I visited this store, and I was verbally assaulted by an employee. As always, I asked for my 2 frosted donuts not be placed in a bag because the frosting sticks all over the bag, it's not pretty, it's a mess. Therefore I asked the donuts placed in a box, the employee refused. The employee refused to put them in a small box, she stated that frosting was dry, and that she would not lose her job over giving me a box. After that, she started insulting me, all happened in front of my grandkids, ages 4 and 2, which were scared and couldn't understand what was going on, they just wanted their donuts. We came out of the store with no donuts, which made my little ones very upset, they asked me why we didn't get any donuts, I didn't know what to say, all because I refused to have my 2 donuts place in a bag. Area manager called me, after I send an email to customer service, he offered me a dozen donuts for my troubles. I felt insulted, there were more client in the store, my grandkids were horrified and scared as this lady continued to scream bad words. If you want a terrible service at DD, go to store # 343XXX in Florida.
My best friend wanted to drive me places to get free birthday stuff and we went to Dunkin and ordered the free birthday drink and it was great but then we went to the window and they made us pay. What a sad way to start off my birthday :(
This is the most unreliable Dunkin I have ever been in. No customer service skills. Just let the in store customers be ignored for 15 minutes. Then the order was screwed up. Claimed they were out of chocolate munchins when they were clearly in the case. Management needs to be on hand before they lose this brand new store. Also to many friends visiting. Employed people for 30 years and I would never put up with this. My family will continue to patronize the Clarkesville Ga. Store. Not this one.
I was so impressed with the EXCELLENT TEAMWORK AND SERVICE AT CLEARLAKE ROAD LOCATION I HAD TO WRITE A RECIEW AND LET YOU KNOW WHAT AN EXCELLENT JOB YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE DOING Very friendly professional and QUICK SERVICE! My iced mocha latte was the BEST EVER! Thank you it took me several times to do this review as I had to google it and submitting the photos was giving me a really hard time! Hopefully in the future it will be easier to submit a review
At the plaza sing branch at 12.20pm on 4th jan 2023. The employee was on the phone with someone in the back and there was no one at the counter to take our order. When i signalled to him to take our order so he came round the front and continued to be on the phone without taking our order and we stood there for about 5minutes waiting for him to take our order until he finally got off the phone and took our order. He apologized after getting off the phone and said "im sorry", to which i responded. "Its okay" and turn around to talk to my friend and he raised his voice and said " i said i was sorry" in a very rude and threatening manner. Shortly after that while packing our order, i asked him " can i have a bag with that" and he replied in the same rude tone " of course sir, why would i not give you a bag, i cant give to u in a box just like this". Overall very displeased with the customer service and rude tone of the employee
We went through the drive thru and I kindly asked the girl if they could just make sure my macchiato was on the darker side as I don't enjoy milky coffee. She rudely responded with "ma'am I'm sorry but we have a measuring system so it comes out the way it does!" I responded with I'm sorry but I just want it to be on the darker side" and she then replied with a very rude sounding "ok ma'am you want it in the darker side! Cool!" I was appalled by her tone because I buy these about three times a day! When I drove up the girl at the window was apologetic and ashamed for her coworker and agreed that she was rude. Tabatha has very little knowledge of how to treat customers! Rude! Not meant to slander Dunkin' in anyway because I truly enjoy my coffees and this one came out great! My complaint is mainly on how rude she was and I know that Dunkin' wouldn't want a person like that representing the company, speaking as a business owner myself.
These peices of $#*! think trespassing a alzhiemers patient is good an get a sick man arrested when they had the man's home number an the cops well there 2 week training course put them in the idiots with no education
I ordered what I thought was a free XL coffee on the app. After going through the process and tapping place order I was charged. I contacted DD non customer service who informed me that despite the order going through and an XL choice option, I couldn't redeem my free coffee for an XL. Oh- and then they told me I should be more careful. The coffee is fine. The company sucks.
I write this place one star because the lady there that was taking orders was so rude. She told these kids and said You could've just paid with that for one order you're wasting my time when the kids were splitting the money with the adult that was paying for them and the adult was paying for the drinks and the kids were paying for the donuts and that's what the lady said she has a very rude lady that does not no manners.
Put tomatoes back on the menu for avocado toast so many people are tired of the food just dropping off the grid starting to never want to come back. Employees agree with me!
I've been buying coffee for over two years with Dunkin' Donuts and lately their coffee been very water down it's like they're using the same coffee, and just adding more water and it's bad enough we paid more than what we should for coffee when we could go to Wawa's and get

Not only is it going to take a lot more points to earn a so called free coffee. Let's face it we all know we are still paying for it! They also limited the size and speciality drinks you can receive with your points, from 200 points to 500 points for that same free coffee! Even if you buy the X-Large coffee all the time. You won't get a free extra large coffee with THIS NEW APP. They can at least match the size we purchase!
But the worse part is being over charged and not be able to get a refund without sending in multiple emails it happened to me. I ordered my "FREE" coffee, I did receive that coffee, but as I was leaving the drive through the app charged me for two additional large coffee's. I parked and went into the shop and showed the manager that I was charged for two additional coffees I didn't order. She said she couldn't refund my money. I asked her for the coffee, even though it was on my phone with that stores address that she could plainly see, I was told the order was not processed and I was refused the other two coffees that I paid for as well! I was told I had to email corporate, so I did three times. I sent in the copies of the transaction history. The first time they said they refunded me for one large coffee, they did not I refreshed the app as they suggested. I sent another email and attached the screen shoots for all three coffees with the store address, date and time and totals they took from my account! No response from Dunkin! I guess they think I can afford it more then they can. I WILL NO LONGER LOAD FUNDS INTO MY ACCOUNT, IF THEY REFUSE TO REFUND THE $10.74 and the points for my free coffee I will not give them the opportunity to keep ripping me off for the overpriced coffee to begin with! THERE'S ALWAYS Starbucks! Here's my proof of purchase
This morning, I went to dunkin donuts on south nevada, in Colorado springs colorado and I had asked for avocodo toast with bacon, and when I got it and sopend the box. Guess what I saw. They forgot to put my bacon on it, and that is what I was in the mood for, so I am pretty mad about it because avocode toast with bacon on it is the best in the world, and, they had no lemoade for the reshears and i do not like green tea because the flovor is not the best, but I love going to this place but I might not go there snymore.
I am very disappointed in this new point system. This morning I went into "offers" and chose the "two times the points" for an espresso drink. You do not get two times the points... for an espresso drink I got 172 points, for the exact same drink yesterday I got 175 points go figure! 3 points is NOT two times the points! No matter how you do the math.
First time trying egg and veg bites. Its sadthe menu changes alot. I vote to ditch this item. It was costly for two bites, and took me an entire coffee to wash the taste out of my mouth. Disgusting food product..
I loaded a gift card on the app on my laptop went to the store & couldn't login on my phone to use it. Contacted support & was told you can't login on more than 1 device & too bad I asked her for a name or ID & she hung up.
I can't even tell you how often I get a horrible cup of coffee, or a cold cup of coffee, or burnt coffee, or cream in my coffee after being charged for almond milk. So much time wasted in bringing coffee back, and money wasted dumping the coffee when I have no time to return it. I won't even get into the disgusting food. They at least used to give out an old fashion munchkin to my dogs who looked forward to the drive to Dunkin a lot more than I did. Now they don't have the old-fashioned munchkins and charge you for a whole donut, which I have to get because my dog is expecting it. We waste so much money at this dump, it's the least they can do smh. But instead they nickel dime you to death and charge you for things like a almond milk in your coffee, or a cup of tap water with your order. They're just disgusting through and through, and we need a replacement coffee joint that actually knows how to make coffee asap. So over DD already.
This is my coffee from this morning. Lukewarm and half full. I have to wonder if they accidentally gave me an employee coffee or something. I don't know but I don't have time to go back. I hate this place And I'm sick of wasting time and money on them.
