This store has always been a problem with long lines, waiting inside forever. Employees not knowing what they are doing. There was 6 employees and they all were working at a snails pace. There was a long line at the drive through so I decided to go inside well that was worse I waited 20 minutes for 2 coffees there were about 7 other people doing the same thing. Some people came in after me and got there orders before I did no sense of urgency!

My niece orderered a dozen doughnuts what we ordered was a dozens I didn't want first of all they never have cream filled or custard filled and I am more than dissatisfied and disappointed

One of the representatives(Daemon) at Dunkin donuts located in green valley ranch was worse. He didn't know how to ring rewards and instead showed his temper to us when he couldn't help us. Made our morning awful.

Dunkin

Went to the Dunkin' in new castle, they filled my tea but left a big space in the cup. "We can't fill it all the way up cause that's where the ice would've taken the room." Every other dunkin donuts has filled it up to the top, also customer service was horrible.

In my area you can't pull through a drive-thru with your debit card or they'll double charge you. And what's with their cups what are they stupid. I buy four cups a day every time they come out the window they drip all over my car. There is nothing else worth buying in their store but coffee and they can't even do that right.

I wanted to leave my feelings about the terrible service that I receive every morning from the dunking 2270 E market st, east York Pennsylvania. They never give me the food as I ask for and I am always patient and I complain again because I also work with customer service, but it does not fail, they do not say good morning, they rush you to take the order and then give it to you wrong and it is money that one misses.

Worst coffee ever

Went to get a coffee at this Chambersburg dunkin donuts on Wayne Ave couldn't get my coffee right then gave me cold coffee instead of hot this place is the worst place ever I have been to get a cup of coffee will go to Starbucks from now on they can atleast get one cup of coffee right and the price I pd for this cup of crap i should have been pd just to drink it not sure about the other dunkin donuts but this one on Wayne Ave is terrible should have went to Starbucks like always lesson learned

Evil manager

The manager at Dunkin Prattville is the most rudest and conniving manager Ive ever heard he talks to his other employees like crap. I witness him yell and degrade one of the employees and when I asked her who that was she said her manager and how upset she was by the comment made, I hope this comment gets back to corp, how does this make a better work environment? And this isnt the first time Ive seen that same employee upset about what he does and says to her DOES ANYBODY ELSE NOT SAY ANYTHING? HORRIBLE! That man needs to be fired

Stopped by the brand new location in Abingdon, Virginia. I had a single plain donut and could have kicked myself for wasting 2 bucks on something that wasn't worth a quarter. Never again. Now I know why they're called "Dunkin". That's what I did with 2 bucks...flushed it! I could have bought a whole box of fresh baked at the grocery store. It taste like a$$! Poor quality.

First experience

This is my first experience at Dunkin and probably my last all I got was attitude they gave me the wrong donut refused to switch it out. They gave me this really water down crappy coffee. If you go to the one in St. Charles on First Capitol, I don't recommend it. I even had a gift card and the guy was like it won't scan so I scroll down a little bit to show him how much was actually on the gift card and then magically it scans I don't even think the guy was actually pressing the button to scan my gift card, so now I don't recommend going to the Dunkin on First Capital in St. Charles all you'll get a crappy service and really crappy coffee and a bunch of attitude

Flies on the menu

Just placed an order at the new Dunkin' Donuts on 69th and Palmetto. Period. This is like 10 minutes ago. Told the employee taking care of me that they were flies in the display case. What does he do? He gives me a smile and does absolutely nothing. If you're going there, be aware for the new menu they have. Won't be coming here anymore. Sad because it's just a brand new place.

Terrible manager!

Store #******* I was charged $18.25 for ½ dozen doughnuts and 1 small coffee. The excessive amount didn't register until I had paid with my card and I asked the employee how much a ½ dozen doughnuts should cost, she looked that the ticket and then threw it away. I asked for a refund. She said she wasn't authorized. I asked to speak to her manager. She put the manager (I only got the name "Dy") on the phone and Dy said to come back tomorrow so she could issue a refund. I explained that wasn't acceptable to me and if she is the only one authorized to issue refunds she should come to her place of work to issue the refund. She said no and hung up on me. For the next few minutes, the employees tried calling her but she wouldn't answer. One male employee got so irritated with the situation and Dy's unacceptable response to the issue that he quit on the spot and walked out. Before the male employee walked out I asked if he could get my receipt from the trash can and he gave it to me. This was the only employee who was helpful in the whole situation. I requested the full name of the Manager, but the remaining employees were told by the manager to not give out her name. Dy was extremely rude and had no intention of helping resolve the situation. I left the doughnuts and coffee on the counter and left after several minutes of silent treatment from the employees.

I've been trying to use the app for 3 1/2 years since I met my gal and get her $20 worth of Dunkin/month. I end up going into the store to have a clerk do the order for me! The store personnel also tell me they don't like the app either. In 3 1/2 years I only have 277 points b/c I don't get points in the store. They should be ashamed of their poor rating b4 mine! BEWARE!

Bad bad customer support

Three phones call hang ups from them, 3 hrs later the problem is not resolved! It was a simple refund that never got back in my account. They say they reversed it, bank says they didnt, so fraud report I go! Somebody at dunkin has my 50.00! I hate your company now. Three hours and got nowhere!

Who owns this location? Owning a million dollar business only to let the employees scare off customers makes no sense to me. 1. I asked which flavors they had prepacked ( because often only a few flavors are). I was told I needed to come into the store to see. Um, I wouldn't be in the drive through line if I wanted to park and come into the store. And how many seconds does it take for you to tell me? 2. One of the employees is wearing a t shirt that says, " I DONT CARE" on the front, which pretty much shows exactly how they feel about their customers. No uniform or dress code? 3. I ordered two pre-packed ice creams. They tried to sell me a different flavor because they didn't want to have to fill one themselves, even though there was no line of anyone waiting. When I got home and opened the one they filled in the store, it was 2/3 rds full compared to the other one that was filled completely to the rim. So I paid for a full one but only got 2/3rds. I know good help is hard to come by these days, but the service and attitudes at this store are costing the owner money.
