I just have to say I would recommended this company to anyone. Their customer service was spot on. They sent me a confirmation email every time that I had a problem. Even a warning email about black gold and how it fades quickly asking if I still wanted to proceed with that style. There was a lot of hiccups in my order a lot lol. At first I put in the wrong shipping address which they immediately fixed. I dealt with the same customer service agent each time named Cherie who was absolutely amazing. We had to put a rush on my order due to the wedding being so last minute and it still got sent on time. Now where I am really ranting and raving about this company is this. The day before the ring arrived I had to kick my fiance out of the house and the whole wedding was called off. I emailed Cherie once again and she walked me through step by step how to return and receive a full refund. If I ever plan on getting married again this will be the company I order from. Good customer service is so hard to find now a days. The ring by the way was absolutely stunning. Glad my fiance didn't see it before we broke up!

Ring was beautiful, but the half eternity style bothered my fingers. They made the return process hassle free and easy. They also offer to modify the ring to what I wanted, but I opted against this.
I paid for priority shipping and it did not come within the promised delivery window.

Probably the only disappointed thing I can think of was I was hoping I would get the emerald quality rating certificate from the gemologist with my purchase but the only thing included was the basic ring info and the carat weight of the emerald vs rating (AAAA, color, etc)…. They only did that for the diamond that came with the setting.
Although I did not get the exact gem I chose on the website the jeweler was able to choose a unique and similarly beautiful emerald for the ring.
