I ordered a dog seat belt in December 2019. It is now November 2020, and still no parcel. The tracking states nothing has been shipped, yet when I enquire I get responses saying it's in the way. Clearly it is not. They then try to give me a measly 10% off for my inconvenience on future orders. Like hell I'm ordering anything else! Do not buy from them, I'm guessing it's a scam!
I ordered a "free" dog seatbelt with $9 shipping in January 2020. Yes, I know. I'm dumb and I fell for the scam. In April, I disputed the charges on PayPal and got a response saying the package was delayed because of high response but it was on the way. So I canceled the dispute. Mistake #2. Fool me twice.
So now it's September. I have emailed them once a week since August 2020. I got one response asking if I wanted the item or a refund. I said refund. They said someone would contact me in 24-48 hours. That was 2 weeks ago. I'm still out my $9, and received nothing but headache from this terrible company.
They can take your money quick but for customer service to get back with you good luck! They don't try to make it right either. Stay away from this company.
I ordered the book last month and on 15th june the money came out of my account but I haven't received the book! Disappointed with the service
Bought a pair of earrings and waited 3 months and never received them. Email dogpawty team to notify them I hadn't received my earrings and was then told it got lost in shipping. They then offered me a credit to buy something else or to resend my order. I asked them to resend my order. They said they had. Another 3 months later I still hadn't received my order. I emailed them again and this time addressed me as just "customer" and that they would look into the matter. I emailed again and said I don't appreciate this customer service and they replied the manager would look into the matter in 24-48hrs. I have since researched their business for reviews and found out this is a scam business and so many people have experienced the same. They advertise a product for free and just pay shipping then the product never comes.

Hate to even leave the 1 star, but have to to leave a review. This company is terrible, esp their customer service! I ordered a pair of earrings thru a special they had. Never received them. Emailed. Got the responses it would take 40 to 50 days for promo item, then after the 50 days, please wait another 10 days, then give them another week, then a couple more. Finally, when they could put me off no longer, they asked me to verify my address. They then declared I had left the house # off of my address on my order, so, too bad, sucks for u, but all ur fault, basically. And oh, here's a 20% coupon for your next order. That at least, made me laugh. AS IF I will ever order from them again! Anyway, I responded that even if I did leave off house #, wouldn't matter ( but I didn't leave off because I use autofill on all online orders) as we are only house on that street anyway. I'd get it regardless of # on it or not. Surprisingly, they would not respond to that email. Hmmm?! And will not respond at all now. Come to find out on other reviews I've since read they tend to do this to people. BUYER BEWARE! I can't state they are a fraud, a scam, but I sure feel scammed!
I ordered a customized dog tag in November. Never received it. After 2-3 emails to customer service I finally was able to have it re-ordered. It was suppose to take 2-3 weeks to ship. Still have but recieved it.

I was $#*!ered into an ad on Facebook that said they were giving away free dog seatbelts. After visiting the site and placing my "free" order I found out I had to pay shipping. Ok fine so I sent money through pay pal. After 5 months of not receiving my item and several emails to their "contact us". I opened a pay pal complaint. Once pay pal got involved I promptly received their excuse email of how my order fell through a crack. They offered me a refund or some free gifts from their site and I responded saying I really just wanted my order I'd been waiting so long for. They agreed in the pay pal open case that they would send it out immediately. So pay pal closed the issue. Here I am 3 months from that and still nothing. Worst company ever. Disgusting customer service.
I ordered a small handful of paw earrings from this place. It said it would be up to 40 days to receive the order, so I waited. Nothing arrived. Contacted customer service and they apologized that somehow the order had never been processed or sent. They refused to refund me but promised to re-process the order, and that it would be 20 days for the new order to arrive. A month later, nothing. Again, they said somehow the order hadn't made it to processing, and refused to refund me. Wasted three months of my time and stole my money, they obviously never even intended to send the order in the first place. Total fraudsters. They deserve to be shut down.
I have contacted this establishment more than once in regards to my three items. The fact a receipt never arrived AFTER making the purchase was a red flag BUT i gave it the benefit of the doubt. Its been days since inquiring on my three safety belts. I will also be filing two more complaints in regards to this companies conduct.

I recently ordered several books and thought I would receive hard copies. When I discovered that my order was processed for a link to download an online version only I requested a refund. This request was processed in a very timely manner. I will purchase items from them again in the future as I can be confident that I will be treated as a valued customer if I have an issue with my purchase. Thanks DogPawty!

Total scam can't believe I let myself get roped in but REALLY BAD that offers come through the App Store adverts. Don't believe the reviews with 4 stars they have written them themselves I am sure. BUYERS BEWARE DONT DO IT
I ordered a pair of paw earrings and a bracelet paid over $27. What I got was plastic and cheap metal. I also ordered 2 t-shirts one was iron on not screened the was a full size smaller than marked. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They also tricked one my orders to add an item I did not want. First they said they'd refund the amount but didn't. I am still waiting over 2 weeks. I complained so they gave me an additional refund. I will probably never see them. They never answer their phone or return calls. This place is a scam!
Ordered a dog collar on 1st June when they promote a free collar, end up paying around $8. Today is 13th August and I still have not received the product. Have complained 3 times, after the 2nd time you guys admitted a problem that caused the product not been sent. You didn't offer any worthy compensation. Just a voucher towards purchase to replace the unsent product, I asked to just resend the product now. 3 weeks has passed since then, I sent another email and no response.
I had ordered my dog a leash but he passed away unexpectedly a few hours later and so I emailed them to cancel the order. Despite describing the situation to them they said that they couldn't do the refund because they don't give refunds. If a company doesn't give refunds don't trust them.
12 weeks after I had placed my order I contacted for a ship date. Turns out the order was "stuck" in China but they could send me a discount coupon for something else I would most likely never receive. They make their money sucking up freight charges and not sending the order. Stay away from this place.
