I ordered my product in the beginning of August after rescuing a new puppy and did not get my collars and necklace until late october. I honestly thought it was a scam too. But after getting my product i was happy with my purchases.
I got my "free with shipping" necklace which I ordered Oct 5 2017, on Jan 4 2018 from a Facebook post.
It was exactly as depicted in the picture.
I don't have any expectations other than I hoped to get it and my info hasn't been sold to Russia. It came direct from China as I figured and had to go thru customs and tariff offices. So what the heck do folks expect? If you want quick use Amazon. If you want next to free and hope for the best try them out.

BUYERS BEWARE! They will take your money, but youll never see your item. They claim that during the holidays, it will take about 40 days to get to you. I ordered my items on Oct 2nd it is now JANUARY 3rd and I still havent seen my order. Ive emailed several times (they dont provide a customer service phone number) and the one time they did respond, it was an automated email that said it will take 40 days for your order to arrive I emailed them back and told them that it had been 70 days and I still hadnt seen my order. They never responded again. Oh, but they made it very clear that NO REFUNDS WOULD BE GIVEN. WHAT A SCAM! Shame on you for taking advantage of pet owners who want safety products for their pets. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered 2 collars on Sept. 13th. One collar came after about 4 weeks(it broke after a few wears)... still waiting on the 2nd collar and its going on 4 months! I have sent numerous emails to customer service and only get back vague responses that do not address the issue! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
They sell the cheapest crap and then lie that because they have had so much interest that it will take 30-40 days to ship. The actual truth is that its taking that long to ship because its coming straight from China. They sent a dog tether that had plastic hoops.
I ordered a bracelet over a month ago and it never came, they took the money from my account and nothing was ever shipped. The only thing I got was an order confirmation. What a scam.

I wish I read these reviews before I ordered. I placed an order on 12/4 and still have not received. I have emailed several times and get a standard generic email and now they have stopped responding. This was an special gift for my niece that christmas - she just lost her dog. Very disappointed!
This has to be the one of the worst companies I ever tried to order from. I ordered a harness 2 months ago (mid October) and it hasn't shipped yet. Each time I try to contact them, I get a generic email that says this:

I ordered four items as Christmas gifts, they sent three. I attempted to contact them four times and NEVER received any help from them. They just reply with a form email over and over. This is a company in China out to get your money. DO NOT TRUST THEM, STAY AWAY!
I ordered 2 x Dog Collars - they were the incorrect size and I have now been trying to return them for a number of weeks - minimal replies to my emails and still no return address - very disappointing indeed:-(
I, like many people on here (except the 2 lucky people who actually got their product which are probably employees) have been scammed by this company. Its been over 40 days since I placed my order, Ive trued contacting them on their website and through emails multiple times. Im gonna really try to bring down this company and anyone can help if theyd like
Ordered some necklaces... they took my money right away, never received a conformation and Cust service is a JOKE! I am going to paypal for a refund. Tried contacting them 3 times... nothing ever happens!
Company has no business phone number. Stay away from this business. Filed a complaint with my state's Dept of consumer protection agency. Paid $18 for a necklace with a declared value of $2. The order was to also include a glow in the dark collar, without having to pat $6.99 additional S&H. Will file an additional complaint with the state the company is registered with.
Ordered a "LED dog collar'.
It arrived broken. Tried to reach customer service by filing a ticket twice on their website and writing multiple times on their social media platform. They never replied apart from the automatic message telling me to consult with their FAQ section which was of no help.
ZERO customer service. $#*! products.

Products arrive broken or malfunction within days. Agree with the comment that the "support form" just gets you an automated email. Their only suggestion to me was to look in FAQs (not covered) or get another free one - but pay the shipping for it.

In the end I finally got my products and a few weeks later received the free gift. Shipping took longer than they estimated.
Before you buy from this site please check prices elsewhere. I paid, for stickers, $20 from DogPawty and then found it on amazon for $2.00.
The free bracelet was cheap and broke after the 4th time I wore it.
Ordered a free dog collar, just pay shipping, on 9/9/17. My credit card was charged for shipping same day. As of 12/7/17 still have not received the collar. The companies website says to open a ticket. The ticket doesnt work. Its just an automated email loop.
