Recently purchased a product from Diamondere and was extremely satisfied with the product, service and assistance provided. Product information was helpful and associate was extremely professional. If considering a purchase, realizing its a sizable investment, I would, based upon my experience, highly recommend this firm.

I am not an easy customer. I'm a craftsman/artist/designer by trade and I have extremely particular taste. If I had the capability I would have made the ring myself. I don't work very well due to this. This is one of many reasons I was shocked at how easy it was to deal with Cherie. She was patient enough to work with me for months on countless designs and details. The level of attention and care I received was superb. It took us a long time (mainly due to me), but the final product was just... Flawless. I was simply stunned when I opened the box for the first time. The end result is something that I could never reproduce and would have never been possible without the professionals at Diamondere. I simply cannot praise them enough and neither can my future wife.

So far -so good. Can't really give 5 stars until my gemstone is received.

My AAA Aquamarine arrived and I took it to my local jeweler to be set. Apparently the prongs on the ring were so badly twisted that they suggested rebuilding or creating a whole new prongs, i had new ones made. I picked up my ring on Tuesday and it is beautiful. The jeweler commented that the stone was cut very nicely. Thanks Cherie for answering all of my many questions. My daughter is interested in aquamarine earrings. Yes, we are both Pisces and share the same birthstone.

Most difficult part of the process was trying to choose what to buy!

Diamondere was amazing. Sadly, UPS can't be trusted! They delivered my ring today to a residence when the address CLEARLY said my name c/o the HIGH SCHOOL I work at. Clearly that particular UPS delivery person couldn't tell the difference between a HIGH SCHOOL and a residence; and I'm talking a high school that is VERY WELL SIGNED and has a parking lot with solar panels, 2 gyms, football field, a baseball field and five two story buildings. BUT, thankfully and by way of a miracle, he receiver walked the package across the street to the HIGH SCHOOL and I received it. The rings are AMAZING, perfect we and everyone who has seen them LOVE them!

The ring was exactly what I wanted and beautiful but what stood out was the excellent customer service.

It was a good experience! The only thing that I didn't get was the engraving i requested. Other than that the ring was perfect!

Searched all online online Diamond stores for my new men's wedding ring. I am so happy I found Diamondere. There rings are more unique, beautiful and custom made for you. I bought the Cindy Princess cut VS Diamond ring for men in platinum. The diamonds sparkle with such nice colors when the light hits it. The quality is so good. Web site is easy to look through nd the descriptions of the rings and diamonds are right on the page you look at. After I placed my order I was able to send emails asking about ring sizes and I did receive responses back right away. They gave me a 4 day window of delivery and it came on time. Size is prefect, quality is exceptional. Total recommend Diamondere supper happy with my rind
