I ordered a pair of earrings and the matching necklace at the beginning of November 2018 as a birthday gift for my daughter at the end of December. I received the earrings but I never received the necklace. I contacted the company and was asked if I would like something else or what I ordered, and offered me a discount on a future order. I told them that I wanted the necklace as it matched the earrings I bought. It is now February 2019 and I have still NOT received the necklace.
Terrible customer service and I will never order from this company again!
Dog Pawty is a wonderful site to purchase items for and about your pet. They stand behind their products and guarentee your satisfaction... I know this 1st hand as they helped me to get a necklace that was lost over seas but told me they would reorder it for me and I would recieve it in 10 - 20 days. Well they stood behind what they told me and I did recieve my package. I thank you people from the bottom of my heart and I recommend you to all I know. Thank you for all your help and kindness :)

I ordered the earring give away from Facebook. The item was free but I still had to pay 6.99 for shipping. 50 days had gone by, which I will say is 10 days past their supposed max shipping time expectancy. Like other purchasers, I had the same experience of never receiving my item. I also sent an abundance of emails and received a response only about 30% of the time. I first told them I never received my item and they told me that they would try to ship it out again or I could choose store credit. I replied back demanding a refund because I thought it was a scam. No response for my first refund request. I sent another email again demanding a refund yet again, and this time I received a prompt response. The company refunded my money and actually reshipped me the item for free after about 2 months. I thoroughly believe that if I hadn't been a pain in their butt, I would have never received my item or my refund. They will scam you if you don't persist.
I ordered 6 necklaces 8n memory of my furbaby that passed in October 2018. Very good quality and very pretty. Her beauty shines and lives on. Thank you so much

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I'm never one to leave negative reviews unless I've genuinely experienced terrible customer service. I ordered the pair of dog paw stub earrings that are always on the "sponsored" ad on Facebook. I submitted my order on Aug. 9,2018. There have been 11 emails exchanged for that one order, all of which I am asking when I'll receive the earrings that never arrived and Dog Pawty repeatedly promising they're "on the way." It has nothing to do with the fact that I paid $6.99. It matters that a company takes your money, and then never sends you the product, and completely stops responding to your emails. The last time they responded to me was on Dec. 12, and I've emailed them twice since - no response. Don't waste your money.
I have ordered this item back in November and never recieved. I then was told it was the shipping it was lost they would send a new one well here it is Jan now and nothing. I have recently recieved a tracking number for ups from the company and I click on it and surprise tracking number not found.
I placed an order on December 6,2018. It's now January 25,2019 and still no item. They try to blame the volume of orders they received on that item for the delay when in reality it's the cheap crap they make and ship from China that's the cause of the problem. I emailed customer service who asked me to wait one more week because he was certain I would have it by then. Yeah, ok. Waited and still nothing. I'm now waiting for my refund because this "company" is a joke. They should be upfront when you order and say if you need this item anytime before the next 3 months then don't order bc we get our crap from overseas and they take forever. I will take my business to a USA company where I can track it and know it's actually going to arrive in a reasonable amount of time.
I never received the item I ordered, and I never received a refund. Their customer service is HORRIBLE, I have been emailing back and forth with them for 7 months now. Save yourself the headache and do not buy from them
I ordered the pawprint earrings and never received them. When I informed the company, I got an instant reply back. Even though I had never been given the email conformation to give them my order number, they were still able to locate my order on file, found what the problem was and quickly got my earrings sent to me in 2 weeks. The earrings are very pretty, I love them and I'm very satisfied with their customer service.

I ordered 2 serpents items from this awful company. Received one and never received the other. I contacted customer service multiple times and they said there was an issue so I could have a credit. I demanded a refund because at that point I did not trust them, that was 3 weeks ago and I still have not received the refund. I've attmepted multiple times to get a hold of customer service and I have not received any emails or calls back. This is the worst customer service and this company is a scam. They will take your money and not send you the items you ordered.
Ordered item in October, kept getting told to wait. I demanded a refund and on the 7th December was told a refund would be received to my bank within 7-10 days. I've given a lot longer. This is a scam and I advise not to order. I tried making the public aware on their page but they've blocked me. I've reported it to Facebook, i suggest others do the same so the so called charity get closed down!
Ordered 2 size XXXL and our Rottweiler pups are only 9 months old & they are way too small! Plus I think they are very flimsy and cheaply made. I feel I got ripped off even just paying the shipping! I wouldn't buy any of these, I think they put up fake reviews of people who love them just to get sales!
I got two of these harnesses in size large based on the measurements and only one was close to big enough. My dog and puppy are not very big. The pink harness was very small and is useless to us. I contacted the company and got the run around. I have to agree with the negative reviews here. Thankfully I'm only out the cost of shipping but there is no way I would ever order from this company.

I purchased a harness from them. I waited quite a while to receive it, when it did arrive it is CHEAP quality, and I purchased an XL and it wouldn't fit a small dog. I then found out that they do not exchange anything so I am stuck with a harness that I cant use and poor quality. I wouldn't buy anything from them ever again
