I ordered their free dog seat but they asked for delivery fee. I waited 60 days and couldn't get my money back until I reported them to Visa and got a refund. It seems to me it's all about the delivery fee!

It would be 0 stars if it could be. After 55 days I hadn't received my dog seatbelts. They told me there had been a mix up on there end. And they could send them again but it would be another 40 days. It's 2018, nothing should take that long to post. Get a grip. After decline there offer and asking for a refund, I got no replies for weeks. Do yourself a favour and never order anything from these peanuts!
Ordered the Dog Pawty seat belts in September. Contacted the company through their "support" desk the first of November. I was told there had been a problem with shipment and was offered an unspecified discount to purchase something else from their store. I declined that option and on November 8, I requested a refund which is offered on their site. Immediately all communications from the company ceased until I was contacted by them today asking for a testimonial. HA! After replying to the message requesting a refund instead of offering a testimonial it was finally granted.
I had issues with my things during shipping and hadn't received my tags for about a month before I contacted them. When I did, they replied right away and they went ahead and reordered my tags, I received them two weeks later and I love them! They are sturdy and really cute. 10/10 would recommend
I'm really surprised that a business this big doesn't accept cancellation or returns even for sizing issues. Don't bother with them because if something doesn't fit you are out of luck.
Ordered a 'free' item back in August which I actually paid over £5 for the shipping of and I have never received it! Having contacted their service team multiple times I have never received a refund or given any reason for why I never actually got my order!

I ordered stuff over 2.5 months ago and never received it. 5 emails and a week later, I keep asking for a refund and they completely avoid my request and start offering me random deals/the same product. I have asked numerous times for a phone number to speak to someone directly, and naturally, they avoid that request too. It is bizarre. Either they cannot read or I am talking to a robot!

This company never delivered my item and lied to me that they delivered it to my old address. My father-in-law owns that house and he lives next door to it. He has been remodeling the house and assured me nothing arrived. This poor excuse of the company just told me that I was out of luck. The bad thing is that I ordered this item months before I moved. After waiting for a long time, they said, because of demand, it would take forty days for it to arrive. Well it never did. Mr. Murphy, the customer service person I wrote to, must not have read my emails, because I gave him my new address two different times. I also said I wanted my money back. I will not buy from this company again and I have prevented four other people from purchasing anything from them as well. Here is a photo of what I did not receive!
I purchased a name tag for my fur baby off Facebook in a just pay for shipping promo, so wasn't expecting anything grand, however it arrived and is stunning, solid metal rose gold colour! Would definitely purchace through these guys again! Thank you
I paid $7.99 (cdn) for the shipping for a pink small lighted collar, that was supposed to be free. It has been 32 days, and they haven't even shipped it... When I inquire, I get a generic email, telling me "sorry about the confusion" they should be refunding me, with interest. I doubt I'll ever see the collar, which is fraud... if I do not see it soon, I will be reporting it.
I just received the "free" Harness and it's a cheap piece of crap!

Don't waste your money on harnesses, they are very cheaply made and the sizing is so far off, I couldn't even get them over my dogs head.
I ordered a bracelet for my friend which said "always by my side" in the shape of a dog footprint. It was supposed to be FREE. I only had to send the postage. I sent my C$9.93 but have never received the bracelet. It's now been 2 months. I've written to them with no success. THIS IS A SCAM! Please fix or send my money back. 17.inch neck 31 inch bust. According to you she would need a 4 times her normal size. How is this going to fit her.
Order is supposed to arrive within 40 days, it took 65 days. When we emailed customer service they responded within a couple days and took care of us.
However, the easy protect dog seatbelts that they promote talking about the number of car accidents a year and how this will protect him, built for small and large dogs, and highly durable was not.
You can see in the pictures that the End clipped to their harness or collar broke just from them pulling a few minutes into use. One also unclicked from the seat belt, no matter which seatbelt we tried in our Dodge Ram. These happen with two 45 lb dogs, one lab, one shepherd.
My dog recently became a tri-paw, so I ordered a harness that I hoped would work for him. After 3 months I finally got an email asking if I still wanted it (really). I replied that I did, but wanted to confirm it would fit. We emailed back and forth with the measurements and was assured it would be the right size. Today I received the harness, I have a beagle, but the harness wouldn't even fit a toy poodle! Yea, they are deleted from my catalog list from today on.
Other then myself, there are a few of us who have lost our beloved pet, a true member of the family. Since she was a well loved member and one we really miss, I ordered a bracelet for my wife that said "always by my side" in the shape of a dog foot print. Its has been 2 months and no bracelet, but lots of excuses. So take my advice and DONT ORDER FROM www.dogpawty.com, or you will lose your money.

A medium harness would fit a shihbtzu puppy. Not a 25 lb dog. I emailed dog pawty and have had no response from them. Don't waste your money
Months later and harnesses arrived. Both size medium for two 25 lb dogs
