We drove a hour and half to get there just to finally try a Dunkin' Donuts and threw away $30 of nastiness and could not even get what we asked for. Drinks took 15 minutes or longer to get and tasted like water with French vanilla creamer. They throwed 3 different donuts in a bag with no wrapping around them and stale. We ordered a dozen of glazed and they said the 4 there were all they had and they could not make more glazed donuts and substituted them with 10 donut holes. This was on Jefferson Avenue Cookeville Tn. It was so nasty that our grandkids wouldn't even drink their refresher drinks either. We tasted them to see and it tasted like nasty water with a drop of flavor.

My ice coffee resembles Hot tea with cream? WHERES THE COFFEE Dunkin?STOP WATERING DOWN COFFEE WITH YOUR DEALS! BECAUSE ITS NOT REALLY A DEAL IS IT?

I got a dozen donuts this morning. Out of jelly donuts at 8:30am.
When I got home, I found that the donuts were "sweaty" and cold. The chocolate frosting was wet and sticky.
I can only assume that they were frozen or at least sat in a fridge.
The donuts were not at all like what I have had in years past.
Walmart has better donuts which is do sad.

Do you know how many times I have drove to get a dunkin' donuts buy a nice fresh donut only to have the girl at the speaker say we have no bake goods today. What the heck? Then I have to sit in line behind the other people that are ordering and wait till they're done in order to get the heck out of there. What happened to the donuts? What's going on? Don't advertise donuts if you don't have donuts. It is happening all the time at least for me it's happened at least 10 times in the last year.
Absolutely pathetic. No baked goods at a baked good place. What's wrong with this picture?

Overhyped and overpriced. Poor quality donuts in a busy and inconvenient place. Neither worth the time nor the money! Never again!

I ordered a large regular coffee and it surprised me the it cost over $3.001 use to go there regularly but coffee right up the street at Scotters is just $1.07 for a large coffee

I ordered online to pick up at store when I got there the employee told me that there was no donuts they only hade two varieties of donuts so I asked so they can refund my money and she told me there's nothing she can do so I left the store without my money or donuts I called corporate and still haven't heard nothing from them that it is the franchise owner that they have to wait to resolve this issue this was 2/9/2024 and today's date is 2/14/2024 and still haven't received an answer Dunkin' Donuts on Miami located on 137 ave sw 152 street

My most recent visits were on 12/29/23 and 12/31/23. My first stop on my way to Pittsburgh I asked for a caramel swirl iced coffee with 2 xtra shots of the caramel swirl liquid sugar and cream. What I got was a cup of bland Iced coffee. I make a mental note never to stop again at that location but gave them another chance on the morning of the 31st. I ordered a medium coffee w cream sugar an ice cube and 1 blueberry muffin. The muffin literally fell apart as I te it and the coffee tasted so stale I couldn't drink it let alone I ordered a medium and got a small.
I am done. Seems like no matter where I go I get disgusting coffee and my order is wrong. As much as we pay for a coffee it dam well better be right! Maybe once the majority goes to Starbucks or a other establishment Dunkin will hire people who atleast graduated high school and can follow simple directions.

We walked in the store and it kinda smelt weird, like eggs. We ordered and the costumer service was ok because they are definitely more focused on their drive thru. After we ordered it took them around 20 minutes to get our food but, we were missing one bagel sandwich when we finally got our order and, all of the sandwiches were burnt. For example the cream cheese bagel was black and cream cheese melting off of the sides. Last we got our drinks which were 2 mango pineapple refreshers and a frozen chocolate. The mango pineapple refreshers tasted like milk and pineapple. The frozen chocolate was missing an ingredient, making it taste like and ice slushy with chocolate sause on the sides. After all of that we brought the food back to return it and it still has taken another 20 minutes for them to even talk to us, we got our food back burnt again!? DO NOT RECOMEND‼

Went to dunkin' donuts and newport news fort eustis and almost was assaulted by employee because they got my order wrong Employee when as far as to call Emmy outside, which was ironic, because I was already outside in my car. But then when I was pulling through the drive through, he stood in the front and taunted me to come back. And that's me keeping it ligh

Dunkin in Mount Holly NC. Inside your store and workers inside are wonderful but that young girl that was working this morning on 11/16/2023@ 8:35. Worse customer service ever. It killed her to be at the window. Attitude, no straw for drinks. Wouldn't speak up in interkom and attitude at the window.

I have been to this location several times. The service level is terrible, frequently get the wrong coffee. In one instance they asked me to drive to the 2nd window to get my food. I sat there and counted four cars behind me leaving with their orders. I ended up having to knock on the window several times before getting their attention. Their response was "we forgot." I do not go to this location anymore, I drive past it and drive another 4-5 miles to get to a better Dunks!

Bought a dozen donuts last week, the owner at 3207 Lake Ave #4A, Wilmette, IL *******, told me need to pay first, don't go there. The owner is not nice.

I love your donuts. But they are not halal, WHY DO YOU GUY SUPPORT ISRAEL AND NOT PALESTINE!?

Those omelet bites and much needed snacking bacon o coffee had my own was $8.39! I asked if that was a mistake! Uh, never going back EVER! Will cook my own. And...no more ham in the wake up wraps?! My love affair with DD has come to an end!

I visit the Avon, IN location and each time I go I get disappointed. My order is never correct and the staff can be be unpleasant. I order the Carmel Craze (Lg) and avocado toast with bacon and my toast never has bacon. This time when I sent it back they dump a few pieces of bacon on my toast and wanted to charge more to have the bacon cover the avocado or toast for that matter. They charge $4.69 for the toast. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE AVON LOCATION. My money is too good for this type of service. I get home to eat my toast and it's bread, was never put into a toaster.
My home cooked meals continue to taste better every time I try to support a business, I am disappointed. Keep your bread and one slice of bacon!
