TURKISH AIRLINE has indeed confirmed to us that no ticket, at least the ticket whose references I have been given, has not been sold at any time to dream world travel. All deduction made, dream world travel in addition to having sold us a fake ticket on June 05,2021 lied that the flight was canceled because the itinerary had changed. And since then, they have not even thought of reimbursing us after more than 6 months of waiting. And by what alchemy these people still continue to operate on the different platforms. Who benefits from the crime? Are the British authorities going to tell us that they are not informed of the shenanigans of this company?
It's amazing what happens in the nose and beard of everyone without these idiots not being challenged and brought to order. Dream world travel, I demand without delay the full refund of the amount that was debited from my credit card. No cancellation fees can be applied as it stands. Since the ticket was never paid with Turkish Airlines.

Most rubbish company ever I have gone through. Their customer service is extremely frustrating. They can't understand what we are saying and they are not able to explain any reason. Companies charge a lot for any changes, after paying large money they don't ever do the changes that you want. Please don't go for this company. It's a total waste of TIME and MONEY wasted. They changed my flight time without my consent.

I TRUSTED THIS COMPANY AND THEREFORE EMAILED FOR OTHER SUITABLE DATES. Eventually I made alternative arrangements with another source. Upon returning home I found that DREAM WORLD TRAVEL LTD had actually taken out £345 from my bank account. I have an email from SYEDA MARYUM ZAIDI on the 19 April 22 stating that payment has NOT been received. I have sent numerous emails requesting a refund and all emails and telephone messages have been ignored. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOU PERIL. IF ANYBODY WHO HAS HAD ISSUES PLEASE ADVISE HOW TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED.

I would not even give them any stars as this company is a con! DWT are fraudsters, yet somehow the innocent consumer is not protected. Like everyone on this review, I am also expected a refund from a cancelled covid flight. I was in continual contact with DWT over the last 2 years, but I couldn't never get through on the phone. Excuses after excuses were given. Emails came back saying they would refund me but after my continual pressure for them to do so, I get the same excuses. We are inundated and requesting my patience. I have waited for 2 years now and I know the airlines have paid the refund as I contacted them myself last year and they confirmed that. Sadly as the airline rules stand the airlines cannot refund the customer direct if you paid via a third party. These scumbags at Dream World Travel steal your money. They absolutely have it and clearly happy to continue raking in the money and scamming the public. Why are we not projected by the law here?! Its clearly daylight robbery! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I Booked my Flight with Dream World Travel in
Feburary 2022 and paid in Full. My Traval date was August 2022 with Emirates But they didn't send me E-tickets and just only send invoice. I phoned the airline and they said there is a booking but if they don't pay 8th of March it will cancel automatically. When I called emirates after 8th March, they couldn't find my booking and they said booking cancelled 8th of March because agent didn't pay and ticketed.
I phoned the DWT and Emailed them but no Reply.So don't waste your time to call and email them, they not going to respond you. Luckily I was using my credit card to make payment and I put a despite claim against to DWT through the bank(Under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974). Hopefully I will get my money back through the bank.
They will lie constantly and change their own terms
And conditions as it suits them. Please do not book with this company.
Dream world is an absolutely scam company, DO NOT EVER BUY A TICKET FROM THEM. I wonder why the regulators have not sanctioned them yet. This company ruined and destroyed your holidays.
I wish I made some research and read these reviews before I paid my money to this company. I searched for cheap flights and was sent to this company and I found reasonable prices for my flights. I paid for my flights and then I got email confirmation and I was quite happy with that. When I checked my PNR to see my flights then I got shocked to see this PNR is only for reservation and DWT hasn't paid to Airlines. When I checked my booking and I came to know that tickets has been cancelled. I have been trying to ring them but can't get through to them as I am always on never ending queue and every time after one hour drops it self. I have emailed them plenty of time but no reply. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AND REPORT TO EALING TRADING STANDARDS
My flight was cancelled because of war in Ukraine. I had to leave country and now I extremely need refund for the flight. But nothing except auto reply mails. I can't contact them any way they offer. They just ignore all my requests.

I broke my ankle and had to request a flight change or refund. After reading the company policy it came clear that there was no guarantee of getting either. Which makes me uncertain why there is even a request system in place to begin with. What made me angry was the fact that after waiting on the phone more than one occasion, sometimes up to an hour. I was continually lied to by customer support. I was promised more than once that my case was being dealt with and a member of there staff and they would be in touch that day! I found myself in position where I wasn't able to re arrange my travel. Waiting for dream world travel to get in touch. Costing even more money and resulting in STRESS!. Overall it wasn't a dream world holiday I was expecting. It was a misinformed dishonest nightmare! Good riddance.

Been waiting since January 2021 for a refund! Emirates has refunded the Agent a few days after the flights were canceled and Dream World Travel has been holding onto it since then.
No manager to speak to, no accounts person to speak to. They must have a script that they just reading off the same vague answers every time you ring or send and email. I will NEVER EVER book through a travel agent EVER again. Rather pay more and go straight through to the Airlines. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AGENT!

Dream World Travel is the worse company ever, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone to use.
In December 2020 I booked a flight to Brazil and due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my flight and I made sure to call Dream World Travel and explain my situation and they said I would receive my refund when the Air Line refund back to their account.
After chasing for months, I received an email confirmation stating they have now received my full refund from the Air, and they would make the full refund to my account.
Until this day I'm still chasing for my refund, I called them on Monday 06.04.2022 and I stayed on the phone with them for 30mins and I request for them a list to provide another flight ticket and the remain money to be placed to my account the Agent said my ticket would cost £750 and I said to the customers service is a lie because on they website is way less and £300 and I said to him I can provide proof and he denied and said that's the price.
Every time I ask to speak to Management, they always hang out the phone.
I am still waiting for my full refund after two years
I booked 4 tickets to fly to Israel with Elal in 2020. Despite the fact that Elal authorized a refund in November there is still no sign of any payment.
AVOID this company. Once you buy a ticket with them you are in big trouble! I purchased my business flight ticket from them, over 2 years ago. Due to Covid my flights were cancelled by the airline. I ask for a date change so Dream World travel told me to pay more £500 on top of my business ticket price, for normal economy ticket! I did not want to do it, so I asked for a refund! Very rude customer service clerk, Hassan told me that I have to wait 6 months or longer for my money and pay £350 for their admin charge?

THEY ARE SCAMMERS! KEEP AWAY! We bought air tickets from them and on our way back the flights got cancelled due to Covid. We travelled back by another airline emergency flight additional full fare. After reaching to UK, we applied for the partial refund on our tickets with this company run by crooks. They kept promising that they are waiting for the refund to process every time we make enquiry. It is now coming to almost 2 years since we applied for the refund. Now they have even stopped responding to our emails and complaints! I had another relative who bought tickets from another company and travelled with us and they got their refund in a month's time of applying for it here. Dream World Travel are literally unscrupulous scammers, cheaters and an unethical company! And when it comes to service, there is none and if you try to claim money back for some reason, even if it's your right, you can forget it. There is no regulatory body, no airline help and no government help to get it back, unless one takes them to the Court.
I would be very, very sceptical of good reviews here, they appear to be written more to offset negative reviews and do not talk about any specifics. Look at the majority of negative reviews, they speak for themselves!
These people will drag you until you reach your graveyard when you cancel you flight tickets and apply for your refund. VERY IMPORTANT A full means 30% is the meaning in their dictionary. The will blame the airlines for the remaining 70% that disappeared. Very funny when you call customer service your number in the queue starts increasing from 4 to 5 and from 5 to 6 and so on.
Waited over six months for a refund. Now informed it may take another 16 weeks. They are uncontactable, an absolute disgrace of a company

I'm a regular flyer. During covid I had to cancel a few tickets. All other companies refunded in full or took a small administration fee around £50 -60

I strong advise that you book with any other company except this one.
I booked a trip to France and it was cancelled as Flybe ceased operating and Covid would also have stopped travel. I have chased and chased a refund. Have been assured it is being dealt with but nothing has been forthcoming. I am told Covid has had an impact. But surely any legitimate and professional company would not take two years! Extremely unprofessional and I wonder how legitimate this company is. They should have been reimbursed and as such should be passing money onto their customers. It seems unlikely that is the case….
Answer: Scam do not use, automated replies no refund since March 6th. Been emailing everyday since. Emailed trading standard and reported as fraud. Sent email to my local MP.
Answer: Prepare to do a charge back with your credit card company as soon as possible and buy the tickets directly from the airline. In most cases you will be at airport with no tickets and Dream World Travel will keep claiming that you got the tickets until you have lost the will to pursue your money back. This is their modus operandi.
Answer: Beware. If DWT has not given you a refund (like to hundrerds of others), you might do these: Immediately inform your bank if you used their services and they should help you issue a chargeback. If they cannot help because of the 6-8 weeks 'waiting time' then immediately email DWT to refund within 15 days. If you still dont get it within this, and you used bank transfer/services, credit/debit card, call bank and ask for a chargeback. For credit card one could issue a section 75. If you used other payment methods, ask the company to issue chargeback. One option is to use small claims court or lawyer. Do not waste time, take action right now. Only the bank or court can get any refund due. Once you have done the work for refund, inform action fraud to help save others too. Copy and share this genuine review that i made from my experience to help others too. I only rated this 4 star so it shows at the top for others to read, and for those people who do not click 1or2 star ratings to see the truth. Only people who personally know the DWT staff have had good experiences. Otherwise the rest had a nightmare with DWT.
Answer: They are massive con artists, so you are unlikely to ever get them, or, they will wait until close to the departure of your flights and either ask you for more money, or change the dates and/or times of your flights, because they haven't booked them in advance. Contact Ealing Trading Standards.
Answer: Inform your credit card company that you have not authorised this and according to internet resources this is a scam. If the credit card company has authorised it already, you can do a charge back. Keep declining as in the end you will win.
