DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a petticoat to go with my dress. I gave measurements that were several inches larger than my actual size. I was sent a petticoat HALF my size. Literally it fits my 13 year old niece. When the issue was brought to their attention i was asked to "do them a favor" by paying for shipping because it was expensive. Or to order something else over 50$ and they would ship it with that product. When i insisted that they correct the mistake and that i would not spend any other money there till it was corrected they switched positions and stated that it was the correct size. I have sent photographic evidence that it is quite literally HALF the size that i ordered. So 20 emails later and i am STILL arguing with them just to get the product that i already ordered. They even insisted that i just go to a local tailor to fix the product. I am EXTREMELY displeased. And could not be more upset with their customer service or lack there of.

Ordered a homecoming dress 2 weeks before the date of the dance and paid $40 to receive the dress the Friday before... finally got it in the mail 2 days after the dance, took it out of the package and the beads were already falling off. Please do not order anything off of this website, their customer service is terrible; they were emailing me a week before the dance asking when I needed the dress and I told them clearly that I needed to wear it Saturday at about 4pm and they replied with "we got your point, please don't worry." They are liars!

This website is a scam. You won't get your refund no matter how hard you try. My wedding dress did not match the picture on the website, it was the wrong size and arrived inside out with no tags. Their return policy says dress must be returned with tags. Go figure. They must approve the turn. Well, they never will. I have sent several pics per their request to show the problem with the dress and they just keep giving me the run around. The last email they asked me to just keep it and told me that I should order the right size next time. Seriously?!?!? I went by their size chart which is completely wrong. Please don't order from this site!

I would be very cautious about using this site or this company.

They say they make all dresses to order so I ordered a US size 16 to ensure that I got a dress that was too large - that way I knew I would be able to adjust it. To my amazement a much smaller dress arrived - a US size 10 at best. There was no way I could fit into it as it was ridiculously small. I wrote to them and they went on about how all dresses are made to measure and I should get it adjusted. I sent them photos to show how bad their sizing was and they actually admitted it was their fault - I quote: 'we feel sorry for the inconvenience we have caused to you, for you want your dress quickly, which make us make a mistake in your dress.' I asked for a refund and they became difficult, saying I should go to a tailor and get them to confirm the dress was the wrong size. The tailor I use just laughed at the size and said 'there is no way that is a US 16' and even got out a dress - UK size 12 which is the equivalent of a US size 10 - to show how badly sized the dress I received was. I took pictures of this too.

Much correspondence ensued. When I wrote to them for about the 4th time they sent me an identical email to the one they sent me a week before - WORD FOR WORD. It includes the above words where they admit they have made a mistake. They were simply trying to fob me off which shows the extremely poor level of customer service they have. The final insult came when they suggested I buy a 2nd dress (with no refund for the first one) at a discounted price!

If Dream Prom manage to get it right and send a dress of the right size and description you are very lucky. If they get it wrong you can expect a long and drawn out rebuttal of your issues as they simply won't accept the mistakes they have made and will leave you in the lurch. I won't ever be using them again and advise anyone considering to think carefully as if anything goes wrong they won't deal with it.

I had to go to my bank to request an investigation and to get a refund. The bank asked me to return the dress and then they eventually refunded me. But I had to pay over £20 to return the dress, plus over £18 in duty when the dress first arrived, so that even though I was refunded I am almost £40 out of pocket.

This was a dress for my daughter's wedding and I had a great deal to cope with as well as wanting to look my best. Dream Prom added an amazing amount of unnecessary stress to an already demanding process. I'm lucky I was able to find an alternative in the time I had in between dealing with this appallingly organised company.

Do yourself a big favour and buy your 'dream dress' from somewhere else as you'll regret ever dealing with this lot.

Ordered wedding dress. Does not look like picture. Email them regarding issue. They asked to send picture. I did. They said picture is fine. No refund granted. Dress does not look like picture displayed before purchase. Wasted $245.

I ordered a dress from DreamProm.com over a year ago and it was horrendous. Not only was the cut of the dress that I received completely wrong (when compared to the picture posted by the company on its website), but the COLOR was wrong! After numerous e-mails, chats, and facebook exchanges (all of which included both statements of issues with the product AND pictures illustrating said issues--all of which were the COMPANY'S fault, might I add), the company refused to issue any type of refund and eventually blocked me from their facebook page, removing all of the comments and photos that I had previously posted. I would NEVER recommend shopping here unless you want to totally waste your money. It's fraudulent, misleading, and WILL NOT work with you if you are displeased with your purchase.

I am getting married in January. IT's a small wedding and I was looking for a little less formal dress. I saw one on Idreamprom.com website I really liked. I knew that if I was paying $142.00 for a wedding dress it was not going to be designer quality. They were very prompt in sending the dress within the time frame they promised. The dress is pretty, but as I figured it's too cheap looking for my wedding. However, I do not blame them. If you are going to order a wedding dress or any other formal type gown on line for a couple hundred dollars you really can't be surprised if it's not top quality. I will not be wearing the dress I received, but I knew going in I was taking a chance and that I would not be able to return it. So I will try to re-sell it myself. Lesson learned.

Ordered the dress in January and still battling with them! When the dress arrived I had to pay courier £25 to receive the dress. When opened no labels on it the lace to fasten the dress was missing there was a hole on the seam. I contacted them to be advised a bit expensive for them to send the lace so if I wanted to buy another dress they would give me discount. After a few emails they finally offered me 40 USD even though I paid in pounds. I was then asked by resellers to do a review which i did dreamprom them sent me a email asking for me to remove this and i would get full refund but never did. I tried everywhere to Mach the colour but couldn't so after many emails I then paid a further 30USD for a Lacey to be sent. They did advise colour may be slightly out but my god my dress is silver grey they sent bronze gold after further emails they said this had gone on to long and for me to try and find the lace and had given me the 40USD previously which didn't even cover the hole repair. This company is a farce you can't return the items as soon as you complain they send a email with there terms and conditions which state to have the labels still on when returning my dress didn't come with labels on PLEASE Be aware of this company totally ruined my wedding still trying to find new dress now to go with the colour scheme and get married in 2 weeks they just don't care

I ordered a dress for my mom on dreamprom.com. The dress came with a very thick inside material that didn't allow my mom to move. I tried speaking with customer care from dreamprom to solve this problem and various times they told me they couldn't do anything about it and they didn't allow me to return the dress. I paid a lot of money for a dress no one will wear, because no one wants to look like a statue. Horrible customer care I must say. I have ordered online before and I have gotten very high quality. This is the worst. Please save your money, because there is no turn back. "

Buyer beware! Do not purchase any garments from Dreamprom. Quality of material is not as pictured. I was given garments that do not fit even after paying extra for custom fit. Their return policy is non existent. Dreamprom did not even make the garment as described on their website.
Long gown was too short, did not cover my bare feet. Dress too tight and pulling all over. Dreamprom comment: looks lovely and wear flat shoes! Also received a jacket where the sleeve was a different shade than the bodice of the jacket. Dreamprom will not honour their policy of customer satisfaction. It' s more like a guarantee of customer frustration, loss of money and time. Don't bother ordering from this company. You will be thoroughly disappointed. Another suggestion from dreamprom, go spend more money to fix the outfit and we will compensate you. They will not pay for fixing the outfit as they will not admit it was their fault. So if you are in this situation, don't bother. You are wasting more of your money on a poorly made outfit.

After 30 emails of trying to get some compensation and many heated discussions, they said they will give me 10% refund. They actually stated they cannot afford to give full refund. I guess it's because there are too many of their unfortunate customers asking for complete refund. However if they have been in business for many years, I can imagine how many customers they have disappointed and made money off of!

THIS WEBSITE IS A TOTAL SCAM. I ordered a dress and the color they sent me was not the color I requested. I requested red and received a coral dress. The workmanship of the dress is equal to ZERO. I could have done a better job. What makes me upset is that they're not willing to admit they've made a mistake and talk about the four inspections these garments have to pass. BS! Please ladies do not purchase anything from them. What the pictures show is not what you'll get. They are ripping people off.

Let's start of by giving a NEGATIVE star. I have sent them numerous emails and all they keep repeating is please accept the dress. I don't want the God damn dress. It looks nothing like the picture and is short to the point where my a $$ shows heeellooo. Waste of $185 down the drain. I even tried calling them over seas and spoke with some chink that calls herself customer service. Didn't and wouldn't give me an dress to return. Website fails with their return police. Customer that isnot ssatisfied I have to keep a dress that's hanging now in my closet and 185 lost because their eyes are so stretched because the pictures I see they think it matches the photo on their fake website. Hope this business goes out of business!
