Very good experience. Cherie helped me with my purchase. She was so helpful in answering my questions and assisted me in making a choice that was just right for me. I never waited more than a day for every response to my questions. I was looking for a band to go with my solitaire blue diamond and this one works perfectly. I had searched many websites and Diamondere was the only one that had this unique ring that was exactly what I was looking for.

Not only was this clearly explained on their website, but I was also contacted via email to be sure I was aware. The ring was delivered in a timely manner and it is absolutely stunning.

I ordered a beautiful ring for my fiance for his wedding band. We wanted something more unique and that would look like it would match my engagement ring. Diamondère was easy to work with and allowed me to make modifications to customize the ring to add a celtic knot. I was expecting my order sooner than delivered and had email the company to check on the status. May be related to covid, but was worried when it was delivered 3 weeks later than expected, which was the day before our wedding. When I saw it though, it was beautiful and more than what I expected, very happy with the purchase.

I ordered a very specific design of eternity ring to celebrate our Silver Wedding anniversary. The whole process was amazing from start to finish. There were some COVID driven delays but our personal shopper kept us fully informed and offered some compensation for the delay. When the ring arrived it exceeded our expectations and has made my wife very happy. Would definitely recommend Diamondere to anyone, and will be using them again.

The colour is a little bit more subdued than the picture on the website but I find it even more exquisite. Service I got via e-mail was excellent and response always very fast. I should took in consideration the weight. I was a little embarrassed to give to my Fiancé. I would send back for a refund but had the ring engraved.
