I did have a glitch with the website, but easily found the customer service phone number. The person on the phone was extremely polite and accomodating. The problem was solved quickly, and the order was placed. I would have liked to receive my ring earlier, but I understand there was time needed for it to be readied.

The ring was even appraised higher than what this company charged me for it, so this shows that I was not overcharged by Diamondère. Therefore, I am more than happy with my purchase and will definitely be back to buy the matching band for the ring.

I ordered two rings. One of them had jewels all around and was open inside with no surface on which to engrave. I asked them to solder a small piece of metal on the inside to accommodate an engraving and they did an excellent job. Greatly appreciated.

The rings were perfect and she loves them both. Thank you so much for getting them to me on the 3rd of July. I was so excited to drive up to my house and see the FedX package on the porch, I couldn't wait to open it. So I asked my bride to be to sit down and opened it right then and asked her to marry me, forgoing the big plans to do so later that night.

Overall it was a pleasant experience and we were wowed by the final product. Nonetheless I think the shipping estimates should be updated from 2 to 3 weeks to 3 to 4 weeks to better represent the time frame.
