My fiancé went to get breakfast and he walked over to Dunkin' Doughnuts which is one of our favorite places. He walked over and went to order breakfast and the worker asked him to order at the kiosk however he has bad vision and can't see without his glasses. He finally gets our food and drinks ordered and pays. Comes back and we set down to eat and my bagel bacon egg and cheese is burnt, we aren't very happy with our breakfast, we didn't have time to take the bagel back to get another one. The coffee was good and this isn't the first time we have had burnt bagels from Dunkin' Doughnuts. Please fix this problem!
I visit the "white plains" location mon-fri on mam'k Ave & the New management is a Mess!(slow, chaotic with orders & sometimes confused) the new people don't concentrate on the line & how staff have no idea about company coupon amazes me. I miss the old manager they had who ran that place smoothly.i never know with this new crew what service I'm going to get. I hope they finally get it together. I need my coffee. Ps# if I say I want a large coffee, why would you ask if I want "ice" coffee? Wouldn't I tell you that?(SMH)
I ordered five bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches at the Freehold location right next to Acme and I got five sausage, egg and cheese and the person talking to me was very very rude and i went back and they refused to replace it. And they threw it on the very very sloppy like it doesn't even look like a sandwich. To be honest, they gave me my top of my croissant, separate in a whole different bag the bottom wrapped up with all the stuff on it and play $#*! just like I don't want to be putting it together. I ordered it so I wouldn't have to put it together. I ordered it so I didn't have to make it.
I love DD i think there is so much potential BUT everywhere i go i have issue. In EVERY damn store are people who has no idea what they're doing, young kids who are acting like it's their first day in work.SUPER unprofessional! Everywhere i go they always messed up my order, burn my sandwiches or forget something what I paid for. I thought its just one store but no, it's ALL Dunkin's store. Continue like this and you can close the franchise. I'm really upset and make sure everyone knows…
I will never order online I paid for my order twice because it still had the same order up saying place your order so I thought my order didn't go through so I paid for it twice any only got one order no refund or anything no call back and they said I will hear from someone trouble
Went to the Dunkin' Donuts on Route 1 in Saugus Ma and they got my order wrong twice. First they cooked my sandwich with plastic on it and the second time they didn't cook the sandwich at all, I bite in it and it was cold.
We paid $19 for a cream cheese, hash browns, decaf Cof large, donught, and a refresher and only got the refresher, decaf coffee, and the doughnut and we waited very long for our order asked and never got it cause " we didn't pay" when we did
Not that I'm a food critic but the tv commercial for the sausage, egg, cheese left a lot to be desired. Looked like more of a bread sandwich.
I have tried filling out the survey on my receipt and it is not working, so I just wanted to thank Emma for how good she does. She is so helpful and always so friendly always makes my experience a Dunkin' so much better.
With donuts as your business and even in your brand, you should be able to put out a pretty decent glazed donut since that's about as basic as it gets. I have eaten Dunkin' Donuts glazed donuts twice in the last month in two different locations, the Dells in Wisconsin, as well as the Oasis in Chicago. Both times the glazed donuts were wet and soggy. Anyone knows the glazed doughnut should have a dry hard shell; it's part of the joy of it. I am so done wasting my money on a donut place that doesn't make good donuts. Why is Dunkin' getting so much play? Just say no and go local for your donuts.
I would like to say I use to love there coffee and donuts. I would go there every morning for about 10 years, for a hot coffee and a donut or 2. I have noticed, since 2020, that Dunkin donuts, quality has gone down,a lot. They strawberry frosted was my favorite, but in 2020 I could no longer eat them, the color of the frosting was know a strange tint of pink and taste like chemicals and a hint of strawberry. And the coffee taste like cardboard with a hint of very very weak coffee. It's sad these places are cutting down on quality of ingredients. I am sad to say I will no longer be consuming there products.
Employees at the Cape Coral location are rude to their customers. One said he would not serve me if I return. Another argued with me over my drink order.
The donuts looks good but when you bite into the donut it tast like my crap not worth even a 1cent gross taste like eating dry paper.
How sad is it that now neither Dunkin nor Starbucks gives you a free coffee on your birthday! Seriously?
I asked for oat milk and they gave me normal milk I'm lactose intolerant and have plans tomorrow overall I think Starbucks is better
This Dunkin Donuts restaurant is quaint. The workers go out of their way to satisfy the customers. Most of the time there are customers who come here on a daily basis. The staff is always smiling and do work diligently to fulfill mobile orders as well as in store requests. The team is absolutely working with all types of challenges with customer orders and fills the orders as the customer specifies. KUDOS< KUDOS KUDOS to all the staff.
This place is horrible. It deserves less than a 1 point rating. I have called 4 times to Dunkin and there has been absolutely no resolution. If you have a serious problem, expect to be ignored completely. Don't expect to get what you order here. Read the reviews - one person got seriously ill, another one states that the coffee cup was filled with grounds at the bottom. My visit was atrocious. I have a sensitivity to dairy products so I make absolutely sure that I order accordingly. My order had missing ingredients and dairy products. I guess Tracey is the owner, but she does not have the decency to respond to you despite Dunkin corporate stating that they have repetitively requested escalated followup. I was sick for two days after spending $7 on a treat for myself. Please do not let this happen to you. Do yourself a favor. If you want Dunkin coffee go to neighboring locations.
So you go to dunkin's drive through to get your coffee and start your day. The guy inside making the coffee has his pants down around his $#*!! Whay is Dunkins dress code!? Oh they don't have one apparently. Boxers all bunched up sticking out, looks sloppy, unprofessional and downright dirty! Not sure where or who trains the employees on customer service, but their #1 phrase, "is that it". Drives me crazy! "Would that be all" just maybe? I mean, who am I, im the repeating business that
Keeps you in business! Not any more! Going downhill fast, I'll take my business elsewhere thank you.
This review only applies to the Dunkin near me. I have never experienced this at any other store. Although the food is generally good and coffees are usually well made, don't dare complain if they don't make it the way you asked. You will be yelled at and they will refuse to serve you. I complained about a coffee drink not being made the way I asked, told them that I couldn't drink it that strong, which is why I had asked them to go easy on the Espresso (one less shot than normal). The very dark color of the drink was an obvious give away that it hadn't been made the way I asked. When I complained, the girl at the register, who was obviously new and not having a good day, lashed back at me. (When I was in retail customer service, we would have been fired for speaking to a customer that way). Then the manager got involved, but instead of trying to calm things down and fix the problem, she said she wasn't dealing with this today and gave me my money back and told me to leave. You don't deal with customer complaints that way. I was there a total of 5 minutes, and instead of acting like an adult and a manager (and she was no teenager!) she acted like a petulant child and refused to correct the mistake or even complete the order.
