The dress is high quality, better than most I saw in the stores. Beading is beautiful, perfect color, looks just like the picture. It did not fit me perfectly so my mom had to do some alterations, but overall I am very happy with it. I would buy from here again :) My dress was ordered custom fit, and fit it did! The timeliness, the quality of material, and the workmanship all exceeded my expectations. The price is incomparable! Thanks to Dylanqueen UK, my day was perfect!

Ich habe bei Dylanqueen.com ein Abendkleid für umgerechnet 110 Euro bestellt. Nach einigen Wochen erhielt ich ein falsches Kleid. DylanQueen hatte die Empfänger vertauscht. Man flehte mich an, das Kleid nach Frankreich zu schicken, im Gegenzug sollte ich das richtige Kleid bekommen. Ich habe das Kleid auf meine Kosten (16Euro) nach Frankreich gesendet, aber nichts mehr vom Empfänger gehört. DylanQueen versprach den Fehler gut zu machen und wollte mir auf seine Kosten ein neues Kleid schicken. Das neue Kleid kam per Express-Versand aber UNFREI, wofür ich dem Postboten 38EUR an der Tür zahlen musste. Das neue Kleid war eine Katastrophe! Die Pailletten und Steine waren teilweise abgegangen und lagen lose im Karton. Außerdem hatte das Kleid einen weissen Fleck! Nach diversen Emails und Reklamationen wollte DylanQueen weder die Ware zurücknehmen, noch mir das Geld zurückgeben. Lediglich 15Euro wollte man mir gutschreiben! Allein die Versandkosten haben mich 54 Euro gekostet! Seitdem habe ich keine Antwort mehr auf meine Email bekommen. Insgesamt hat mich der Spass ca. 180 Euro gekostet und letztendlich habe ich nur SCHROTT in der Hand.

Ich möchte hiermit meinen Frust deutlich machen und ALLE WARNEN, die aus diesem Shop bestellen wollen. LASST DIE FINGER VON DYLANQUEEN! Es ist wirklich ein unseriöser Anbieter. Material ist minderwertig. Reklamationen werden einfach ignoriert!

Le service après vente est très disponible et répond rapidement à mes demandes. De part mon expérience personnelle en tant que cliente, je trouve que ce site est très professionnel avec une réelle disponibilité et un souci de satisfaire sa clientèle.
Si petit souci de livraison ou autre, possibilité de se faire rembourser et cela dans de très brefs délais. Bref, je recommande vivement ce site à ceux qui recherchent à faire des achats intéressants à prix raisonnable. Et en plus, ils livrent un peu partout dans le monde dont chez moi.

The dress was ordered that made up on September 9rd, received it on October 1. The long dress looks beautiful, a little long but I can figured it. The material is high quality, better than most I saw in the malls. Shinning Beading, Great color, looks just like the photo on that website. Would purchase from again. I would order it a little further in advance just because it takes about nearly a month to recieve. I was worried after reading all of the bad reviews that we may not end up with a dress but I have nothing negative to say. Everything go nice! I tell my words, everybody can tale it as considering elements.

A fast delivery time and the quality of the dresses is good. I'll come next time.

When I ordered this purple long dress I was a bit worried but I got it today and it fits perfectly! I didn't want to take it off and I can't wait to wear it to my big party! Meget fin kjole, svarer helt til billedet og er syet efter mine mål, som klart kan anbefales. Det koster meget lidt ekstra (ca 150 kr) og kjolen passer perfekt! Jeg skrev i "remarks feltet" at jeg kun er 1,65 og at kjolen ikke måtte røre gulve og det har de formået at ramme perfekt.

Alle der brokker sig over den ekstra told: Sæt jer nu ind i de regler Danmark har sat op vedr import fra alle andre lande end EU lande! Tolden er for mit vedkommende ca halvdelen af kjolens pris og det havde jeg regnet med ind i købet.

So disappointed. The dress is about 3 sizes too small. I think they had it in store, and just sent it to me, could not care less. Of course, no return policy, apparently there is enough material in the seams, but not when it is THREE sizes too small. Waste of money, and later to pay extra for taxes and duties paid by the transport firm.

It arrived rather quickly after I had ordered it. I cannot wait to wear it in a few weeks at my next performance.

My good friend recommend the shop site to me and i want to recommend it too. I loved the quality of this dress and it was made nearly perfectly tailored to me. It was estimated to come before the September 20th so I want expecting it until then but it came September 15th. And the dress looked even better than the picture!

The dress is fantastic and i love it. I was astonished at how quickly it was shipped and delivered and the quality of the dress is amazing and it fits perfectly. I am wearing it to my daughter's graduation and will post a photo up later. This fabulous price, I am keeping both since there isn't much difference in the bust size and the empire waist forgives the stomach and hips. Material is very floaty so I will be wearing a full length slip to cut down on static.

I ordered a pink evening dress arrived 3 days earlier, so I was happy with the attitude and service. At the first moment I thought they sent me a different dress, because It doesn't look like as the picture, but I still like it. It fits perfectly and it is a very good quality. You can't find any difference between expensive dresses from shop and this one. I was little dissaponted with jacket as I requested 3/4 sleeves and they sent me afull lengh and it is little big, so I will have to find another one somewhere. Except of this little problem I am happy and I would recommend this company to everyone. Thank you all people who made this dress.

Not only did my dress arrive 2 days early but it's absolutely perfect! Oh my god, this dress is seriously suit for me.
