The dress that I received was poorly made, ill-fitting, and cheap material was used. I immediately contacted the company and they have been giving me the run-around for two weeks. I will be contacting my credit card company to resolve this issue for me. Purchasing your wedding dress should be exciting and you should be pleased with your gown. You will not get what you expected if you order your gown from this company. BUYER BEWARE!

Unethical business practice. I cancelled my order within 24 hours from purchase, but I've yet to wait for my refund... it's been more than a week and I have not received my refund. I've contacted customer service numerous times to inquiry about my refund, and I keep hearing the same answer "you'll be refunded within 24 hours." I asked for the confirmation number for the cancellation and I get the same answer "you'll be refunded within 24 hours". I feel like I'm talking to a brick wall.

I was shopping for a prom dress and found one on their site it was beautiful so I ordered it. When I got the dress it looked NOTHING like the picture, it was the wrong size, the hook in the back was missing, there were pieces of thread hanging out of the dress everywhere, and a hole in the slit. The company promises a refund if it was their mistake which it was & they refuse to refund me. I had to buy a completely new dress & they want me to pay to get the dress fixed when they messed it up. I spent away $200 on the dress and they want to give me $10 back. This is a horrible site don't buy.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS! I ordered a pair of wedding shoes for $108.00 size 6, when they arrived they were at least a size 9. After emailing back and forth for three months I came to the collusion that these people could not be as stupid as they seem and this was just a ploy not to refund my money. I was asked to stuff paper in the toes on my wedding day, or sell them to a friend, or take them to a tailor to cut off the toes and restitch. I was told my feet must have got smaller and other crap that normal people couldnt make up.

BE AWARE YOU WILL END UP LOSING YOUR MONEY, i wonder how much these bogus review writers earn giving good reviews to bad companies?

I bought a lace wedding dress on this site. It arrived on time but there was a dark stain on the side and a yellow stain on the front of my dress. The seams didn't match up and you could see it clearly through the dress and there was loose threads everywhere. I was very disappointed so I wrote to their company and sent pictures. They told me that they didn't see anything wrong in the pictures. I am very disappointed in this site. Would never recommend anyone buying from there!

Terrible, terrible company, if you can call it that. I ordered a dress and the color was much darker than on the sight and they told me to look at it in a different light. (What a joke). The fabric and lace were not the same as on the web picture and they told me they had the right to change that. They refused to refund my money and basically told me they could care less what I thought or that they misrepresented the product I was buying. They hide behind the fact they are from China and don't have to apply American Standards. Complete RIP-OFF - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Oh boy. Here goes nothing. Let me start by saying I AM NOT A HIRED BLOGGER! (though I'm sure some will swear I am.) I'm a mom with a junior in high school that found a dress she loved on this site. And I loved the price. And the fact that for a little extra I could have it here on time. AFTER placing the order I checked some reviews for the site (yah, I know after was pretty stupid on my part). Not gonna lie, after reading reviews I was completely freaked out! I sent the company a few emails, and never got a response. I have never been so stressed in my life! At last I received an email that stated the dress was on it's way. A little relief came over me... but then I couldn't help wondering what the dress was going to look like. The dress arrived (a couple days EARLIER than expected) in a little tiny bag. More panic... BUT after I took it out I finally breathed a sigh of relief! The dress was beautiful! Granted it did need a trip to the cleaners to be steamed. But in the end I had a VERY happy teenager. And that makes me a happy mama! If I can figure out how to post pics. I will do so!

"Buyer beware do not order from these people! We ordered a prom dress for my daughter and it arrived in the wrong size. In fact the size they sent isn't even on their sizing charts. Mind you the dress is about 8 inches too small in the bust and an extra 18 inches too long according to their size charts. The inside seam was also coming apart. We sent at least half a dozen pictures with the dress being being measured along with the size charts and they refuse to acknowledge their mistake. In one email they even told my daughter it was her fault for ordering expedited shipping because that made the seamstress rush when she was making her dress. After about 10 emails of sending them the pictures I sent them back all their emails showing that they even acknowledged the dress size and theyin turn offered us $16 back of the $188 we paid. We emailed them and they refused to give us a refund. I filed a report with my bank and they are dealing with them directly but this has been a true nightmare. These people are dishonest and do not honor their return policies, if you don't want to gamble with your money do not order from them!"

Ordered it in hunter as emerald wasn't available on the drop down menu. Sent in a request to customer service to please make dress in emerald & they said they would, it arrived in aqua. Besides the color (which is important to the girl), the dress was nicely made & looked beautiful on my daughter. I ordered it with specific measurements & it was a bit too small for her around the waist (she had to suck in real deeply for me to zip it). In the end, she went with a different dress & now I'm stuck trying to sell this one.

Do not use this site! I ordered a satin & chiffon wedding dress. It arrived in a FedEx bag (a $300 dress stuffed in a bag), was tulle (not satin) the embroidery is awful, it has the design on one side of the breast (an obvious error) not even on both to try to cover their mistake. And they are refusing to refund me, even with quoting the Sales of Goods Act 1979-they are breaking the law shamelessly. You will probably be disappointed, out of luck, and out a few hundred dollars. Please save yourself the trouble!

I ordered my dress on March 22,2013 and just received it a few minutes ago. Today is April 25th 2013. I ordered it with free 30 day shipping so it was delivered in about 30 days. I absolutely LOVE my dress! It's stunning! Sewn perfectly with all 5 layers in tact, it's the right size completely, and all of the jewels are shimmering. My prom will be on May 10th and i'm 100% ready for it with the arrival of this dress. I was skeptical after reading thee reviews, but the dress is perfect. If you don't believe that my review is real, E-mail me and I will definitely send you photos of my gorgeous dress. Thank you dreamprom.com!

Let just say this. I would not buy my dog this dress. I had ordered My daughters prom dress from here. Got it 1week before the event. It is 2sizes to small. And to short and Dirty the bottom is cut all uneven the zipper is stuck. And when I sent pics of this they told me there was no zipper and to take it to my local tailor to have it fixed. As of today I have been call a lier and a cheat by them. I sent them an e-mail where they said I can have a full refund. And they said I added words and cheat them. Yea OK. Don't ever buy from them. They don't even need a gold star. But they don't have a black one.

So my friend and I purchased our prom dresses from this page without looking at reviews or anything, pretty dumb. But she had received her dress before me! Even though we purchased at the same time. So I started to look for reviews and only heard negatives. I was so worried, but a week and a half after my friend got hers I got mine. It was said to be delivered by the 27, but I got it the 16th! So relieved. I'm rating it a four, because my friend and I both were very snugged into the bust area, but nothing a tailor couldn't, fix for $25. Any who, aside from that it was perfect

This company is horrible, I ordered a senior prom dress for my daughter and the dress looks nothing like the one on the website. On top of that the dress had a hole and stains on it. I immediately contact them and sent them picture and they refused to refund my money. We've been emailing back and forth for 3 weeks. I paid 212.00 dollars for this dress and they only offered a 30 dollars refund, a discount to buy the dress again, or a discount on future purchases. Are they serious? I wish I could post a picture so you could be the judge.
