Overall I was very pleased with my experience. I worked one on one with a person through email. This is always a plus for me when making an expensive purchase. The ring arrived on time and love it. The only reason I'm not providing a 5 is because there was supposed to be an engraving that didn't happen. Not a biggie but was promised. Not worth shipping back for. That and I didn't like not having any proof authenticity other than the brand backing the transaction.
Unfortunately we have not been able to get together for xmas at this point to open presents due to Covid 19... but hopefully soon

I have been excited about this ring for a long time. I've looked at it online. Saved a picture on my phone.
We saved up and my husband purchased it for me for Christmas and our anniversary.
I received it a couple days before Christmas, and I was so disappointed. There is a middle band with this ring and it came loose- so I'm going to have to pay a jeweler to bond it together. The middle band has sapphires and a multiple raised "small accent round gold" pieces which rub the side of my finger- especially since it moves constantly.
The band is so wide it looks like a mans ring- it does not taper when going towards the back of the ring/
The diamonds appear to be much larger on the computer screen than what is actually on the ring.
Moral of the story- go to a jewelry store so you can actually see and try on what you are purchasing.
Also we paid to have it expedited- but they emailed right before it was scheduled to be delivered and said it would not be coming because it was not finished.
