Cherie has been incredible -- She communicates! They let you know what stage your piece is at in production as well as any problems, you may encounter with the piece. Had delayed communication with Cherie due to work but she was awesome, always timely, and extremely professional. Due to some small production issues my ring was not delivered on time, but Cherie compensated me for the express delivery fee. I received the ring and it has exceeded my expectations.
