These con artists sent me a dress which was so horrible I started to cry when I opened it. It was taken directly to a tailor before I was able to take pictures of this horrible dress, as I was afraid that if I did not get it to the dry cleaner/tailor immediately, we would not have the dress back in time for prom. The following was my last communication with these rat-bastards:
I will NOT ACCEPT anything less than 117.00! You people are liars and thieves and I WILL NOT give you my banking account number. ARE YOU CRAZY? I sent the money to YOU WESTERN UNION, you can send it to ME Western Union. NO WAY IN HELL will you get my banking information. YOU OWE ME 117.00. You lied and said you would give 117.00 NOW YOU SAY 58? NO WAY! You did not custom tailor my daughter's dress because the straps were about a mile too long when they got here. The petticoat was supposed to be the size of my daughter's measurements and it is TOO SMALL as seen in the pictures attached. The dress was FILTHY DIRTY as you can see on the statement from the tailor, the dress was 2 days late though I had paid express shipping, I had to pay for tailoring in the states and cleaning. DONT LIE to me again. I know DAMNED WELL you have a paypal account and you will NOT get your happy little fingers on my checking account! Pay me or deal with the consequences! 117.00 as promised on the phone last night from YOUR REPRESENTATIVE!

I will have to say that I just received my daughters prom dress and got it on the date I was supposed to and it looks amazing and amazing on her. Look even better than the picture. We will have to shorten it a little but that because she is not going to have heals on. I know some people will not always be happy but I feel that this site show only neg. Reviews. I hope this will set some people at ease. We will use dreamprom.com again.

I just received the dress and very unhappy of it because it doesn`t fit. I did measurements of Bust: 38, Waist: 33, Hips: 41, but the dress has bust 36, waist 32 and hips 36. Also it looks very different. Different kind of embroidery and straps not on the place but too close to the middle line. The jacket doesn`t fit and look well too. I won`t be able to wear it. I think this company even can`t make right patterns and takes the images of the dresses from somebody else. The dress is absolutely not proportionall. Also they didn`t show that it locatedd in China. You will wait really long time before it will come. Don`t order from them if you don`t want to weep in your wedding day!

Stay away from this scam site. The positive reviews are obviously plants. Here is the second email I received from them after the site first listed a delivery date of Apr. 2, then a followup email stating Apr. Llth and then they send me this? This site is a scam.

My letter to the dreamprom.com:

Dear Sir/Madam, the delivery came today and my dress arrived, but I did not get that dress what I ordered. I got different dress. I am very unhappy, because what the picture shows on your website it is not what I got here. The lace on the dress is different, there are 3 different lace patterns on this dress and it should be just 1 lace pattern. The quality of the dress is poor. Some lace are not sewed properly. The dress is far too long for me and I paid extra charge for the sewing to be perfect on me. The dress was dirty and it was terrible crinkly, because of the way of packaging which is not suitable this kind of dress. This dress looks like somebody took it together from two parts which should not be. The difference is too big between the top and the bottom. The lace is coming down very nicely on your picture, but on my dress the lace is like cutted half at the bottom of the top and lace lines were sewed under it. I think it looks terrible. I cannot wear this dress on my wedding, I feel terrible to wear it. I send some pictures to show you the problems with the dress.

Buyer beware... the quality, workmanship as well as customer service is beyond terrible. They do not/will not credit you back. We ordered a dress with an ombre material and we got an all one color prom dress. They claimed that the material was out of stock and they tried calling me before tailor making the dress. Wanted to get information on when/what time and number they called from. Said they called thru skyer so they did not have any record to show that they called. If you ready to be disappointed and have no recourse then this is the place to go.

This website is terrible! I ordered a dress on here, not realizing the company was from China. Well, I paid extra shipping to get my dress in three weeks. When it arrived I was confused. The dress had sequins and beads all over(not shown or described on the dress online). There were snags in various places and a missing eye-hook enclosure. When I asked them about a refund they said that the mistakes in the dress were because I wanted my dress faster. Really? I paid MORE to get a LESS quality dress? They would not let me return the dress that was clearly not the same as described on their website. They offered me a whole ten dollars... what a slap in the face. They can not communicate well, and are very unprofessional. They always addressed me as "dear." They told me their work was "in vain." I grew so frustrated, and that is why I am letting anyone who reads this know that they should not support this business and should avoid buying anything from them. What you see on their website will surely be different than what is shipped to you.

All other five star reviews are a joke from the company themselves. This sight is a scam. I ordered my dress over 2 months ago, and it said it would be here in 2 weeks. My prom is in less than a week, and i still don't have my dress! I have tried emailing them multiple times, but i never get a response. The website says my dress is still "processing". They took out the money from my credit card within 48 hours, and i still don't have my dress

We ordered a blue prom dress for our daughter and paid by credit card... when it arrived it was the wrong color (orange) and at least a foot too long... the refuse to let us send it back or get a refund on our credit card... we have exchanged several emails with them and i even emailed them the confirmation email they sent us showing that we ordered a blue one and they still refuse to make it right for us... stay away from this website as they do not practice satisfying the customer

The picture of the dress I picked from this website for prom was absolutely gorgeous. I was so excited for it to get here, and when it did I was so disappointed with what I received. It had a tear in the back and I hadn't even tried it on! When I did try it on so we could get photos to return it it fit horrible. It was like they didn't even use my measurements! The material was all wrong it brought me to tears it was so wrong. When I asked them for a refund, they said they'd give me $20 because they needed to pay for the material. Are you kidding me? That monstrosity they sent me couldn't have cost more that $15 to make. I would highly recommend you to NEVER use this site. It's a scam and they need to be shut down.

I order a simple bolero jacket for my wedding which is in 2 weeks. I am a designer and could make my own but figured I'd give myself a break. I paid 60 dollars on this jacket and order faster shipping. I also ordered two sizes larger than I usually would wear knowing that this garment was coming from China and sizes tend to run small. When I received my jacket I found a disgusting piece of rayon blended crap trying to pass off as the jacket I ordered. It looked like something you would buy with a cheap Halloween costume from the drug store. I was also furious to find that they didn't even use the measurements that they provide with their own size chart. All of my specified measurements were at least 2 inches off. The fact that they don't bother to correct their mistakes offends me and I think their site should be shut down. Since they like to ignore people I plan on posting this review all over their site.

Prom dress shopping? DON"T SHOP AT DREAMPROM.COM! I ordered a dress, paid a great price of $150, but you know, you get what you pay for! The dress looked NOTHING like the picture! It looked cheap and the fit was awkward! The seam that is supposed to fit at your waist instead was at my belly button! Not flattering! I won't even mention what the rest of the dress looked like! As a return policy: there are many unfair conditions you have to meet so basically THEY WON'T TAKE YOUR RETURN OR REFUND YOUR MONEY! I hope more and more people will find out about this scam of a prom dress site!

My name is Laura and I am a FURIOUS high school senior. This website sucks! It may look like they have good quality dresses but when you receive them in the mail, they come in a ziplock bag! Thank god my prom is in June so i have time to find another dress. The material of my dress isn't even the material described on their website. This dress is a cheap and poorly made replica of a la femme dress! I am so mad. Do not, i repeat, DO NOT order any dresses from this website. Their return policy is horrble.
