Cherie never fails to give my prompt replies. I got the photographs and dimensions and stuff so that I could make my final decision. Honestly, Diamondère never stops surprising me. Upon delivery, I finally get to see my ring in person. It is absolutely impeccable! If I'm gonna get another ring handcrafted, I will definitely get it done at Diamondère. I had a truly wonderful experience working with Cherie and Diamondere. I purchased 2 rings with different settings intending to only keep one. I ended up returning both and working with Cherie to create a custom setting which I absolutely adore! The entire process was great! The returns were quick and easy with a full refund and Cherie always got back to me quickly with renderings of what custom rings would look like and cost. This was a great first time experience and I am so happy with my London blue topaz and diamond ring!

The piece looks exactly as I thought it would after using the ring designer, the jeweler really nailed it. I received several follow up emails after placing my order just to make sure every little detail was covered. I opted to add the engraving after said emails but it didn't interfere with the previously promised delivery time. I couldn't be happier with my experience, highly recommended!
