I am having the same issues everyone else that has left a bad review is having. I originally got the wrong collar size and have exchanged 10 emails with customer service to get the correct size. I got emails asking for pictures of my order, my name, my order number and my address. The original picture I sent them had all of the information in it that they had asked for. So, did they even look to see that I got the wrong size? They repeatedly said they would take care of it but, would never commit to a date or any other action to correct it. I chatted with the original owner pictured on the About page and he told me he had sold the business over a year ago. I didn't ask for any more detail, just apologized for bothering him. This is a seriously broken business model that drop ships everything from China. If your order isn't correct the first time, I believe you are sadly out of luck! I do not recommend doing business with them.

A JOKE!

I placed a order on Oct 22, paid over $35 US in shipping fees and have NOT received a darn thing yet! CAN NOT reach anyone at the company. ITS A SCAM! You'd think to be that much in shipping they'd get the product out there, thats huge shipping fees for regular mail delivery I'd say. I have contacted my bank to reverse charges.

Not a scam

I ordered mine on October 28 and it came in the mail November 26, direct from China. I ordered two, a S and M, for $10.99 shipping. They both work great. The M is slightly "dimmer" on one end than the other one, but otherwise, no problems! It's not a scam!

I bought into their free safety collar which lights up and paid the free shipping. When we received we thought greatest product. It turns out the clasp doesnt stay closed. We found this out when we needed to take our dog out of the car on a busy road. We put the leash on and collar came completely off. Thank goodness our dog is trained because we would be devastated if he went into the road. We tried to put a bad review on their website but it appears they only post 4-5 star reviews. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY - They are false advertising dog safety with these collars

After ordering a size 8 ring from this company in October, i never received a confirmation from the order so I assumed it didn't go through! Well I finally received it November 18th! And it was a size 17? Whatever that means, also very poor packaging! I've emailed the company numerous times I'm talking 15 or more times trying to speak with a real person! They then denied me ordering it from them stating they don't have that order in file lol well why is it in my credit card statement and why do I have a freakish ring? I just want the correct size! I then before receiving this ring made another order yes stupid me got that package today covered w coffee stains very cheap and poorly made earrings and the decals are bent all up and there's no info on either package except it came from another country, no return address no contact info! This company is a joke, I will never order from them again! I'm not a fkin robot and I don't want to talk to one nor have to prove it everytime I email company!
I've begged for someone to call but that's been almost a wk now!

Terrible customer service. Placed order on September 21,2017 items never delivered. Emailed company about status. They replied asking for my purchase order #. This information plus additional info was provided in the email I sent inquiring about my order. Have not heard from them.

SCAM! ZERO stars

Order took 37 days to arrive, product was cheaply made and arrived broken. I've been trying to get a refund on the "shipping" I paid and so far just robot replies repeatedly asking for an order # and email address - which I supplied! DO NOT ORDER FROM DOG PAWTY, THEY ARE A SCAM!

Read the FAQs before you order from this site. I ordered 17 days ago and was told to refer to the FAQ. Their delivery takes 30-40 days to be received. I'm scared to see the quality of product I receive if their customer service is this bad... Will update once I receive it

Buyer Beware

Product finally came. Worked 2 days and now wont stay on. So then I emailed twice, no response. Saw it again on FB. Made a comment about my situation. Got a response from Ruth who apparently didn't read the message and offered me to buy another one. So I messaged back. No response again! So do not buy!

FREAKING BULLL $#*!

Ordered these to give out to friends and i ordered quite a few my shipping cost was 65 $ because there whole "oh protect the dogs" blah blah made me order a bunch to hand out. And now I am just screwed out of 65.00. SO FREAKING MAD. No faith in humanity.

Run away from them

I fell for their free glow in the dark collar, only pay $7 shipping. What a waste. First they don't tell you until AFTER you have ordered and paid that it can take up to 40 days to receive your order. Second the collar was a total joke. An LED light was within the collar (that is fine), but the switch to turn the LED light on is totally useless. It is a push button switch but the button doesn't stay down. The light only turns on when you are pressing the button. As soon as you release the button the LED light turns off. How are you supposed to walk your talk while holding the button on the collar down the whole time?
Their site has 4 and 6 star reviews all over, and they are fake reviews. I tried submitting this review and it never posted.

Deceptive Company

Don't believe the bull from this USA based BROKER of China IMPORTS. First, it took a month to get and they said it was because of so many orders.

This collar just came today, after nearly 30, and is the worst piece of crap from China I ever got. It is promoted as a safety thing is the most furthest from that. I no sooner put it on my Doodle, took him out to go potty, and he EASILY knocked the clasp open and attacked a neighbors dog within 2 minutes of wearing it --- No Exaggeration. This light up collar from CHINA IS A piece of CRAP TO SAY THE LEAST. Let's face it, they still made a profit on a product from China that they only charged shipping for (about $10 USD). There is nothing safe about it at all! Furthermore, upset that Dog Pawty is trying to look like they are from the USA and importing China crap. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in their brand and perception to trust their USA based Arizona company. STAY AWAY FROM DOGPAWTY.COM AT ALL COSTS. You get what you pay for, including problems withe the neighbors on an item that promotes safety. YouTube Video to follow on how easily the clasp opens.

Never received order

Ordered the free offer, pay shipping only, the product never showed up. Emailed and the company and the response was check F and Q, I did. Another email, no response, what scam and hassle, having to call my CC company and repost the scam. Seriously people, get a real life and stop scamming! DO NOT ORDER, SCAM
