Great service but the recommended ring sizer app was way off on the measurement of an existing ring, so the ring ordered was the wrong size and had to be remade which they did with no hassle.

Website and service was very easy and very accommodating. The wedding set is more beautiful than the pictures could show and my wife is very happy!

I had been looking for a ring to match my glowstone wedding band and initially had my eyes on a light blue topaz from a different dealer. I decide to look one last time and came across Diamondere, which I had never heard of. I only did one search on the site and my ring, which plays perfectly off my band, was there, staring back at me like it was made for me; because it was. Shipping was super-fast and packaging was like Fort Knox, which hubby and I got a kick out of. It I ever need another ring, Diamondere will be my first stop.

UPS delivery was a little bit of a struggle to no fault of Diamondère. We have some issues with ring but Meghan, the service rep, was quick to address it and offer a solution.

The ring came in exactly as described and quality wise. Delivery was fast and accurate. Appreciated it needing to be signed as you are paying a good price for something important. Refreshing to have the company reach out and respond quickly with questions I had for the process! Recommend!

I ordered the Astuty style ring on Diamondere's website and it was a super easy experience! Going through the different ring categories, using the filters, customizing my ring; the whole process was straight forward and user friendly. I appreciate the additional information provided on the different gemstones, including their videos, as well as the difference between ring materials and how to take care of them.
