I wished I had visited this review site before I ordered from DylanQueen.co.uk. I order a custom made dress for a wedding I was attending. The dress arrived in good time but the packaging was not as stated on the website. I opened the package to find a dress which did not look much like the picture. The dress did not fit around the bust area as it kept slipping down when I walked about, the workmanship was terrible, the dress only had one bra cup, the dress was too long even with heels. Too many problems to mention but the dress was not fit for purpose. I sent up to 20 photos of the errors and got a response telling me to take the dress to a dressmaker and they will give a 5% refund which I totally refused. Took it to a dressmaker who advised me to request a refund. I have sent an official letter of complaint of which they have until Wednesday 3rd September to respond. As of yet I have not heard from them. I have reported this to my credit card company who will dispute this on my behalf and hopefully get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE WHO ARE PURPORTING TO BE A UK SITE. All the items are made in china.

DO NOT Believe the bad comments only, In my opinion, I have a good shopping experience, I came across this website looking at homecoming dresses. When I saw the "Up to 80% off" sale ending in only a few hours and a dress I liked for a good price, I bought it (in blue when the picture only showed watermelon) right away without even looking at reviews. When I came back to the site to show my boyfriend the dress, I realized the "sale" had started over. Then, I had gotten an email saying I hadn't paid yet, when indeed on my credit card account it said it went through and was paid. I then became pretty skeptical. So I looked up reviews and I was horrified. I then contacted the credit card company saying it was a scam, and they told me what to do, to wait and see if the dress ever came. The dress came three weeks early and look so good.

I'm surprised, we don't have much time to order the dress and your guys did before the time, I wasn't expecting it will happen, but we trusted, and u guys did it, thank u so much, we loved we will buy more for sure. The dress fits perfectly and it looks amazing. I'm very happy with dylanqueen.co.uk :) definitely.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Paid £150 pound for a dress and the rush delivery. Sent them my exact measurements. Received a dress back that did not fit, was not the dress in the picture and it was badly made. There was threads hanging everywhere and it was made from cheap and tacky materials. The site uses. co.uk at the end of their website to lead you to believe that you are buying from within the uk but then you receive a dress from china. The only thing the company got correct was the colour of the dress. This company has left me with a dress that is not wearable and i have had to spend even more money for a dress maker to try and make something work. I am disgusted that this site is getting away with this. Complete scam. AVOID!

I bought my prom dress on this site, very happy with the quality of the product and price. At first, Reading all these comments a week before I must say I got very scared but now it's arrived it's more and more beautiful in person! I'm imlove with it! Thank you so much!

DO NOT use this Company, whatever you do. I took the time to have a professional measure, provided them with additional measurements to assist and they still sent me a dress that fitted me absolutely nowhere.
They do not adhere to their T&Cs for return, I sent photos of the dress on me, as well as photos showing the measuring tape and wrong sizes and they still will only offer half of my money back, that is after I have paid to return the dress to them, I am still trying to get my money back and will have to resort to legal action it seems.
Do not risk your money, they are obviously crooks.

Outstanding choice, phenomenal service! I cannot find fault, the staff know what a customer need and what will suit the customer. They are helpful, warm, friendly and efficient. I got my dress ordered from them and it was amazingly beautiful and fit just perfect! Really impressed with their customer service!

Today i got my dress, really love this dress, it's really nice quality material and it fit perfectly and it's adjustable in the back since it laces up. It came a day earlier than i wanted. I am very happy with my dress and the service was good, I highly recommend ordering from Dylanqueen UK site!

If you look carefully at the reviews which praise Dylan Queen to the skies, they are written in very poor English. Could this be because they are written by someone who doesn't speak English very well - perhaps someone in Hong Kong?
DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM! The dresses are appalling, you receive an additional bill for postage and they do not honour their returns policy - I have been haggling with them since March but they do not know what is coming to them...

The dress arrived quicker than expected, which was a plus, and it was absolutely beautifully made. The dress fit perfectly and was of great quality. I was completely and totally satisfied. Thanks guys very happy with my dress, very fast delivery and well packed. Fits perfectly. Thanks so much, I'll be shopping with you again.

Bought a dress for my mum, it came very quickly and that's why they got one star, unfortunately that's where the good service ends. The material is full of catches, the hem at the bottom is completely uneven, there are holes all over the place, some of which are about six inches wide. The material is bulging at one side and when we contacted the company they replied with 'the dress is the same as the photo' I wish there was an option to post photos here to show just how terrible this dress is. It was taken to a seamstress who said it was such a mess that there is nothing she can do to make it look any better

Dress that I purchased for my daughter was very poorly made measurements were wrong so dress didnt fit properly. I took the dress to a professional dressmaker to see if alterations were possible only to be informed that the dress was poorly constructed and could not be altered.

I emailed the customer service to inform them of the problem to which they asked for pictures to be sent through so they could see where the dress was too small etc.

Aftere several emails back and forth they had agreed to refunding me back what I had paid for the dress, however once I emailed them back to let them know that I was happy for that I never heard back from them and hence no money was refunded.

I have now had to purchase another dress for my daughters formal. I hope that nobody else gets scammed by these scammers again.

The dresses are fake, they are trying to copy them!
I received my dress Sexy Mermaid V-Neck Applique Sleeveless Lace Backless Floor-Length Dress" it shows at the back the dress has a slit to the bottom of your back, this is total lies! You say it is lace, its all lies, they dont not change or give a refund, had to go to my credit card company.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY! You have been warned! :(

I was a little bit nervous when I read some bad reviews about this website, but I couldn't be happier. My dress is just fantastic! It was handmade, so every detail is unique, but it's all very similar to the picture. The dress came within 3 days earlier, but it came in a very small package, so it will need some laundry service before my wedding - that's the only negative point I have about it. All in all, thanks very much for the shop.
