So much for making my senior prom so special!
