I booked a flight around November 2019 for a return flight from London to Manila Philippines on July 2020 but due to Covid, our flight has been cancelled. The agency strongly advised me to rebook the flight so I then rebooked it and I need to add additional £1,200 for the booking fee difference (now paid a total of £3,340 for 3 passengers). After two weeks our flight has again been cancelled by the airline company according to them but I doubt if it's really the airline company who cancelled it. March 2021 when I asked for a full refund but until now there's no reassurance wether I'm still getting my money back from this scammer travel agency! They give you lots of promises but nothing has been done, Never booked a flight again to this SCAMMER TRAVEL AGENCY!
Been waiting 18 months for refund for cancelled flight. These guys have received refund from airline but won't pass it on despite numerous promises. An absolute bunch of sharks - avoid like the plague!
I bought ticket £ 474 and I tested positive for covid and inform the management Maryam about my situation and requested for the refund. I was refunded only £16. I contacted the supervisor Ahmad of Dream world and they were all extremely rude and he said the refund of the £16 will take up to 6 months.
Please never ever buy ticket from Dream world travel agent. They put on ticket on cheaper price to scam peoples. Once you have bought ticket they will change the conditions and in most cases ask for extra payment. Their call centre is based in India and absolutely no respect/professionalism for the clients after the bought the ticket.
They advertise cheap tickets on line and once got your money they do not want to know. They sold us non existent flights and then when we chased up for electronic tickets they told us flight had been cancelled by the airline! Apparently this happened over six weeks ago but they failed to tell us until WE rang up for electronic tickets
So in short they sell non existent flights, take your money and they mess you about trying to sell you alternative flights at exorbitant prices. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Spent over two hours on phone each time when it's our turn to speak to someone they cut you off
After ensuring my money was in their account they emailed to say the price was no longer valid and I could pay more or ask for a refund. I asked for a refund which did not come in the original timeframe of 10 days, they then emailed me to offer a voucher instead then when I phoned they said it would be paid in 72 hours. A week later no sign. So rang again, more verbal assurances the refund would be paid then emailed with screen shot saying it was paid into a bank account giving last 4 digits of bank account which WAS NOT MY BANK ACCOUNT! To which I replied telling them it was not my bank account and warning them I will report them for fraud if money is not paid. I won't hold my breathe for my refund!
Excuse after excuse! The currant situation! No refund received yet.

Please do not use DreamWorld Travel. Dreamworld travel will rob you and your family. There are better companies out there.
This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with - I paid for a ticket to Sydney over 3 months ago and still not received my e-ticket. Impossible to speak to anyone on the phone - stuck at number 7 in the queue for over an hour, then cut off, tried again and still on number 7 for another hour. I have emailed customer services several times and each time get fobbed off with inaccurate excuses. Now going to report them to the fraud squad etc as I am beginning to think this is a scam company. I had to give one star rating otherwise I would have given a zero rating - appalling company!

I have been told it's not possible. So, i agreed for rebooking. But, that's cheating i know. Why you can't give the money back to
Customer when you can use that money to book with another flight company.

01/06/2021 - Got email for flight schedule change & so raised refund request. Again not my fault.
15/06/2021 - Got email saying cancellation request sent to airline.
10/09/2021 - Again saying I should rebook the ticket. I have called customer service number and said i want my money back.
And sent emails million time so far. THIS IS CHEATING.

I purchased a ticket from London to Guinea, but due to COVID travel restrictions I've not been able to take the trip, which was back in February 2021 it's now a year I'm still going back and forth with this agency. And now, their phone lines aren't going through, tried the whole week and every time I get cut off saying that my line can't be connectedI'm sooooo frustrated with this company, after resolving this issue with them, I'll never buy tickets from them again even if they're advertising return flight for £1…Disgusting behaviour!
Its a fraud agency. Do not fall for the good reviews on their site, its a scam.

Why I should choose one star from them, they do not deserve. Standard approach is to take your money right after you handed in a booking, but do not make ticket for you! You spend a thousand attempts for communication, if you call, waiting in the busy line for hour, then they ask u to send an email only, if you send email, they either don't response, or keep lying (such as lying that they are preparing a refund for you this week/this month etc-which never cashed out). After several months you're tired of such invalid communication, they assume money is theirs. So easy. Commercial fraudster and criminal!

Booked a flight for £283 on the 17th November 2021 for January. I was advised that the ticked would be emailed with in 24 hours. On the 29th November after chasing I was advised that the price had been quoted wrong and I needed to pay another £50 or I could get a refund. I requested a refund. To date 17th Jan 2022 after emails and phone calls no refund has been received no refund. I have submitted a claim through Mastercard chargeback. This company is dishonest at best please avoid and use responsible provider. I noticed that DWT flagged my post before.
Terrible robbing company, they keep hold of your money even when your flight is cancelled. Never to book through again

I booked a flight and I haven't added my passport information or anything apart from pay for it and handed this "agency" money. By contacting the airline they say that I actually DO NOT have a flight. They took my money and they won't even asnwer their e-mails, whatsapp or calls. I need my flight now and I need the reservation number. I will be looking further into this and making sure no one and other flight services know not to let anyone buy a flight through DreamWorld Travel. Liars and scammers. The airline says, I still need to make my purchase even though I paid this "agency" in full.

First mistake was booking through then, flight schedule was changed and I was offered a refund (pre covid times before the world shut down) in Feb 2020... in July 2021, I found out from the airline they had the refund back in April but they failed to inform me,
Since then it has been nothing but excuses and delays,
I have yet to receive anything back from them,
The customer service is appalling and they fail to answer any of my questions without copy and pasting a generic response,
The manager was due to call me back in September. I'm still waiting

I have been chasing my refund for almost 1 year. They have received the refund from the airlines last July 2021, but until now my money hasn't refunded yet. I have been promised 4 times. I spoke with Lubna, Zahir, and manager name Ahmed but it was all useless. Everyone this has been a lesson for us, don't follow our experiences. This travel agency is a nightmare.
Would not refund my money. Had to dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. When ever I emailed them they said sorry will get it done. 2 years!

Answer: Scam do not use, automated replies no refund since March 6th. Been emailing everyday since. Emailed trading standard and reported as fraud. Sent email to my local MP.
Answer: Prepare to do a charge back with your credit card company as soon as possible and buy the tickets directly from the airline. In most cases you will be at airport with no tickets and Dream World Travel will keep claiming that you got the tickets until you have lost the will to pursue your money back. This is their modus operandi.
Answer: Beware. If DWT has not given you a refund (like to hundrerds of others), you might do these: Immediately inform your bank if you used their services and they should help you issue a chargeback. If they cannot help because of the 6-8 weeks 'waiting time' then immediately email DWT to refund within 15 days. If you still dont get it within this, and you used bank transfer/services, credit/debit card, call bank and ask for a chargeback. For credit card one could issue a section 75. If you used other payment methods, ask the company to issue chargeback. One option is to use small claims court or lawyer. Do not waste time, take action right now. Only the bank or court can get any refund due. Once you have done the work for refund, inform action fraud to help save others too. Copy and share this genuine review that i made from my experience to help others too. I only rated this 4 star so it shows at the top for others to read, and for those people who do not click 1or2 star ratings to see the truth. Only people who personally know the DWT staff have had good experiences. Otherwise the rest had a nightmare with DWT.
Answer: They are massive con artists, so you are unlikely to ever get them, or, they will wait until close to the departure of your flights and either ask you for more money, or change the dates and/or times of your flights, because they haven't booked them in advance. Contact Ealing Trading Standards.
Answer: Inform your credit card company that you have not authorised this and according to internet resources this is a scam. If the credit card company has authorised it already, you can do a charge back. Keep declining as in the end you will win.
