I tried contacting customer service and they just kept promising my order would come... I waited months. Now I'm reporting this awful company to the BBB. I ordered an XL harness for my Labrador. Waited about 5 weeks for delivery - no problem. However, when I received the package, the harness was made for an animal MAYBE the size of a medium cat - not an XL 80 lb. dog. When I tried to return and get a refund, I was denied - stating they were not responsible for my ordering the incorrect size so would not refund my money. NOT MY FAULT THAT THEIR SIZES ARE RIDICULOUS. Wouldn't order from this company again even if they agreed to PAY ME to take the product.
It's been three weeks I lmaced a hot dogs bed and never received it, I live in Florida and online tracking says the deliveried it to an indivual in Hawaii, phone number automatic machine, nobody never calls back just email and they feel like answering back, they are scammers, I won't Never Ever purchase from them, I always done Ebay and Amazon and this never happened to me.
Ordered the paw print earrings and somehow they got lost in transit. Their customer service got right on it and I received the replacement pair in a few weeks. Thanks so much.
6 Months after placing an order and having already been charged for it when originally purchased. My items never arrived nor did I receive a refund. I was told that their system will not process refund requests back to the credit card used after 4 months has past. Complete rip off. SCAMMERS, LIARS & CHEATERS OUT OF HONEST PEOPLE'S MONEY! I was charged 50 AFTER I confirmed the purchase and I only received half of the order. And it was extremely cheep stuff. Don't waste ur time or money with these fools!
I placed my order prior to March 18th, responding to an ad for a free dog harness, which had an $11.99 ship fee. I wish at the time there was a notice saying that the item would require extra time for shipping. Took a few weeks to arrive. Harness is nice but I feel the size runs small. Just barely fits. When I contacted the company to complain about the shipping and lack of communication, they did respond in a reasonable amount of time.

Also repeatedly requested refund during wait. Very obvious collar is cheap, doesn't light up, or fit my dog. Still asking for refund. Have search, & searched for an address to RETURN collar. This online site jabber is a big RIP-OFF.
Was not sure about ordering the "free" necklace but thought I would since pay shipping only. It took several weeks as comes from overseas but worth the wait. Ordered another one & it got delayed but the company was very good at updating me. Glad I ordered these as good memory keepsakes of my 2 dogs i recently lost. I will order again but just allow plenty of time for receiving it.
This is the biggest scam ever, never got my earring I ordered and they said I put the wrong address when I triple check every time I order anything online. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM CAUSE MY FRIENDS ALSO SAID THEY SAID THEY GAVE THEM THE WRONG ADDRESS. Big scam!
They were giving away harness for dog... you still had to pay something... received the harness after weeks of waiting... measured my dog and ordered a med size... well I am not happy with this at all for it doesn't fit... looks cheap and was a waste of my money...
I ordered a silver necklace locket with an uploaded photo of my dog in. I received 1 in gold and no photo! This was a birthday gift. I will never order from this company again!
I placed an order in December 2018 and still waiting for the other half. Very dissatisfied! It is now March 2019 and still have not received my order. This company sucks!
I have told them to cancel my order since I have not received the harnesses. They say that they do not do refunds. I will be filing papers with the Better Business Bureau and also the Attorney General's office.

I received a promo email from the dog pawty team. It was a "spend x amount, and get y for free" type promo. So I was super excited I really wanted the "y." In this case, it was a hotdog bed. I spent the money and waited. And waited. And waited. Eventually I emailed them. No response. Emailed again... No response. On the third email I was begging someone, anyone to answer me. When they finally did answer they said
" it was a mistake. Sorry. Here's your money back" I wasted so much time and energy just waiting for a reply, then to get that response... was just appalling. It was a well prepared promo email with bells, whistles, and pictures of the product. It didn't seem like a mistake could have been made with that much intent and purpose. Even if it was truely a mistake, they should have done more to fix the issue. They easily could have made the bed half price or sent me a gift certificate to cover half of the bed. They sent me an offer via email then backed out after I spent the money. I still haven't gotten my refund. It's just not right. I'd been a customer for at least a year, I can't imagine what new customers go through. I guess I learned my lesson. Now I just hope no one else makes the same mistake I did. :(
