They charge because of a refill they get the order wrong and they can't do there job right that in order to get a refill is not to charge

I was coming through Georgia today and decided to stop by Dunkin' on lake Oconee I went through the drive thru it was very fast and steady services and the employee April greeted me with great customer service she is awesome

I came to Dunkin in the morning before school, they were extremely slow and did not take my order until I had been there for 25 minutes. It caused me to be late to school and it was disappointing. They need more staff in the morning.

Business hrs clearly indicate 5am opening time. It's 5:11 and I'm standing in line watching the most relax worker take her sweet time. When I asked when she would open.5:15. What's the point of getting an early job if you don't want to wake up on time.

When me and my friends went to Dunkin' it said on the sign door that it was closed and we had to go through the drive through. For some background me and my friend go to this Dunkin almost every week. So we go through the drive through and we tell them we want to order and they don't say anything so we go up to the window and the workers shut the window in our face while they proceeded to let other people through and purposely ignore us after the 10th time of trying to get their attention they finally say they refuse services to people in the drive through who aren't in cars and threaten to call the police. So overall would not recommend this Dunkin.

Address: 179 Millers Run Rd, Bridgeville, PA ******* HAS gotten my drink order wrong 5xs now and no sticker because they know it got messed up. I ask for 2 cream 2 sugar and 4 shots of hazelnut. THEY TURNED IT WHITE. I can not have Alot of cream due to lactose intolerance yet they continue to mess it up. WHY? Then they gave us a hard time saying it was right and we only ordered a medium for $4.16 and said the cream was right? I have gotten the drink for years I know when it's not right. I will let everyone I know not to go to that location.

Dunkin@ cebu domestic Airport claims they run out of brewed coffee. Have to buy the *******@p90.

Steer clear of the Dunkin in Rock Hill NY they charge 75% to 100% more than the others. Order a pumpkin muffin on the app, they will charge $6.02 the one in Monticello NY $2.49! An XL coffee is 4.03, it's $3.19 in Monticello. Plus they skimp on using the flavor. Terrible place, do not recommend it.

Coffee is always wonderful. America does run on Dunkin! They have multiple options now on TAP. Over the last year they stepped up to serve the community. The app is great, quick and easy to follow with. I try to go early in the morning so i get fresh product.

The Dunkin Donuts at South Salina Syacuse NY 3915 has one of the meanest staff ever. I am a black woman, and there is a black woman there who is so mean to people, most especially people of the black races. She's disrespectful, a lout and extremely disgruntled. Her communication is so poor and she enjoys getting into a shouting match with customers. She needs to be removed so that that place will be sane and have a lot of positive energy. And if she gets to read this, she knows the customer who typed this, and I am so glad I matched her toe to toe today for my own peace. I have had enough of her treating me and everyone I know who have gone there like trash on top of our own money.

I ordered the avocado toast and it was burnt on top. They tried to cover it up with the avocado spread and lots of seeds but it was still burnt! Customer service? Dunkin at 1901 Pennsylvania Ave in Wilmington DE

If DD is using parchment paper or whatever in their oven then it must be burning and leaving burnt plastic taste on the surface of the bagel or bread...Come on DD, you've been getting complaints of this for a few years...Fix it..

As I was driving to the drive thru, there was 2 guys in white van that DID NOT stop at the stop sign and cut me off. As I continue to the drive thru the 2 guys parked their van and started yelling and cursing at me. As I tried to still place my order, he tells me I will not get the food from here! The employee that was on drive thru tells me to hold on. I waited about 2 -3 minutes then he comes back on just to tell me I CAN NOT PLACE MY ORDER TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I was leaving the drive thru I told the employee was he serious? The guy in the white van that cut me off, yelled and cursed at me with MY BOY S IN THE CAR says I told you, "You will not get food here I own this Dunkin Donuts" continue to argue. Then that was not enough he then gets in the van and follows me. Again, MY KIDS ARE IN THE CAR! The whole time no one is doing anything. I cannot believe that this guy with no uniform on was allowed to behind the counter and get on the mic from drive thru to cause all this commotion. Again, WITH MY KIDS! I never felt so unsafe. They were so unprofessional.

My wife loves Dunkin Donut coffee, has been drinking Dunkin Donut coffee since she was introduced to it in her twenties. She is now in her early fifties and has a heart condition that requires she not have caffeine in her diet or could be adverse and detrimental to her health. She adored having her decaffeinated cold coffee from Dunkin Donuts. And has been informed that you no longer make. Oh but you can make a decaffeinated expresso iced which is what in her expression" just awful " will not return. Was looking forward to visiting you often but will not.

Very disappointing BEC (bacon egg cheese) from Dunkin Donuts today. I used to work there as a teenager and had enough pride to serve food well

I ordered 2 donuts an egg and cheese was told crosssaint were unavailable an would an English muffin be ok. I said yes. 10 minutes later I asked what's was going on the lady said "please wait only two of us ". I waited 5 more minutes at which point 5 employees came out of back with manager from smoke? Break I asked my money be returned the said only manager can. He came over an began gruffly questioning me an asking for a receipt. I repeatedly asked for my money to be returned and he just kep stalling. I left upset without my food or money while the (?) manager mocked me laughing saying Go contact corporate! I Eill NEVER again buy from Dunking donuts because of this

She was very polite and positive.she took my order and was very quick with my order and everything on my order was well made even my coffee.

You should have never changed your hash browns. The new hashbrown bites are disgusting. They are way over seasoned and cause heartburn, they are always soggy instead of crispy. You could learn from McDonald's.
