These people advertise low rates but you end up paying them and more in hidden charges. Airport pickup? Upcharge. Cancellation policies are super predatory. Look elsewhere!

Meu problema:
1. No dia de levantamento, não consegui contactar com GREEN MOTION RENT A CAR, ninguém -me atendeu durante 2 horas.
2. Quando foram trazidos para parque de estacionamento de GREEN MOTION RENT A CAR- totalmente desorganizado, carros sujos e antigos, com interior de cheiro mal.
3. Pessoas da oficina estranhos com aspetos criminosos.
4. Sentiu pressão emocional depois de recusar contratar um seguro de todos riscos de GREEN MOTION RENT A CAR. Avisaram, se não assinar o contrato de seguro vou pagar 990 €. Dizeram, que o seguro de DYS, não é valida porque o carro não é de DYS e tnho resolver todos os problemas com DYS. Que GREEN MOTION RENT A CAR, não é responsável pelo DYS.
5. Deram- me assinar o termo de responsabilidade ( sobre riscos e outros defeitos de carro)!?
6. Uma pessoa de GREEN MOTION RENT A CAR,de recepção, obrigou-me, á noite fazer avaliação técnica do carro totalmente riscado.
Como eu percebi, todos pessoas quem recusaram fazer o contrato de seguro foram obrigados fazer mesmo procedimento.
7. Depois de pedir o livro de reclamações - deu uma folha estranha, e não oficial - ponto final!
Eu desconfiei totalmente de essa oficina e de negócio com aspetos de ilegitimidade.
Tomei decisão, recusar levantar o carro, voltar para Aeroporto e arrendar outro carro ( consegui fazer rapido sem problemas de levantamento e pagamentos adicionais e pouco mais caro- Goldcar, SEAT arona.

Essa experiência negativa, estressada e cansativa com GREEN MOTION RENT A CAR& DYS durava para minha família com 2 crianças (um dos quais é diabético) 3 -4 horas só conseguiram chegar no hotel ás 23:00.

Rented a car on doyouSpain and once came to collect they charged us additionally. Customer Service hang up on us once trying to explain situation.

I had the most infuriating experience with Doyouspain car rental in Santiago de Compostela. They not only accepted my booking with a debit card but also failed to mention that they have strict requirements like needing a credit card in the driver's name and not allowing a change of driver. Talk about false advertising!

And if that wasn't bad enough, the subsidiary they work with had the audacity to demand more money for insurance on top of everything. It's like they're trying to squeeze every last penny out of customers.

Long story short, I ended up losing my hard-earned money and precious time dealing with their nonsense. Instead of exploring and enjoying my trip, I was stuck battling their ridiculous policies and hidden fees.

Save yourself the headache and steer clear of Doyouspain car rental. There are plenty of reputable companies out there that actually prioritize customer satisfaction and honesty. Spread the word and let's make sure no one else falls victim to their scammy tactics! #Doyouspain #CarRentalNightmare

Would give zero stars if I could
Rudest people ever.
Our flight left uk on time but we were redirected before landing as they closed airport due to storms. They just kept screaming at me saying I should have contacted them, when clearly I was unable as I was on a PLANE. Anyway got to destination tired, no car, no refund, no help just rudeness.

I turned up to collect my car but I had lost my passport so was unable to collect my car. After hours and hours of searching my passport was finally found.

I went back to collect the car but was told that if you don't collect kit within 6 hours you loose your money. Do You Spain said that even if you are delayed and it's not your fault for the delay that they keep your money.

This is just pure theft. The actual car hire company OK Mobility were willing to give me the car but the booking system said it was a no show and that Do You Spain will keep my money.

It seems like car hire companies are more in the business of trying to scam customers more than hiring out cars.

I have emailed Do You Spain CEO but not received a reply.

I would have given zero stars but one was the minimum allowed.

I would put zero stars but I can't. Don't use this disgusting company. We unfortunately were unable to collect our car on the day we booked it - obviously we understand that is our issue - but when we went the next day to collect it, the customer agent told us it had been cancelled, then laughed in our faces and quoted €4700 to hire the same car that we had paid €400 for! The website showed cars available for €500! They could have been helpful and tried to work something out, instead they laughed in our faces despite the circumstances being beyond our control the day before. Absolutely disgusting.

Called DOYOUSPAIN car rental for a rental in Spain and asked if they could provide a car hire company who would not ask for a deposit on a credit card as I do not use credit cards. They said yes no problem there are rental companies will use debit cards but this was not the case once I arrived at the CARHIRE desk. If I did not have a credit card I would have to pay a further insurance fee of €480 -car hire cost was €168! Tried calling their "customer service" number-waited 10 minutes and got cut off. Another 12 minutes and got someone who then cut me off too! So I had to take a taxi instead-brilliant.

Arrived at PMI airport at the gold car counter last Friday evening 23rd.June
Gave in my DoYouSpain voucher with insurance 340.00.euros.
Driving license,passport,debit card (master)
I was informed in a very aggressive manner that my Doyouspain insurance was invalid and my debit card was not excepted.
The only way that I would receive my rented car would be if I paid them 285.00.euros for a new gold car insurance.
I tried to phone my agent at Doyouspain without success because of the office hours at that time of night.
I told the gold car counter that I refused to pay such an extra amount for insurance that I had already bought from DYS.
And would contact my DYS agent the next day…
And return for my car then.
The next day Saturday I was informed by Goldcar that my voucher was cancelled and any further information I would have to deal with DYS.
It's bin one week and I still have no positive news from DYS…
And with one week left of our holiday I don't hold out much hope of a rental car or in fact any re-enbursment…

Andato tutto storto! Pessima compagnia NON PRENOTATE! VACANZA ROVINATA!
Prenotata auto alle 23,30 in aeroporto.
All'arrivo in aeroporto troviamo il negozio di autonoleggio chiuso!
Chiamiamo i numeri di telefono presenti sulla prenotazione ma senza ottenere risposta!
Prendiamo taxi 30 € per il centro città.
Al mattino seguente ci presentiamo nuovamente in aeroporto (25€ di taxi) e ci viene detto che l'orario di lavoro del negozio era fino alle 23 e che il problema è del sito internet da cui abbiamo fatto la prenotazione.
Inoltre scopriamo che la prenotazione a quel punto era stata anche cancellata perchè dopo 6 ore dall'orario inserito si autocancella se nessuno va prendere l'auto.
Siamo quindi costretti a cercare un altra soluzione prendendo un altra macchina che chiaramente abbiamo pagato anche di più.
Chiamiamo il call center do you spain per spiegare la problematica e richiedere il rimborso della cifra perduta ingiustamente, e ci sentiamo rispondere che il problema e la colpa è nostra che non abbiamo inserito il numero di volo, inoltre con un modo di fare ed una strafottenza indescrivibile, che ci ha fatto molto arrabbiare e vivere un momento molto negativo.
Tale informazione non era obbligatoria e non stava scritto da nessuna parte che bisognava inserirla per far si che lo staff della compagnia di noleggio ci aspettasse. Inoltre il sito internet non ha chiaramente esitato a prendere la transazione con inizio 23,30 (fuori orario lavorativo), con un giorno in più chiaramente.

Per fare il conto abbiamo buttato:
60€ per i taxi a/r
70€ di prenotazione che Doyouspain si è trattenuta senza aver svolto il minimo servizio
Xxx€ di prenotazione con un altra compagnia, chiaramente ad un prezzo maggiorato in quanto presa la macchina sul momento!

Siamo stati trattati male dal call center.

E ovviamente la perdita di tempo ed energie per tutta questa vicenda non è stata da poco.

Per ottenere un "no record to refund you reservation"

Uno schifo totale!

Imparate a lavorare, e a trattare i clienti, senza aggredirli.

Notre récent voyage en Albanie 13 au 18 juin 2023 a été assombri par une expérience extrêmement décevante et médiocre dont voici les faits.

Nous avons réservé une voiture via Carjet.com. À notre grande surprise, nous avons été redirigés vers une société locale nommée Sur Price où nous avons découvert que le véhicule choisi n'était pas disponible. Cette situation a été d'autant plus désagréable que nous avons été contraints d'accepter une voiture de catégorie supérieure, entraînant non seulement des frais supplémentaires non négligeables de 140 €, chamboulé notre planning et semé une dose non négligeable de stress dans notre voyage.

Le problème ne s'est pas arrêté là. Lorsque nous avons rendu la voiture, nous avons dû batailler pour récupérer la totalité de notre caution. Malgré un avenant clair indiquant une caution de 300 €, Sur Price a tenté de nous rembourser que 265 €. Après un échange épuisant, nous avons finalement réussi à récupérer notre caution dans son intégralité.

En résumé, nous sommes profondément déçus de notre expérience avec Carjet et Sur Price.
Une expérience particulièrement frustrante, dû à la source de stress inutile et à l'impact significatif sur notre budget voyage. De plus le site web ne mentionne aucun numéro ou mail pour les contacter. Le manque de transparence et le service insatisfaisant nous amènent à déconseiller ces services à quiconque envisage de louer une voiture via Carjet et Sur Price lors de vos voyages.

Doyouspain empfiehlt die Fa. GoldCar. Diese Firma arbeitet betrügerisch. Meine Erfahrung am 05.05.2023 am Flughafen Alicante: Unter der Referenznummer DYS-******* habe ich die Mietwagengebühr in Höhe von 119,40 € im Voraus mit onlinebanking bezahlt. Am Schalter GoldCar in Alicante angekommen sagte ich, eine Zusatzversicherung benötige ich nicht weil ich eine private Mietwagenversicherung habe. Man verlangte von mir daher eine Kaution mit Kreditkarte. Ich war einverstanden, das ist so üblich.
Jedoch erklärte mir die Angestellte gegen 21 Uhr am Schalter: Tut mir Leid, ihre Kreditkarte wird von unserem elektronischen Zahlgerät abgelehnt. Sie müssen dann eine Versicherung abschliessen, etwa für
181,78 €. Ich antwortete, das kann nicht sein, dass meine Kreditkarte nicht gültig ist, ich rufe jetzt sofort meine Bank in München an um das zu prüfen. Am Telefon hat mir meine Bank in München vor dem Schalter von GoldCar bestätigt, dass keine Anhaltspunkte vorhanden sind warum die Karte nicht gültig ist bzw, nicht funktionieren sollte. Ich habe das der Angestellten gesagt und erklärt, das muss an ihrem Gerät liegen, die Karte ist in Ordnung. Sie verneinte dies und versuchte die Karte nochmal. Wieder erfolgte eine Ablehnung. Obwohl ich eine private Versicherung habe, zahlte ich schließlich doch eine Zusatzversicherung aber jetzt mit einer gewöhnlichen Bankcard. Diese Karte wurde jetzt von dem Zahlungsautomat akzeptiert. Ich konnte das Auto übernehmen. Vertrag GoldCar Contrato Nr. *******, Kennzeichen 1800LPN, Marke, Citroen.
Da ich überzeugt war, dass die Zahlmaschine manipuliert war, habe ich am folgenden Montag nochmal angerufen mit der Bitte meine Kreditkarte nochmal zu überprüfen. Das Ergebnis: Die Kreditkarte ist in Ordnung und siehe da, es war doch ein Betrag in Höhe von 1150 € blockiert worden! Mir hat die Dame aber erklärt, die Karte funktioniert nicht. Also hat die Firma GoldCar am 05.05.2023 gegen 21 Uhr von mir unter dem Vorwand, die Kreditkarte würde nicht finktionieren zum einen mir eine Versicherung abgenötigt (181,78 €) und mich belogen, die Kreditkarte würde nicht funktionieren, eine Kautionsbuchung sei mit dieser Karte nicht möglich.
Diese Handlungsweise stellt eine Nötigung des Kunden dar und ist eine betrügerische Handlung! Mit solchen Firmen arbeitet also doyouspain zusammen.Eine Werbung kann ich so für doyouspain nicht machen.

I didn't realise until I turned up at the car hire centre that I had had my wallet stolen/lost the day before (therefore no drivers license). The Car Hire centre were very helpful but said it was up to Do You Spain to cancel the contract with me. The car was never given to me. Do You Spain, agreed on the phone that if I had a police report it would be fine. I provided a police report and then was told it didn't matter and no refund for the entire weeks car rental was provided. Be careful of the fine print - no flexibility to extenuating circumstances. Would never use again.

Paid 106 Euro for a car for a week with full insurance. Got to Gold car rental desk at Alicante and was charged another £280. DoYouSpain list their site as the cheapest comparison site and that the money you pay them pays for the car you ordered but it doesn't. Book ONLY with Avis,Hertz or Sixt as their charges are transparent from the start with no nasty surprises. Be Warned... Vehicle hired 6th May 2023 until 13th May 2023 from Alicante Spain.

NON NOLEGGIATE SONO TRUFFATORI...HO NOLEGGIATO UN AUTO, HO PAGATO IN ANTICIPO NOLEGGIO,ASSICURAZIONE, HO PAGATO IN PIU PER TOGLIERMI ANCHE LA FRANCHIGIA...SONO ANDATA PER RITIRARE L'AUTO E DOYOUSPAIN NON ESISTE...ALL'AEROPORTO C'È UN'ALTRA COMPAGNIA CHE PER DARVI L'AUTO VOGLIONO ALTRI SOLDI DI ASSICURAZIONE E DI CARBURANTE ALTRIMENTI NON TI DANNO L'AUTO...CON UNA FIGLIA DISABILE MI HANNO LASCIATO IN PANNE, NON HO VOLUTO PAGARE DI PIU E MI SONO ARRANGIATA CON I MEZZI PUBBLICI! ORA CHIEDO IL RIMBORSO E LORO RISPONDONO COSI Ciao Rossella,

Come spiegato in precedenza, nessun rimborso è dovuto in questo caso.

Very unethical and greedy company, do not allow cancellation or modification booking, my flight was delayed I arrived airport very late, hire company offered another car that I book then, I had a problem getting my car because of my card for excess, hire company charge me extra money to bring car, and I want to cancel my booking but hire company said I should talk with do you Spain, and they do not accept a refund after booking time, at least they should pay rest of money. They do not care about their customers.

They take your money and don't deliver. And Romenian Lydia Scarafu is not capable of anything. What an idiot!

If you got scammed like us, put your problem in writing/email and inform your credit card firm. Let Doyouspain know they have two weeks to solve the problem and if not, the credit card firm will start an investigation to the payment! THISust be STOPPED!

I am very unhappy, and feel betrayed.
I made a car rental reservation for our holiday with DouYouSpain.com because of their promise on the website: "Lowest Price - Guaranteed: From the day you order until the day of your trip, we'll beat any other quote you receive".

A day after the reservation I come across a much better offer for the same car, and ask DoYouSpain to beat the quote I received. They say they will not beat the quote because the price they quoted is allready a discount price. To me this is just making up excuses - so they do not have to uphold their lowest price guarantee policy.

- The price of the order from DoYouSpain EURO 869,60 + Supplement Charge EURO 1.000,00 = EURO 1.869,60 total
- The price of the quote from Discovercars.com EURO 864,68 + Supplement Charge EURO 560,00 = EURO 1.424,68 total

Trying to change the date of car hire from August to June they said no it's a special price ok then I'll have a smaller car keep the price the same no was the answer so doyouspain have charged me €498 for not providing me a car keep away people they should have a mask on and a striped jumper. Robbed
