I was going to order from here but then I found that the site was full of phishing scams. 98% of the reviews are crappy ones. Once I decided to not order, I had several voicemails on my phone. The 1st one was regarding my item in my cart and that they wanted a credit card to pay with. I eventually answered my phone and was not polite to the lady I could barely understand. Long story short, they wanted my credit card info and when I talked to them on the phone, tbey said they updated their site and wanted to make sure I wasn't having any problems checking out... a crock. My besf friend worked her magic and found my dress because we couldn't find it anywhere at that time. The reason for that was because the last time it was made was 2007 and only 1 place sells it. When I confronted them with that all they kept saying was "we not scam". IF YOU GET WHAT YOU ORDERED, IT IS BY CHANCE. READ ALL THE REVIEWS. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Wish I'd visited this site before I ordered not one, but two dresses. One needed altered even though the measurements matched and didn't get payment as they state you will on their website. The other dress didn't match the color chart and the zipper didn't work but they won't except the return. Wax the zipper, and I guess get over the color! If you order from them, be very weary and at best read their return policy very carefully.

Recieved my dress in good condition.
I ordered as per the colour shown which was daffodil and which was the colour I expeted to recieve.
It was a much brighter yellow than the picture and was told I should have known it would be brighter. Oh dear! Now we have to be mind readers on their colour charts as well.
There is no way I would wear this dress and after what I am now experiencing with returning it back to them, I would never order again from this site.

Beautiful Wedding Dress! Absolutely love the dress! It is perfect in every way. I ordered the dress to be custom even though my measurements were exact for a size 6. The dress fit wonderfully. No alterations necessary. It is super full. I just need to get a hoop skirt with a small hoop to keep the dress from going underfoot when I walk. The quality of workmanship is excellent. I am a dressmaker so I know what you typically can expect when you see a drastically low price on clothing that one would expect to be much higher priced. The price cannot be beat, nor can the processing time. It arrived in just two weeks! My bridesmaids dresses were ordered at a dress shop and they are expected to take three months to come in! Wish Dreamprom had the bridesmaid's dress color and I would have ordered those dresses from them too. So, so very happy I found this website. It saved me a lot of time (as I don't have to make my own dress) and a lot of money that now can be spent on giving my guests a great time at my wedding! Thank you Dreamprom!

This website is a fraud. Don't give your money away. I ordered a veil and a jacket and it looks like even a kindergarten kid can do better, the dollar store is also a better quality. They would never return your money if you place your order, like they did to me. Please stop this people. I'm already have a lawyer working in my case, because they made me go through a lot of stress just days before my wedding. They put a picture in here that is not the real one. And what they sent to me was garbage.

The customer service is very rude, horrible and gives you attitude. I asked some questions through "live chat." The person was giving me attitude even though I was very patient. When I asked for simple request (sending an order confirmation to my different email address since I did not know if it will send another one after I change my email address in profile). The person told me to do myself and left the chat room right away. It is a customer service for god sakes. The company did nothing about it. I wanted to save the conversation so I sent the message to my email since there is a button for it. But just KIDDING. It did not send it to my email. So this is very shaddy.

So, I checked reviews for customer service for dreamprom.com. You will notice that the customer service is very poor and they will try everything not to refund you.

I was afraid that the dress was not on time and never get refunded. So, I asked for cancellation via email. It has been only two hours after I purchased the item. So there should no trouble. They sent the email back to me saying what was the problem. I told the story of unpleasant experience with customer service and bad reviews on internet. Their response is beyond hideous. They said, "What a pity that you did not trust us! Any way, we will refund you the money and give your full refund."

Yes, I got refunded all right. (Well, I should wait for actual result.) But this is not just about getting the money back. It is also about the service. I can bear with grammar of any kind. But they did not apology for it. That was not enough and they had to blame the customer for not believing them after their horrible services.

Please girls and ladies,
Prom, homecoming, and other events are important for you. Time and money for a dress are also expensive. I really wish to advice you to look somewhere else. I wish this message saved you from unpleasant experience I had.

I know a lot of people will disagree with me on this but this is the way I feel...

If you buy from websites based in China, Nigeria, Congo, Namibia, Iran, Syria, etc etc... a good rule of thumb is don't buy technology (phones, computers, cars etc...) and food (baby food, formula etc...).
If you buy anything at all... buy cheap plastic things like cd holders and make sure they aren't priced over $5. This goes for palm reading too.
Also when you order from places like this don't give them a credit card number otherwise you will be overcharged. Use something safer like a disposable credit card that only has $5 of credit.

PS. Don't order more than one item at a time that way your never out more than $5.

I ordered a wedding jacket in a size larger then I wear. When I received the jacket, in record time (without paying to expedite service) it was to small. I loved it, it was exactly what I wanted. I emailed dreamprom.com to ask if I could purchase a yard of the material so that I could take it to a tailor to have it altered. They. Returned my answer in record time, they wanted me to send them my exact measurements and they would make me one exactly my size and only wanted me to pay shipping. I was so delighted that they went out of there way to make it right. I received my second jacket in record (even faster then the first time) and it's perfect, absolutely perfect. Beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Could not find same jacket in bridal shop anywhere in my area. One million thank you's to all involved. Whom ever is the tailor that sewed my jacket, customer service, shipping... Thank you so very much. I can't wait to order my dress from you after the holidays. Heather Biske
