Fantastic communication for a request on a custom design. Very happy with the final product but it did not come with any kind of certificate of authenticity, which I thought was a little odd for a ring of that price. A quality cleaning cloth would have been nice too. Apart from that, love the ring!

Honest review. Very communicative customer service and we love the ring. But here's the down side. I seen other reviews about it but ignored it. The diamonds are a lot darker in person than the picture they provide you with when shopping for the ring. The orange and blue both were so dark they're not as easily noticeable as the picture portrayed. Other than that, it's great!

The only downside was the delivery was supposed to get a signature, THEY DID NOT! Was left at the front door without the signature from the receiver! This involved the delivery company and not Diamondere themselves!
