The stone was changed shipping was changed and over all just a slow experience. The ring seems to be decent quality and looks nice. Hopefully it holds up.

I would say the experience was pretty good. I definitely say the communication was great too. I originally ordered the ring picked the diamond I wanted then it was sold -somehow-😳😳…however a customer representative reached out to me and offered a better quality diamond for the inconvenience. In addition to making sure the ring still arrived at a reasonable time. I was pushed back due to it but I wasn't upset. Overall I would recommend

They were able to produce the ring and ship it to me in less than two weeks. The ring was made after the order and still handled in an incredible time frame. The diamond is flawless and has the most gorgeous setting I have ever seen. We went with the black gold and it is stunning. My fiancé is also excited to see the color change over time as the plating wears down. Overall a great experience. I searched for months and compared the quality to places like Jared and Kay jewelers and in my opinion Diamondere is on another level.

I ordered a white gold with black diamonds men's wedding band. It was beautiful and masculine, perfect for my soon to be husband. I received my order on time. It was in an elegant red box with the ring box inside of it, all nicely arranged. I received my certificate of authenticity via email. I couldn't be happier. I will order from this company in the future.

Double check where your item is coming from. Their office may show in California but most items come from overseas. My ring setting that I had made was not the correct deminsions I had ordered so it's costing me a extra $200. To have the setting made correct.

Ordering was super easy. I love how customizable the ring was! The customer service emails were great and kept me up to date on the status of my order even when my shipment was delayed. And the packaging was incredible! Double ups boxes, the diamondere outer box is not only beautiful but it has a foam insert for the actual ring box! And the ring box is also beautiful. My order was also correct, I had zero doubt it would be due to my experience with everything else. Will definitely come back to Diamondere! Thank you so much. My husband is going to love it!

The customization is very cool and have many options to chose. Customer service as in following up with order and reminding that the engraving is free was definitely appreciated 👏. My fiance is in love with the ring. I would say though the pictures online compare to the real ring is slightly different. The accent gems are not as noticeable as online pictures show. The overall ring isn't as shiny as online pictures. Looks a little more matte finish.

Ordering from the site was a little scarey because I was unfamiliar with the site. However communicating with the same representative and ensuring that everything was to my liking put me at peace. I was a little skeptical when asked to verify my account but it all worked out. The ring came on time and quick. It was absolutely beautiful and presented in this very nice box. The company really seems to get involve and personalize every piece. I would definitely consider ordering again from this company. The ring had such a such and high quality to it.
